Worst store and staff ever. I went in yesterday at 7 and they were closed. It said online that they were open until 9. The door had no details or any information about the time change. When I called the store, automated messaged also mentioned they were open until 9. When I tried to speak to an agent at store, it went to voicemail which said they close at 7. So I went back today 6: 30 and the doors were locked. Employees inside were busy gossiping. I had to knock on the door to get their attention. The lady comes up to me and tells me that they closed at 6 even though online page, website and phone system said they close at 9 and the voicemail said they were open until 7. I drove there twice and ended up wasting all my time. Worst experience ever. I think the store is trying to go broke and shut down in style!

I am giving it a 3* rating because they recently sent out saving coupons and right during the validity of those coupons they closed the store due to renovations. These type of things are planned months in advance. It is not possible that they sent the coupons but then all of a sudden started renovating store.

I saw several customers coming to the doors of this store and being disappointed.

As far as their products are concerned, they are great but we are talking about one particular store here and rating the store (not the products).

I have never been so disgusted and angry over a customer service experience in my life. If I could give a 0 star, I would, as this store does not even deserve 1.

I went in to have a zipper fixed on my daughter's coat. The sales associate, without actually physically seeing my daughter, made a comment that she believes the coat was too small for my daughter. She then physically tried on the coat and told me that the coat fit her no problem and that the coat was most definitely too small for my daughter, (again, she never physically SAW my daughter). I then told her that this may be because she was tinier/had a different body type than my daughter (Why did she assume my daughter was too big for the jacket & Why did she compare herself to my daughter?) I then asked my daughter to meet me at the store. When she came in, I told her to try on the jacket and the employee (I believe her name is Adele) then stood in front of my daughter and said "Oh ya, that's definitely way too small for you, you'll need to go a size up". I then asked for the manager and was directed to Penny, the store keyholder. I told her as a retail worker myself, that what her co-worker said towards my daughter was offensive and wrong. She then proceeded to tell me that her co-worker said absolutely nothing wrong towards my daughter. The employee who insulted my daughter began raising her voice towards me (in front of customers). I then told her the conversation was over between me and her and I asked Penny for her name, the associate number and information for management and customer service. Adele began screaming "Penny, Penny, don't you dare give her my name! " (This is how I got Penny's name.) I was then told by Penny herself that she could not give out names but she could provide me with the customer service number. As I was leaving, Adele began saying "Lady don't accuse me of calling your daughter fat when you called me skinny! ". I never once called Adele skinny and I never told her I was upset because she called my daughter "fat". She obviously knew what she said towards my daughter was wrong and did not care. To top this off, before this whole scenario happened, when I first walked into the store, I had to wait over 5 minutes before I was acknowledged by anyone and as I waited, Penny was doing exercises in front of the store including squats and lunges and then proceeded to shake her butt in the mirror. This is beyond unprofessional. I will NEVER be shopping in your store again. SHAME ON YOU! What pathetic staff this store has in such a high end establishment.

I've read multiple negative reviews under this store and I am glad to add another one, considering my terrible experience in your store tonight, I will be contacting higher customer service about this issue. If you're smart, shop at Coach. Please don't go here.

I wasn’t going to write anything about this store since the issue had nothing to do with me but I am so bothered by what happened, I feel other people should be aware of the situation that took place in your store yesterday. I was in your store yesterday, it was around 5: 30 ish. Me and my husband were shopping in the store when I overheard one of the employees making rude comments to a customer. These comments consisted of the employee body shaming (I am assuming, the woman’s daughter). It took absolutely everything for me not to say anything. The comments that were made by the employee were beyond rude and unprofessional. To top this off, the employee started screaming at the mother (I’m assuming) about her never calling her daughter “fat”. Maybe she did not use the word “fat” but I did hear her tell the customer that the young girl was “Way too big” for the jacket. The mother, visibly upset, left the store after the employee started raising her voice at both the mother and daughter when all they asked for was her name. This is beyond unprofessional, in my opinion. Things did not stop there. After the mother and daughter left the store, the employee and store manager (I’m assuming) began talking quite badly about the two ladies who left. Words consisting of extremely vulgar language. This was enough for me and my husband to leave the store and I will not be coming back. I am very disappointed with the customer service in this store. The employee who made the rude comment was so angry and agitated at being confronted by the lady when she had asked for her name that it was almost as if the employee (s) forgot that there were other customers in the store. Will not be shopping here again.

Noticed a lot of the negative reviews coming from people of color, which is quite alarming, and may be the reason why I went through a negative experience as well.

I purchased a bag one week before black friday, thinking I may be too busy to shop on black friday. Turned out that friday was not very busy, and I was able to leave work in time to go back to the store. I waited in line outside for 10 minutes (in sub-zero temps), and when I got in, I checked the new price for the bag that I had bought a week prior. There was an additional 15% off on the bag, so I asked a nearby store associate if I can price adjust. She explained they cannot price adjust for me, but assured I can return the bag and re-purchase it. So I went back to my car to get the bag, and stood in line again (for 10min) to get into the store. I stood in another long line in the store to get to the cash register for a price adjustment. As I approached the cashier, I explained that I had discussed price adjustment with another store associate, and that I was assured that I can return and re-purchase. She sternly explained that they do not do price adjustments, even though I just explained to her that their own staff assured that I can return and re-purchase instead. I was obviously upset at this point, as I was given conflicting information, and my time was wasted as a result. To add to injury, the cashier condescendingly says "The extra discount is only 15%", insinuating that I am being cheap for trying to price adjust. I do not understand why she would say this as I was being polite during this whole exchange, and the reason I was asking for this is because one of their own store associates said that I can. So I just asked for a return and full refund, at which point they just agreed to the return and re-purchase.

If you do not want to price-adjust for a customer, please train all of your staff to say as such, instead of giving customers false hope.
Also, please train your associates to refrain from making insulting comments like "the extra discount is only 15%". If it was ONLY 15%, then why bother putting up a discount at all? Such an infuriating thing to say to a customer. Never going back again.

The ladies at the cashiers are always mean. ZERO customer service. Felt extreme racism as well. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU’RE NOT WHITE.

Extremely poor and ZERO customer service. Had similar experience as some of reviewers. Walked in the empty store still staff didn’t greet or helped me to find what I’m looking for. Felt bit of racism. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN AND I WILL MAKE SURE MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS DO NOT GO THERE EITHER.

Horrible experience this afternoon! We were blocked from entering the store. Instructed to scan a code, answer all the questions re: Covid. We said forget it as we walked away, another customer walked in - no problem, no blocking entrance or scanning code. We had masks on!

Bad customer service. Poor people skills by the front end hostess. People working there are very mean. They don’t care about warranty. After 3 months of wait for my bag to be fixed. I got my bag today from the store in very bad shape and they fix it in very cheap way makes it look worse than it was before. I’m actually so upset because this not the right way to treat your customer as a famous brand. Its very bad experience and u guys didn’t even take an action to fix this problem. Any way I’m going to publish my experience with u in everywhere in social media because I don’t want to many people to get trapped like me.

All staffs are lazy and only talking. They didn’t help customer. Very bad service. Also transaction fail many times. I don’t know what’s wrong with the credit card machine. My credit card is normal. Cashier is not helpful and request my phone number many times. I am not happy with them and never go back again.

Service is usually hit or miss in this store as usual with fashion stores as staff think they’re supermodels, however, recently experienced some really honest and good feedback from a young lady at the till. Shame I didn’t get her name but she was so good! Thanks for the good service today!

I calculated the difference of pricing of all the accessories I got here compared to the prices of the same items at the MK store in Rideau Centre and. I saved 250$! Love this outlet a lot.

Mainly because I Didn't appreciate the attitude of the sales associate.could be more friendly, welcoming and helpful. I didn't feel any of those points.
Its pricey.
