Very friendly people great service the only problem I have is their coupons.their coupons do not specify on what they are good for so when you go up the counter and get denied because those coupons are not eligible for your purchase it is kind of stressful. They need to start telling the customers what the coupons exclude or what they include on their site.

One of the easiest to navigate Michael's I have ever been to. I have always had lovely staff here as well.

Cashiers could be a bit more friendlier. Servers out on the floor are very friendly & helpful.

They have a fair selection for multiple crafts, staff are helpful however item variety is lacking. New stock is coming in but still many bare shelves.

I should never be left alone in michaels, I may not come out. The prices may be a little high for some things, but they usually have great deals, and for the most part the higher prices are worth it for the quality of product.

Great crafting/etc.selection. Decent to expensive pricing but regularly have very good sales and weekly coupons (% off entire purchase) very well stocked

Overpriced, staff is not very friendly and you literally have to hunt down the staff to get help. The guy who stands in the entrance way with the sanitizer doesn't appear to enjoy his job. Maybe find him something else to do, not very welcoming.

Huge selection of practically anything you need to fit your crafting needs. Though I will say I didn’t see many fabric choices by the yard here at all.

I was very disappointed in the cashier as i asked for my senior discount and she said no problem but promptly forgot to give it and then I drove home to Montreal only to discover I didn't get it.

It has everything you need, plus everything you didn't know you needed! Staff is friendly and helpful. Framing seems a bit over-priced but everything else is good.

Took my toddler to pick out her activities. Staff were friendly, and understanding when she had a bout of "big feelings" over not getting everything she wanted!

I always love going to the craft store.
Helpful staff and conveniently located in the RioCan. The only drawback would be that due to the pandemic an item was not available today. They usually are very well stocked

Bought 2 pack of display frames. Got them home and both have damaged finishes. Exchanged them and looked at them in the store, same damage on them as well. Will need to look some where else.

Wasn't as busy as I expected with everything just reopening. Lots of great sales and lots to look at

I go Michael's quite often as I do a lot of painting, and have never had any issues before. But more recently since we're dealing with Covid-19 and stores have been doing curbside pickup, I have had some problems. Twice I've ordered my paint supplies and had an issue. The first time I ordered, they just didn't bother to send me an email to tell me, and this second time I ordered, I made sure to order in time to be able to pick it up before they closed. The website said as long as I ordered before 4 PM I would be able to pick up my order. I waited and waited, then decided to call a half hour before they closed for them to tell me they're getting my order done then and it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. I get home 15 minutes later and I have an email saying my order is ready for pick up. I'm not impressed. The customer service is not very good.

Can be great if you need something quick other than ordering on Amazon. Pricey for somethings. Call buttons don't always work.

Michael's is pretty expensive and the overwhelmingly vast amount of middle aged white moms who crowd the isles during holidays is enough to frighten a man to his core

Staff is on edge (especially during Christmas time) which is understandable but if you can’t handle a simple question to help me locate what I came to the store for it doesn’t help the reputation of the store and I’m not recommending it to my peers.to be honest, I got what I was looking for PLUS better service at Winners/Home Sense.

I enjoy the selection at this location and the cleanliness. I also really love how some staff members just radiate with positivity and make you feel welcome.

The staff are always vary helpful if they cant find the product in stock they see when itll be in next

Really enjoy this store. It is clean, well organized and has friendly staff. Only downside is sometimes things are rather pricey, though often there is a coupon to help with this.

I have been a frequent shopper here for years. Was horribly disappointed when I bought a prismacolour set that was clearly opened and damaged. I noticed when I got to the car and brought it right back in to return it. The manager made it seem like I was stealing product even though the package was covered in dust. I don’t think it’s possible for something to get dusty in the time I walk to the car. It was a very uncomfortable transaction as she did not want to give me a refund.

One of my favourite places to shop. There is so much to choose from for arts and crafts, and it is an added bonus that the staff are always so nice!

Just bought the Tie DIY and it is a joke! They say to dry the item after dying but how is it supposed to dry all bunched up and wrapped in elastics. Then they say to dry for twenty minutes in the dryer before washing.hope you like cleaning dye from the inside of your dryer just ridiculous, product should be pulled! Plus on the box it says for how-to videos go to TieDIY.com.which doesnt exist! Unreal figure it out micheals, you're overpriced as is at least have legit products.

Called the store before I came in, lady was absolutely hilarious and amazing, super friendly customer service, about 20 mins later I went in, had great sales and soooo many cool things. I would spend my entire pay check there if I could. Bought a paint by numbers, which usually take me about a day to complete because it’s something I love to do, so many options and super affordable. Was a lot larger than I expected for the price and it’s been two days and I’m only halfway done! Quality is amazing and the staff are absolutely wonderful. 10/10.

As much as I love the products that this store sells they are WAAAAAAY overpriced! They have AT LEAST DOUBLED IF NOT TRIPLED the prices that other stores would have charged for the same product so that they can offer email coupons and have buy one get one free sales. They also don't let you use the email coupons for many of the items that they sell. Buyer beware!

Consistently stocked for the materials I need and friendly employees. They also are taking good measures for Covid-19 precaution, though you may find customers not abiding within the thin aisles.

Michaels has a large selection of crafting items from HTV, to baking tools. You can generally find what you're looking for fairly easily, and if you can't, they have plenty of staff around the store to help people find exactly what they need.
Spacious isles so that you can easily linger while choosing something and not be in the way of other shoppers.

Good COVID19 procedures in place.custom framing people did a great job helping with mat and frame selection.

Everything and anything to do with decorating, crafts or home improvement. Also a great place to by solid coloured T-shirts for as cheap as $3.00

Went for photo frames. Woman at counter was extremely helpful and helped me get good quality frames for a decent price:)

Staff follow you around the store as if you're going to steal and not only is it super obvious but it's very uncomfortable.

I found everything I needed, the discount today was excellent and even though the store was very busy there were lots of cashiers so service was fast and pleasant

Always a great experience. The store is tidy and bright and the staff are usually very knowledgable. The atmosphere is friendly and they often have very good sales.
