Very horrible experience. I was humiliated by one of their sales clerks when I had actually not asked for her help. When I saw her looking down on me with condescension, I even stepped back to avoid her but she insisted to step forward to shame me in public when I had done nothing wrong. I was polite, appropriately dressed, and did nothing to deserve mistreatment - she shamed me for who I am, not for anything I did. She did apologize. Then I left the store immediately, buying nothing. I contacted Michael Kors customer service about training their staff better to treat people equally. I was a regular customer, not anymore. They lost money today. I wish I could give them a zero.
I wish I could rate 0 stars. Rude sale assistance reps kicking customers out of fitting rooms, picking through the curtain, asking how many items i got multiple times and so on…I realize that it get busy and prices are reasonable, but not treating their customers with respect and simple smile kills it all… never coming back
The manager was very loud and rude, and I found her behavior to be completely unacceptable. This incident left a negative impression on me and I left the mall as I was shaking and had a very bad effect on me and my husband, and mentally disturbed. After a long time of loving this brand and buying bags and shoes, I feel that If they do not respect me, why should I buy from MC!
I would give this location a zero if I could. The worst customer service ever. My boyfriend bought me a watch at another location but this was closer to my home. My bf was told I could get it adjusted at any of their locations so I went here. There was a line up witg only one cashier and customers waiting around looking for staff for help. I saw one lady staring at a coat like she was a mannequin. I couldn't tell if she worked there or if she was a customer. I then saw a man come from the back but he looked like he was in the middle of something so I asked if there was anyone on floor that could help me. He immediately pointed to the coat staring lady and then she races over as if she was awaken from a spell. Then I explained I need the watch adjusted. She had no clue what I was saying so I pulled the watch out and she said "we don't sell links", to which I replied "no, I need them removed". She said "we don't do that". I said but the other location said any store will do it. She repeated herself and said "no, we DON'T do that". So I said, you sell them but you don't adjust them? And she was like "no! " So I drove and additional 30 minutes to the original location. Customer service was like night and day. Upper Canada Mall had the nicest young ladies there. The bad Vaughan reviews are completely true.
First of all, the service was very awful, all the employees were rude and their treatment was very disrespectful, I am sorry that such a brand has such a management that cannot force its employees to be customer-oriented, and I will never buy from this store again, it is really a shame.
I was at the Vaughan Mills store this evening and I have to admit the store/sales manager was VERY RUDE! It was 7: 43 and I was in the shoe section along with another customer. Rafi came over and said that “we were not supposed to be in that section and that know one would be able to help us as he was closing the store in 5 minutes. ” I was looking to make a purchase but with the attitude he had I would NEVER make a purchase. He then went to the front of the store as another customer was coming in and again he told them he was closing the store and could not go in. Unfortunately this is not the first time I’ve had to deal with Rafi. Each time I do I have found him very unprofessional and rude! With all that has happened in the last few years (Covid) you would think that he would want customers to purchase but again with his attitude I would never do so. Hopefully with this review someone will have a discussion with him. Thanks
The store and products are really good but i didnt like the customer service.the lady at the cashier was very rude.she had no smile on hee face and was answering my questions as if she is getting irritated and showed a lot of attitude.
I went there today and I chose one purse and at that time one of the employee told me 126$ for that purse with discount but when I went to the final purchase counter then the cashier (guy) told me 143$ for the same purse……. Totally worse experience today I never go to that store again
It was 8: 40 pm, store was closing at 9: 00 pm they dont allow anyone to enter by saying they have a team meeting at 9 pm. Who does team meeting after business hours? And advises us to call corporate office and file my complaint.
Very disappointed the way they provided service to us. They should change this kind of behaviour. More than 15 customers went back due to this kind of attitude.
Its my humble request to corporate: to let every customer allow to enter the store during their business hours or change store timings.
Horrible experience ever! I went on Thursday (nov18) I asked a lady that I wanted a brown bag and she told me to wait for her and that she is going to give it to me, I kept waiting for 30 minutes and she kept talking to other customers and ignoring me so I asked another girl and she told me to ask at the cashier, I went to the cash, waited a lot more because there was a huge line and when I went the girl in the cash treated me badly and the girl who was “helping me” pretend that I didn’t exist. I work at retail and I know how to treat my customers, the way they treated me is not fair I was there for an hour and had things to do, please train your work staff better!
Terrible customer service. We went in looking for a specific bag and when I went to show an employee a picture of the bag I wanted, before I was even able to say anything, she rudely yells “IM HELPING SOMEONE ELSE RIGHT NOW. ” I understand that it gets really busy at times and would not mind waiting but the attitude the worker showed was just uncool. After finally asking an employee about the bag, she said they had the bag in stock in the back and would get it for us but did not come back until 30 minutes later saying that the bag was sold out. Not only did we not get the bag we wanted, but we also wasted 30 minutes with terrible customer service and left empty handed.
I purchased a purse for the price they displayed for $129 yesterday. They charges me $149 at the cash, and when I said it was on sale for $129, they said it was a different colour was on sale. It just doest make sense to me, same item comes to different price base on the color. They just have to notify customers by putting a sign that “ selective colour” is for this price.
Beware! You must check your items before leaving the store. I got a defective item for a gift. What a hassle to return it. Worst service. Never to buy again in this store. Not recommended at all!
I had about 30 people in front of me, I was on line for more than 1 hour without anyone coming in/out of store. The lady standing by the entrance was so busy with engaging in unecessary discussion with another customer outside the store. It's just crazy
I went to two Michael Kors outlets on the same day and my experience was night and day. At Toronto premium outlet Michael kors, the employees were courteous, asked me if I need help and answered my questions. At the Vaughan mills Michael kors, if they don't know how to help you they just try to ignore you, hoping that you leave the store. They just keep passing the tasks to their colleagues and if they don't know how to help, they just ignore you. Theres a lot of workers just standing around and doing nothing. At one point they were just gossiping with their coworkers about how upset the previous customer was and left while I stood there for more than 30 minutes. When I tried to check out, the teller took a mini break and just walked away when it was my turn. Instead of speeding up the process knowing the customer was upset for waiting, they try to prolong the whole process. Worst customer service.they just pretend to do work
Associates including managers are very unprofessional and ignorant. Associate who was in shoes department was very rude to almost every customer and gave me wrong information because she was too lazy to find out the right information. When I reached to manager still no help. In general they are not welcoming at all, no smile no greeting they are way too serious.
I was there yesterday. Poor services from MK Vaughan Mills. Not one of their staffs would say hello or say if you needed any help. One girl was constantly checking herself in the mirror. The others I had too asked them to come for general informations.
Poor customer service they’re just killing time by doing nothing. They are not helping people, so much attitude for no reason. They have discrimination For hijabi people. Unprofessional treatment is big last for the company. Kate spade and coach are professionals so better to buy there, It looks like so many people have complained and it doesn’t make difference to company. They are not fixing the problem.
I went today and i bought a nice pair of sneakers. They were on sale and with 20% off. The lady with blond long hair found my size and helped me. Everything was okay.
Poor staff skills, not paying attention to customers, not helpful, lots of attitude and many of staff not interested in helping customers. That wasn’t the case 3-4 years ago. Management, please step up and fix this issue.
Store definitely needs better sales girls. Specifically the sales girl looking after the shoe section was very negligent and rude. She took forever to answer basic queries. We asked her twice for the shoe size check but she responded us to wait in a rude manner that we just decided to leave. If there was an option to give 0 star, I would have done that for their rudeness and negligence when there profession is generating “Sales” and not losing them.
Fantastic customer service. My girlfriend bought me a access sophie watch from this location but when I was going to set it up I realized that this specific model does not have a speaker so one cannot answer calls on watch. After explaining this to the manager she in fact was not aware of it. Michael Koors did not supply the correct information. The manager apologized and promised to retrain her staff regarding this important feature. They refunded the money which was greatly appreciated and directed me to another store that would have the watch I wanted. This store has awesome customer service and I was very happy with the outcome.
We were there couple days ago and the customer service the young asian girl (I dont remember her name) gave us, was exceptional, even though the store was super busy. She was amazing and made us buy more things for less money because of the promotions. My wife loves this store and I even bought something for myself thanks to that employee. Amazing store and people
Excellent energy from the store staffs. Very friendly and helpful. Also, very patient in making the customer understand the product and pricing. Love the store and staffs
