I love love love Michael's for all things crafting - so happybto be able to browse the aisles again - everything is displayed so invitimgly no matter what you go in to purchase you inevitably come out with some new ideas and projects!

I purchased some matts for my picture frames and it started out like a nightmare. Michaels supplier messed up a few times but Michaels made it right in the end! I have never seen such AMAZING customer service. I will remember that forever and will definitely be coming back for the same thing. Thank you Michaels! ️

Lovely store easy to find what you need. Make sure you sign up for the discounts it makes it worth showing there. Typically there products are really good quality so you do get what you pay for.

Wafta was such a helpful employee! The workers at this location are very friendly and happy to help. This was my first time at this location and I was very pleased. I will be back for sure!

Very few people on the floor but when you do find somebody they're very helpful.
They will definitely assist you in taking things down from the shelf putting them in your buggy and packing them properly for you.great help!

An amazing place to pick up craft/art supplies or to visit for inspiration. You can't really find a better place, as far as selection. Add to that they do custom framing and act as a Purolator pick/drop location. So glad this place is close by.

This location is very clean and organized.
The employees serve you right away with a happy face and a bubbly personality.

Amazing store! As soon as i walked in, one of the staff person greeted me and asked if I needed anything. I did because the store is large and i wanted to buy something that is uncommon (clay paw print memento set). I was in and out of the store in a few minutes. And everyone was wearing a mask so i felt safe.

Always a good experience if looking for anything in the crafting hobby, and the staff is helpful and courteous.
One tip though.prices are usually on the high end so always check their web site for coupons, which are available most times.

Get tired of going through aisles:) place is so large and almost everything is available. I guess these kind of large places should have benches for people to sit.

Never get bored shopping at Michaels let it be just window shopping or the actual one.

One of the most organized and planned arrangements store, wonder who plans and kudos to the staff maintaining it.

Especially Seasonal arrangements, Cricut, Crafts, Floral section, Creatology sections are few of the Fav's

I like this location it has a decent selection and then generally able to find everything I'm looking for

The staff at this location are phenomenal! I have been numerous times before and they were always amazing, but tonight when I got stuck in traffic to pick up a product that isn’t sold at any Michaels near me, I ran late and the amazing ladies still gave me my curbside pick up order after their closing time & were so friendly and understanding. Greatly appreciate you amazing ladies!

Real wonderful staff at this location! I was walking towards the store this morning and a staff member was outside to give a customer their curb side pick up. I was immediately greeted by her which put a smile on my face. Although a smaller store compared to Heartland, it is organized and has a lot of stock. Amanda cashed me out and she was so friendly and welcoming. We made conversation while she was ringing up my purchases. A great store with welcoming staff. Thank you Amanda for all your help!

This location is incredibly large and full of a variety of craft goodies! I used to love coming here before COVID restrictions but now I just order for curbside pickup. This place has a great assortment of different yarn weights and colours by all kinds of brands! Around the holidays, they also have such nice decorations - whether it be for Easter, Christmas, Halloween, you name it! I loved bringing my children here (pre-COVID) and just venturing around the store, even if there was nothing particularly to buy. The staff is very helpful and super kind - so do not be afraid to ask questions:)

I am not really a crafty person but when i went into Michaels i became instantly happy. There was so much to look at, so many idea's were jumping in my head
You can make it as cheap or expensive! I even met a nice lady there. Staff fantastic! U have to go even if it's just to browse.

They gave me one inkpad after a wait of more than an hour.
Store was empty but they were chilling inside the store.

Because of COVID, they only have curb side pickup. But they still have some gr8 stuff. I buy my Christmas decorations from there.

Amazing collection of fall/Christmas decor as well as craft materials such as colourful and unique card stocks, journals, etc.

I needed last minute things for a small wedding this weekend and I am glad for Michael's for the rescue.

Decently organized. Means you can get out fast if you don't like craft stores. Seemed to have good distancing measures in place and well stocked.

Huge and great location! The only downside was that employee was not too familiar with resin products which I was looking for.

Good selection of products, had a bit of difficulty finding something we needed but employee walked us to find a product. Cash area is disinfected between customers. Don't like how Micheals makes so many things, like the planners, ineligible for the coupon by marking them as everyday value, but that's a head office decision.

I made a brief visit to Michaels to purchase a few items and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the staff members at this location were. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store and directed towards the items I was searching for. I ended up browsing for a few extra minutes and picked up some things I didn't even realize I needed, thanks to the positive customer service experience I had initially.

Wow! Too many items to list, they've got everything. My kids found every last thing for their crafts, and more. I will admit you pay for the selection, but it at least made it a one stop shop, no hunting from store to store. Will definitely go back in the future

They didn't have exactly what I was looking for but the items purchased will do. Excellent customer service.

Amazing set up to deal with the Covid situation, sanitation and a supervisor right at the door, clearly indicated direction of travel and well enforced

They're actually only open 10: 00-6: 00 Monday through Saturday and 11: 00-6: 00 on Sunday. Just keep that in mind since their hours haven't been updated.

First time ordering online with Michaels. The receipt emailed to me didn’t have any information. Worst emailed receipt ever, luckily I took a screen shot of the order confirmation. Went for curbside pick up.pulled into the designated spot and called the store. Told them the spot and that the trunk was full so the back window would be rolled down, the employee said ok. We waited 20 mins and nothing. So I called the store again and they said they were busy inside with customers picking up orders inside. Five minutes later a manager came out and said our stuff was in Bin 4. So we had to get out and go up to the store to get our item. The unhelpful employee never told me that either time I called. How would I know that? I guess I need my crystal ball to shop at Michaels. Oh and the curbside pick up even has a picture telling you to pop your trunk. I understand this is new to stores but get your communication in order and don’t waste my time. Won’t be back here again.

Great selection and customer service. I am going to return to make the purchases of items that I really liked. Very friendly staff! A pleasure to wander and be inspired!

Amazing store really caters to the gays with their pride and Cottagecore themed products. I spent hours there.

Employees were acceptional, as soon as u walk in they ask you to use hand sanitizer, very helpful and I did observe them wiping down the debit machine and counters after every customer goes through the checkout, very impressed!

Pushy people. That’s it. Want u moving fast and out of there sight as quick as possible y’all also ain’t helpful at all

My favorite Michaels to visit in Mississauga. I've noticed that the variety and available items for the fine arts section have grown in recent years- I appreciate the efforts to increase the standard of the shopping experience.

Always a good place to pick up some craft items for DIY projects. Clean store, friendly staff but over priced. For that reason I give it only a 4 star.

I always love shopping at Michael's. I don't find this location has the greatest arts and crafts section, couldn't find large plain white acrylic pom-poms, which aren't usually available at anywhere else except a craft store so that was disappointing but still a great store and will always come back!

They have a lot of craft material of varying degrees of professionalism. But they are not as equipped in Fine Art material as Deserres or Curry's.

When you can't find it anywhere else go to Michaels, maybe be you will find it a bit more expensive.but after going around looking and not find it or the quality is not worthed the money. I never learn. I end up at Michaels and get what I need and very happy with my purchase.

They charged me for extra items which is never bought, it was closing time and i dropped something on my way to the cashier so i left my stuff with him to pick the item i dropped. By the time i came back he was done scanning everything. I went home and check the receipt because it was a little too much of what i expect. He charged me for few extra items i never bought.

So upset, I am a cricut crafter, loveee siser material have tons and tons of it so I don’t keep the receipts as I plan on using what I buy. I’m trying to do some “spring clenaing” on my craft supplies as my husband is making me, so I took 10 rolls of vinyl to this location after calling customer service and confirming this would be fine I would just receive a gift card, AND lose 20%. End of the day I have no choice with no receipt, fine better something then nothing and it’s stuff I’m not using. I go in and they refused, which I’m confused why I was told over the phone is was able to, not to mention I have 3 kids with 2 years old and younger. It was already a 40 minute drive and I WAS told no problem.

Customer care said yeah it’s not a problem but if the manger refuses its there choice to refund a gift card or not.
They did not.

The rolls were in perfect condition I had valid photo ID. I am a regular loyal michaels customer. After this experience I don’t think I will be any longer.

It’s a decent store, fine really. If the chip on your card isn’t working and you try to explain they just need to enter the number manually don’t expect a lot from the staff. Thankfully there are other craft stores in town who care about goodwill and customer service.

Wow! This is would be my first time and I am stuck with Michaels now. This place have everything for any crafts. Little bit of expensive but worth it. If you have time maybe you can roam around but if you don't have time to think and search please ask anybody and they will direct you in the right direction otherwise you will be finding needle in the sea.
