Limited variety considering it's an outlet. Staff didn't know what's a faux leather bag. They had one

I didn’t have a good experience here and it’s unfortunate to say. I couldn’t find the item I was looking for and the store was overcrowded. When I asked an employee for help, they were of not much service. I couldn’t find the purse I was looking for - and it was overpriced for an outlet mall. Darn.

I went to the store the previous day with my wife where she found a bag that she really liked and hinted not so subtly that she would like to have it. I wanted to surprise her so I went back today to get it. It was 15% of yesterday but wasn't anymore. I asked the floor associate if I could still get the discount and explained that I was here less than 24 hours ago and wanted to surprise my wife so I didn't get it then. She actually laughed at me and said no. If my wife didn't want it so bad I wouldn't have bought it after that. I also asked the manager when I was paying and she was a little bit more polite but had a take-it-or-leave-it attitude. I noticed that they have had a lot of negative reviews as of late and don't expect to be contacted but will update this review if they do.

Fantastically beautiful, only a few minutes from Niagara falls. This outlet collection must have. Unfortunately I didn't buy anything. But other souvenirs to take back to Germany is clear doesn't have to be the most expensive main thing Made in Canada

The manager of this store is very rude and doesn't like BIPOC community. We went to buy a watch also to fix our watch. But the manager didn't even check the watch and suggested that we should replace the battery. This store used to be a good place for shopping but not anymore. Store employees tried their best but the manager is arrogant. I hope they really consider these reviews and treat the customers with with respect especially BIPOC community.

They didn't even acknowledge that we walked in the door. They were too busy chatting amongst themselves. We were planning on purchasing a handbag for a gift but decided to take our business elsewhere

When we walked in all the associates were chit chatting at the front cashes. One floor associate greated us but did not help us find anything whilst looking around. Lack of sizes and not much selections. We walked out and no one said anything.

They had problems with their debit machines it’s not the customer fault then she told to get cash from atm which was on the other side of the outlet then took money out paid extra $3. Refused sale over nickel great customer service. They don’t care because it’s a big company people gonna come anyway but lost sale and one permanent customer great shopping at this store

Great collection and qood quality women's bags/clothing/accessories. But a bit pricey. Outlet prices are generally cheaper.

You will enter in the store, see the prices, but you will run out no matter if is cold outside.

Terrible cashier service! We went to this store to buy some gifts. We like cup coasters. Checked with sales that the price was $29 because there was no price sticker on it, so we decided to buy two, when we checked out, the cashier told us $39 each. I said we just checked with sales in store the price should be $29, but the cashier lady was very rude and unprofessional, she told us there was a mistake only and her price was absolutely right, She looked too pride, I felt she didn’t want us buy, So we left. Frankly speaking we will never back, and suggest the store manager give this cashier a good training.

Normally upon entering the store, you are greeted by the staff. In this particular store, no one did anything; no greeting and no offer of assistance. I went in this store two times over an hour apart, the same thing happened (nothing). I do not know if I am spoiled by the US stores friendliness or what. I did not buy anything there needless to say.

Horrible experience. Absolutely demeaning and disrespectful. I was in the store at 16 minutes before closing to purchase a gift for my mother. She was on the way. They closed the gates at 6: 55 pm when the closing time was 7 pm. We had already picked out the bag and just needed the go ahead from mom. The horrible staff did not let her in at 6: 58 pm. They were not even apologetic about it. Is this the brand image Michael Kors is working to? There were customers still in store.i was inside the store too.all I asked was my mom to be let in… I need an answer for being treated like this.
