The store was stocked/clean, and shelves were beautifully adorned with Christmas decorations.
Sales were amazing for Halloween/fall items.
This is the best one I have been to by far.
Will be shopping there again.

Website claims senior discount can be used with sale items or other coupons but when I tried that today I was told that I need to buy more than 1 item for that to work she even tried at the register and said see it doesn't work

Unfortunately they will not honour online prices in store even if the item is the same. Extremely frustrating as the customer service is horrible. Will not be back.

If you're a creative, crafter, or hobbyist it's easy to get lost in this store just looking at everything they have. Great selection and very nice staff.

I’ve always found the staff here to be so kind and helpful. They didn’t offer the product I was looking for (a single rainbow loom hook) and the kind cashier made such an effort to suggest other things I could use. Wish I remembered her name!

Recent make-over, the place is more spacious and bright. Can fund almost anything for art and craft.
Down side: pricey, can sometimes find the same thing elsewhere for half the price.

I find that this establishment to be very family friendly and that adds to the beauty of the store. However, I do think that they should really provide a bigger room for birthday parties so it gives children more room to move around.

Michaels is a store that has a wide variety of products and that is very useful in the long run. But, I do believe that the establishment needs to be more organized in the clearance section.

As a former employee, I appreciated the experience of working here. I do suggest for the management team to be more mindful of their responses to employees and I do suggest the management team to be more conscientious to their staff.

Managers and assistant managers would create an unwelcome and uninviting vibe.

I do believe that management team does have a very professional interaction with customers. They just need improvement in the way that they handle staff

I visit the store regularly and it is always a positive experience. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is well kept. Deborah the manager is fantastic and always attends to my inquiries with care and treats the staff and the clients with respect. Highly recommended

Visited store and got an offer to subscribe my email and get 40% off.the cashier applied the 40% off on an already clearance item values $3!

I asked why don’t you apply discount on the most expensive item? …. This is how our system configured!

I bought a full price item at 16$ and you do not apply 40% off on it, but apply it on an already discounted item? The difference between 40% of 3$ or $16 is only $5.2 but the damage you are making to your own brand is $1000’s of dollars if not more. I will moving forward recognize your brand as the one you presented it to me and share it here so others will see it and decide for themselves!

A nicely laid out store with enough arts and crafts provisions, the staff is very nice and helpful

Do your homework before you go. Forgot my phone where I had looked up the aisle number and 3 salespersons told me they didn't have the item and that there was no instore computer to check. Of course now that I am home I see they have lots of stock!

This place is just amazing you can find anything and everything when it comes to arts and crafts. Some things are a little pricy like glue gun sticks. But over all the store has good customer service and excellent crafty things.you name it and its there.

WOW! I ordered a frame.paid full price in advnace and when I returned to pick it up they had started a promo the day of ordering and refunded me back some money! That's great customer service!

This location (Dorval/QEW) is always well kept with good inventory. I came here to purchase materials for a work event and they had perfect quantities and more for what I needed. The staff are always eager to help which is great because Michael’s can be overwhelming at first!

Has mostly everything you'd have previously bought at white rose. Lots of paints and crafting materials. I find them very expensive.

Selection of jewelry supplies/findings is dwindling and specific items I come in for seem to always be sold out despite what the website says. BUT they have a decent selection of Golden acrylics and good deals on canvases and always sales on wool so I always end up leaving happy with something.

I found what I needed, there are if course some thing out of stock like the acrylic paints, but I found most if what I was looking for.

Have just visited this location. The boxes of linocut sets missed the cutters. I reported it to the floor assistant. The boxes were not removed from the stand and just put back. Availability was another set was not checked. Very disappointed.

Michaels makes buying a gift card so difficult. They don't appear to sell them outside of their stores like all of the other retailers. You have to go to their store to purchase them. On December 22nd, they did not have any gift cards with the holiday or Christmas theme and only had $25 generic cards. I had to purchase a number of them to get the value that I wanted. I don't understand why they would run out of gift cards at this time of year other than bad management. It seems like such a simple problem to fix. It really left me with a negative feeling about the store.

I was coming to pick up supplies I had left behind the counter earlier as my card was declining.

When coming back to the store to purchase the items there was a huge line however I had people supported in the van waiting for me. With no hesitation Alex helped me quickly check out my items and it was very very helpful and appreciated!

Great variety of products. Halloween and Christmas are there yet. The store have public washroom. Plenty home decorations and materials for crafts. Every weekend they have products with discount. You can find a lot of items for your decorations
That's one of my favorite store, I can stay inside for hours.
Plenty items for Christmas many colors to choose and excelent prices in Christmas trees.
You can find toys, baking items, coloring books, colors, crayons, yard and many others materials for any craft. Get ready to explore your creativity.
During the weekend they offer many courses for a good price.
The store is follow the COVID 19 health protocol. You have to wear mask all the time.

They have a good selection when they are fully stocked for art supplies but I don't like the layout of the store at all and I find it feels really crowded. Not my favourite Michael's store.

Good Store. Could embrove on pricing affordable on hand tools.

Always find the stuff I need and a great location to hold my classes on Cricut and Silhouette Cameo.

Go with a basic idea and those awesome ladies will help you put it all together! Not sure if the store is awesome or those fabulous souls working there!

Craft haven lol everything you need for the inner artist! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Found everything we needed quite easily and with many items on our list on sale! Was a good experience would reccomend to all crafters and artists

I found everything I needed easily and quickly, but was hindered by the fact that they have no tap at checkout.

Typical Micheals. Like all the micheals you pay an absurd premium for some products. $11 for a piece of foam core, its $1 at the dollar store for exactly the same product.

I went in recently to buy a frame. There were about 6 frames in the style that I wanted but all were damaged and some without any protection around them. Do they expect people to pay for broken material? Very unprofessional! They need to spend more time doing quality control.

The staff at the custom framing is amazing, patient, creative, and very nice. They took all the time necessary to help us design a custom frame. Real professional and knowledgeable people.

Frustrating that there were no staff on the floor to help locate products. After 20 minutes of going through the aisle and trying to find items by myself. I got frustrated and just left.

Amazing assortment of arts and crafts and much more. Very impressive, excellent price point, clean shop and well organised. Exceptional customer service every visit.

Classic unprofessionalism.

I called and spoke to a young lady on the phone asking if she could confirm if they carried an item that was on the Michaels Canadian website. She said she would check for me but the call disconnected when she placed me on hold.

I called again and spoke to the same young girl who said store manager said they didn't carry the item and they never heard of it. I told the young lady the website says their location carried it.

I asked to speak to the manager and asked if she could find it. I've been on hold for over 23 minutes waiting for a reply. Never got it. I live more than 20 miles away, so I didn't want to make the unnecessary trip.

Anyhow, I got my answer. Your customer service is way below standards. Not sure what standards you use to hire people here at your branch.

Not enough staff for the amount of people in line but generally friendly employees and clean, organized store.

Everything that you need to fuel the artist within you with creativity. This store offers a wide variety of crafts and art material. If you are into DIYs, this is a must visit store.

We love Michaels on north service rd. In Oakville. The managers are extremely helpful and friendly. Lindsay always makes us laugh. We’ve been going there for years and always feel like a valued customer
