Staff didnt know what they were selling and were least interested in finding out the make of the purse for the customer (leather or non) on 8 jan 2023 6: 20pm

Brought my mother in law. She got everything she needed and the customer service was great. Good prices and great selection

Price was very attractive. Choice of bags was not that much when compared to their competitors. I did not find the jacket I was looking for though they have some collection of bubble jackets

The store is neat, especially the display they have. Presentable although the pricing are not marching the quality of product. If i have no choice, maybe I'll compromise, not now.

Poor customer service!
Had an issue with the product and to the store for a return and reps didnt want to hear about what the issue was, call customer service was the reply.
Sure what is their number? "Sorry we dont have to provide that, you can find it online"
Sorry but not acceptable, you are a mk store and supposed to help customers. Also this came from supposedly the manager and than later on said they are the manager but not the store manager.me: ok who is the store manager, what is their name? Them: they are not here now, i dont have to provide you thier name?

Disgusting, Pathetic, horrible, worst ever customer service. You can simply not expect this kind of ignorant and arrogant behavior from the ppl working there in store.
I bought hang bags and shoes, just because I was short of time and needed to buy stuff, otherise NEVER EVER GO TO THERE.
Management needs to take action, before they get sued, or get this published in newspaper and social media.
I would take necessary action, spend my time so others could be save from this harassment

There was summer sale at this place.
We shopped from there with 60% discount.was great experience to shop there.

It's 30th July'22 and it's summer sale everywhere, store was not an exception to this. Full packed store, what's covid you ask? But the prices are cheap as comparison to the online prices and even Hudson Bay.

I visited this store today. Really disappointed with the customer service: (I bought a tote bag nd when I went to pay for that, the sales associate at the cash didn’t even had any eye contact with me, I was trying to open the zip of the bag and she literally snatched the bag from my hands, didn’t even greeted once (I said hello and she didn’t even respond back) nd just scanned the bag. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DISGUSTING DISGUSTING experience. Didn’t expect this from Michael Kors.

This is the worst customer service experience i ever had.

Went to return an online order and was scowled and now given the time of day. All due to the fact that I did not have a packing slip as it was given as a gift and they gotten rid of the packing slip. I explained several times, showed emails that were received by the person who bought the items and had them beside me at the time but still was dealt with in a rude and disrespectful manner and basically accused of stealing the items. I was not happy with their customer service.

Reasonable shop of Michael Kors in the Premium Mall. If you need to spend good money on MK brand come here and buy at reasonable prices.

Going to the Michael Kors Outlet was great sales associates were attentive and retrieved new products quickly

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Terrible service! Totally understand that we are in a pandemic! But it is unacceptable that if mall hours at until 7: 00 pm that the store closes their line at 5: 30pm! And won’t allow any customers into to shop only to let staff organize the store! Terrible customer service! Won’t shop here!

Worst customer service ever! There are tens of staff working inside while they only allow 2-3 customers in at a time. I don’t really see the necessity of having this many people work for so few customers. People waiting in big lines outside for more than 1 hour. So frustrating.

Their curbside pick up is a joke! They said to come pick up my items in an hour and I am here waiting at a parking lot for more then an hour.

They are doing some pre-authorized scam! I am not sure why even do they because customer can just pay at curbside.this system is retarded and these guys don’t even value customer sign! Probably much faster ordering online!

Nice store, but the customer service is really bad, especially there is a Chinese lady that is so rudely. We just let her to bring a new bag for us, and it looks different colors, and the chinese lady said it's your eyes' problem. Really bad experience and do not come to store to buy anything, especially let that chinese lady to help you. Really bad sales that I have never seen it before!

Workers are snooty and arrogant, they dont give you the time of day if you dont like you make alot of money

Nice store, but some staffs does seems to be a bit rude, as if they were annoyed even if you need help to get a size from the back. And found it a bit annoying for a few times already that they do ask you to pay separately for shoes, I mean hey, if you're linked together and customers can walk from your shoes sections to the next (into) the bags sections then why do we have to line up again to pay for those purchases? ! Doesn't makes sense does it?

Ok store but a bit pricey. Not my kind of store although I noticed a line up to enter the store.

I usually bought many handbags and accessories there, but you need to have lucky with the attendances, sometimes the people there are very rude and in others occasions very nice. The prices are around 100 to 200 Cad for a handbag, are very good prices almost good as in US, except that in US usually you have extra discount if you take more than 3 or 5 handbags, but not in the Canadian outlets. But it is a place with good deals too, also better discounts during weekend vs weekdays.

Staff is very rude. Sales guy walked pass me so many times didn't even ask if i need help or simply 'hello! ' Woman at the check out was interested in the conversation with co-workers instead of paying attention to me. Very bad customer service.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT OF LINES. The store is Half empty but they are making people wait 2hrs in lines. Other places like COACH and KATE SPADE have similar deals but they are managing there lines better maxium 30 mins wait. MICHAEL KORS TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

I was only purchasing 2 items and the cashier scanned the same item twice which led to a wrong number for total price. For sure I’m not going to drive all the way back for the 14 dollars that I over-paid but the cashier was extremely rude which is the most unpleasant and frustrating part. I mean, I understand if you are exhausted and don’t want to be nice to your customer, but please at least get your job done.
