Another store that refuses Canadian currency, money is money never mind it has to be 50% of the purchase, now you get 50% of nothing and will tell everyone to go elsewhere! DO NOT SHOP AT MICHEALS!

Great selection but a little too expensive. Take advantage of sales and coupons.

And their associates spend waaayyy too much time getting people's contact info, so you'll probably be waiting in line for awhile. (Hint to the manager: stop the full court press on getting people's phone numbers. I can't think of one reason I'd want Michael's to have my phone number - unless you plan on spamming me?)

Went looking for blank t-shirts to take to have a design printed on it. Larger selection at the Ajax location versus Pickering

The level of attitude we just received from their workers is baffling. They overcharged us around $100 and then continued to condescend to us. We Mentioned that the products had red stickers and the best the employee could say was “red stickers? ” In the most condescending sarcastic way possible. If you aren’t familiar with your stores markdown process, that’s okay we all need to learn somehow, but don’t be rude when you’re in the wrong.

When I point it out to the other workers, and took a photo, she felt the need to tell me it’s not necessary as they told him the price. We get back to said cashier and he is miss quoting the price. They bring a second, potentially manager, who is just as rude. I show her the photo she refuses to make eye contact with me or the phone. When my husband shows her she gives him a dirty look and then after all her attitude she needs to ask to see the phone and prices again.

They acted as though we were being dishonest and taking money straight from their pockets.

BIG store! Lots of options! When I went in, it was busy but the checkout moved quickly enough I didn't feel like I was waiting forever. Clean store.

The store itself is very difficult and oddly laid out but redeeming factor is Christopher. He was the best cashier i’ve had! So friendly, he definitely carries that store.

Today I had a great experience shopping at Michael’s. I bought two items and used a 40 percent off coupon and they used the coupon on the higher priced item out of the two. Most stores do opposite. The items I was shopping for were in stock, and now they have a price scanner. The customer service was great at the cash. I shop at Michael’s a lot. I recommend this store if you really like to do crafts. Sometimes you can get a great price on yarn with a coupon. Keep in mind, I was told you can’t use coupons on books, colouring books and magazines.

Nice selection of art supplies, unique holiday/seasonal decorations, and cool displays (especially during the Easter, Halloween and Christmas seasons).

Large, clean store with as assortment of art and crafting supplies.

There are backing supplies but not as large selection.

Everyone here was so polite and helpful. The store was clean and the staff were surprising a lot more knowledgeable about their products than I thought. Their clearance sections are always amazing and you can find some decent deals here. 5 stars for me.

Found what I was looking for easily but check out was extremely slow. They need more people working.

Always bright and airy with lively items for sale. I buy alot of stickers for decorating cards. They have the best around.

Love this place to shop my crafty products, BUT this is SO pricey. Always look on internet to find coupon before getting there.

I've scored some great deals here lately. BOGO flower event was worth it's weight in gold. Great selection too.
I also found something I never thought I would find at a Michael's, and I had a 45% coupon to boot!

Kind of hard to locate what you need, odd layout. Nobody asked if we needed help. They have all the craft supplies you would need though. Support lqbtq community with pride shirts and other accessories

Love the store, but the employees need more training. If Michael's expects their employees to ask for donations for local groups and charities, they need to be informed on those groups and charities. I was disappointed that when asked what my donation would be doing the employee had no idea and when asked why she said, "I don't live in ajax. "

Very friendly staff. Can easily approach them. They are happy to ask for help finding what you need if you need help. Lots of options for any craft of DIY project and there is usually some sort of sale going on.

Large selection. Friendly staff. However there rarely seems to be enough staff around at this location for when I have a question. There is almost always a promotion going on, so look online for coupons before you shop. Typically get 30 to 50% off one item.

I love Michael's.but this store has issues. One manager says one thing, another one says something different. Plus they messed up my bill.and it's my fault?

Great place for parents and kids to pick up art supplies and they have weekly sales. They also offer classes for kids (I think adults too).

It is usually pretty quiet and you can get help easily. There are just times when it's really quiet, it'll be easier to just speak to the cashier if you have questions.

Excellent sea food choices. Many options and chef is great. Also great service. I go there everytime I am in sharonville
