Excellent selection for all kinds of crafts. As most stuff you can purchase from different apps that host chinese stores, the stuff from Michael's seem to be of a better quality. One plus side is if it is faulty or damaged, you can always take it back to Michael's. Good luck on returns on the online China shopping apps.

Great selection of goodies! Even in the 70% clearance section. I was surprised to see how much of a variety of the store had in stock! Can’t wait to make another trip soon!

Yarn selection is starting to diminish and too many acrylic yarns not many options otherwise, they have some cotton and a miminal selection of polyester and acrylic blends with wool & etc. Do not always have enough hooks available and don't restock on them for long periods of time and overall I find the yarn to be overpriced.

Clean store.my only complaint is to have more professional artist products instead of just ones for beginner artists. So i didnt really find what i was looking for.

Nice helpful staff. Always stocked. They usually have good sales too. I often buy the intermediate acrylic paints that can get a bit pricey but they often have them on sale. Canvases too

The variety of craft supplies is awesome. Their candles are so fragrent and long lasting. I buy mine there all the time. Great place to browse. I never leave there empty handed.

Friendly staff, the shelves are becoming stocked again now that the pandemic is lifting and always very clean!

Michael's gifts is a great place for arts and crafts and other activities and for the supplies as well. They're following covid-19 guidelines and the store is kept clean. It is definitely wheelchair accessible. The pricing in the air is very good and and it's a diverse array of products. Their prices for frames are reasonable and the art canvases are also good as well. The staff there are very friendly prompt and helpful. There is ample parking there and it is a place but I definitely recommend

Not a bad store. Can be hard to find stuff sometimes but the staff are friendly and pleasant and should get paid more than they do.

Store is clean but I don't, often, find what I'm looking for.
A few weeks ago, I was looking for a Tatting shuttle but they'd never heard of Tatting.
Recently, went in to find safety eyes for a dragon.they didn't have safety eyes.

I went there alot with my ex! It's great to find things to make stuff with from jewelry to painting to knitting, it even has wreaths and all the good stuff to put on those wreaths.

Friendly staff.shout out to the lady who helped me choose embroidery needles. Only four stars because after 3 weeks there is still no plastic cement for model making.

Did a walk through for the first time. Plenty of great deals for Halloween. Many Christmas decorations out. Alot of craft ideas.

There wasn't any staff on the floor, so I asked the girl at the cash for fabric letters, which she quickly found out that they do not carry them. Disappointed ️

Got amazing oil and acrylic paint. And amazing canvas to do the painting on. Need to get more epoxy Resin to immerse in paints for better shine.

It's an expensive store for craft supplies but if you shop smart it isn't so bad. Make sure you keep an eye out for sales and use the 30-40% off coupons they have in their flyer and online. Their website is still really lacking still, which sucks, but the in store experience isn't bad.

Love this store.they have added other crafts and hobbies in the last couple years and makes it easier to shop for all family members.

I love crafting and Michaels has everything that I need. Curbside pick up is fast easy and safe.

This Michaels is pretty small compared to others I’ve been to. The staff seem to be efficient and nice though (when they were open). Curb side is pretty fast as well!

Frustrating place. Never enough stock. The only thing good today was the sale on silk flowers.

Michaels is great although very pricey! Great for inspiration and perhaps hard to find supplies. Don't forget to pull up the weekly coupons on your phone before checking out.

An amazing place to get all your arts and crafts needs. They have everything from markers and crayons to full sized canvas for paintings. The staff were very polite, kind and willing to help me find anything i was looking for. They also had social distancing measures in place which is always good to see. Overall a good store if you are into arts and crafts or have similar hobbies that require supplies from this store.

PSA: This review is dated on Feb 17th 2021 as stores outside of the gta start to open again with new social distancing measures in place.

Love this location. Always clean and organized and the staff is great, always helpful both in person and on the phone. I love right between two locations and this is always my first choice.
I love that when it's busy up front it moves quickly because they always call back up cashier's before is gets ridiculous. These days they clean between customers and wipe down debit machines, floors are clearly marked and sanitizer is inside the door as required.

I've shopped here for years for my painting supplies. I had a return to make and the manager said she had to take 20% off my return because I didn't have a receipt. Weird but ok, I wont make a scene. Then I was told my total (which was $112 and change) was too much to put onto a gift card. I was going to be using that amount right away for a different project so I don't understand how $112 was too much. Was later told by head office that their store policy changes from store to store. Hum ok.never heard of that for a big chain. I will NOT shop at the Brantford location again.

I was just there this past Thursday in between the hours of 12: 00 noon and 3. The manager was judgmental and no help whatsoever. The prices were also ridiculous. Even the things on sale. I afterward went to another location outside of Brantford and had a fantastic experience, the staff was so knowledgable and helpful it was very refreshing. The courtesy and kindness made up for the expensive prices and made it worth every cent.

Michaels is a great store on its own. However the manager at this store completely does not know how to treat a customer.

In front of a long line of customers yesterday evening the manager was making a scene with a customer who was having an issue returning something. The customer was speaking low and upset as it was a large purchase. He was upset and not understanding why it could not be returned. The manager however had to make a scene and speak to the customer as if he wasn't a customer, degrading him and making him feel small. How he couldn't return the item because that was policy and look at the box and don't speak to her like that etc etc. The issue is - he is still a customer. There is a time and a place and there was no need for her to speak to this customer like this. It was horrible. That is NOT a manger and clearly someone needs some training in how to deal with a situation. This coming from someone who has a ton of customer service experience. I apologized to the staff if this was their manager. It's okay to have bad days but it is not okay to speak or treat a customer like that. It was upsetting and I was extremely frustrated getting back into the car.

I have done multiple curbside picks ups and the experiences have been amazing! The orders are completed quickly, as well as the physical pick up!

I had a 45% off coupon but I wasn't allowed to use it because the item I was purchasing was a 'value' item. I couldn't see anywhere on the item that stated it was a value item, especially since the item was a package of gold disposable plates, which were expensive on its own.

I like this store, it's great for crafts. I went in looking for letter cutters for fondant and they didn't have what I was looking for. I found some stickers that will be ok on the cake boards but they are a little pricey for everything. The cashier wasn't overly friendly and when I showed her my status card she rolled her eyes. Not very pleased about her reaction.

Staff always pleasant at the checkout. And most of the time on the shop floor. But also not always enough staff on the shop floor.

My online shopping experience was great, and my order was ready for pick up from my local store in half an hour. And it wasn't a simple order. Staff have always been friendly and helpful when I'm in store.

The best place to find all kinds of craft projects and gifts to buy. I love this store. You can't just walk in. Once you start walking around your creativity just starts to flow. It's clean and the employees are super friendly and always willing to help when asked questions. They can recommend things you would need to use for projects. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my crafts and projects.

Garbage. I asked for help and employees kept walking by us.the cashier handed me a bag and watched me try and awkwardly try an bag my items by my self. Worst service. Buy stuff online.

My visit to Michaels was an organized one, I managed to go in know what I want get it and yes being close to christmas an understandable wait but we got through in a timely fashion without snags and off I went, staff were pleasant and helpful. I will return most definitely and do tell people this is a place to go!

I went in here with the family. It is a great place. They had good deals on when I went there. Some of the stuff there is expensive but very good quality. There is so much stuff there and the place is very clean and tyde. Staff was very nice n super friendly. I would recommend going there.

Has all the craft in items you night need and some you didn't know you needed! A bit pricey but they almost always have a coupon on their website.

Great selection as you would expect from this kind of store. Helpful staff and most importantly in my opinion very clean/tidy, clearly well maintained by staff when people rummage through things, especially in bins, and make a mess as the whole store was pretty spotless. Very easy to find what you're looking for as all the aisles are well labelled as well. Great one stop craft store.
