Really nasty "manager" there - simply phoned to find out if a product was in stock - wow - rude - no wonder we stick to Amazon - at least we do not have to deal with rude people!

Large store with lots of selections in a variety of creative arts. Knowledgeable staff and a very good picture framing service, The quality and selection of products justify the slightly higher price point. Well worth it.

Your typical busy Michaels. Large clean location with ample parking. Good staff. Large plaza complex is a pain to get in and out of with only 1 main entrance/exit, especially if you are trying to go north.

Placed an order for pickup, extended the pickup due to my weekday work schedule. Then Michaels cancels my order before the day which would force me to pay more than double the sale price. Store Manager offered no assistance telling me I was wrong about my extension.

The one cashier - mid 50s is always rude and abrasive for no good obvious reason. Every single time she has served me she’s been the same. I finally told her over the weekend how miserable she is. She rolled her eyes and mumbled something under her breath. If you hate people don’t work retail ‍️

A lot of empty shelves that day. I went in looking for space themed items for a childs craft. Nothing. I found on their clearance shelf a great deal on Wilton cake pans but the cashier said it was mispriced. Too bad that's what i get it for and she should not have hesitated.

I placed an order for pick up and left my house when I received the email notifying me that my order was ready. Once I got there, I was told that my order was cancelled because the item was not in stock (even though it was available online and my order was confirmed). I drove 30 minutes just to pick up this order. The cancellation email came almost a full hour after I was told to come pick it up. Extremely disappointed at the lack of communication and customer service. The employee who helped me didn’t even apologize; she just told me that sometimes the website inventory is wrong. There was no explanation for why they would tell me to come pick up the order if it didn’t exist. No consolation or resolution was offered.

Love it, but it's is expensive. You can find all the craft supplies, however, you might find them expensive than a lot of other shops.

Staff are amazing and helpful. Large and bright craft store. Find almost anything for any arts project. Process are a bit high but the quality is worth it. Get the coupon on their website it's 30% off one item.

Stopped by this Michael’s location as they were the only store with a Dremel Flex Line I was looking for all over the place.

Sandy placed them aside for me as well as a bit set for my future project!

This particular Michael’s is pretty good.
Michael’s in general is pretty terrible.
For months & months they have listed a particular yarn in a particular colourway on their website - but it’s NEVER IN STOCK. I called the 800 number to find out when this particular colour (Jasper) of this particular yarn (Michael’s house brand, Loops & Threads - Barcelona Big) might come back in stock. The person I spoke with told me to call every week on a Thursday when they get their shipments in. I tried for several weeks and it was never in stock.
I called the 800 number again to ask why they keep advertising this yarn on their site when they never have it in stock… And they told me to keep checking for it.

Very friendly staff - always well stocked and clean. I love getting the 30% off every month with my email signup, awesome place for holiday decor, crafts and activities; I just scored on some clearance stuff from Halloween /Fall, including a cool sign for our bar that I haven't told the wife about yet.

Amazing holiday selection, very good with returns but make sure you have the slip it was shipped with if you order online

I love Michaels and this location is my “home” store. The staff are very knowledgeable and keep up to date on Pinterest craft trends which is where I get a lot of my crafting inspiration. With the daily coupons the pricing comes out pretty reasonable too!

It's strange how I was comparing prices from one Michael to another location of Michaels yet Kathleen the lady working as a picture frame expert she's been a member since 2001 just in case there's another staff member named Kathleen that way there's no confusion.

Kathleen was charging me $100 more for the exact work which another Michaels was charging me.

How did Kathleen come up with $100 more?

It's a good thing that I decided to shop around.

The manager of this Michael's location should ask Kathleen if she knows what she's doing or is she just showing up to work without knowing anything about picture framing.

Absolutely horrible service. I have been trying to use curb side pick up for the last 2 days. I was finally able to get through and put an order in. They took the money and cancelled my order stating there was something wrong with my payment information. Not sure how there is something wrong with my payment information when they took the money out of my account. They are now telling me that it is going to take 3-7 business days to return the money into my account. This is absolutely ridiculous horrible service for a franchise.

Lot of items for Christmas decorations. Smells so nice. Very friendly staffs and excellent service.

Not sure whats happening with Michaels.usually a wonderful time to shop there.but now the store is nearly empty! I saw NO Christmas trees, crafts, decor. NOTHING. No acrylic paints, sculpy, no everyday craft supplies.was sooo disappointed.

I was looking for paint brushes for weeks in different stores and could not find the ones I need.
Finally found all in this store. They have lots of paint brushes with good price!

Great selection and decent staff but always overpriced. We need a Hobby Lobby in Canada for a little price competition!

Went to get garlands on sale, needed 4, only had 1 of every one I liked. Found a glass vase my daughter in law wanted so time not wasted

Poor customer service. Every excuse not to accept there own coupon. Only accept paper copies of competition coupons to price match. When everything is electronic now.

Katherine from framing was amazing! We came in with a family heirloom painting who’s back was coming off and kept falling every time we hung it up. It was giving my mom such bad anxiety. Katherine use her gun to add hardware to the back, and framer’s tape to secure. She did it all for free, but we’ll be back because, as she pointed out, the acrylic used in place of glass has led to the edges becoming yellow.

Store is clean and organized. Friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of craft supplies, baking supplies, seasonal decor, wedding decor and more. Some good deals however some things are overpriced.

Best little Michaels franchise. Have always found what I need when I can’t find them at other Michael’s. Less people go through here which might explain why it’s best little secret.

I ordered a puzzle during quarantine, and got the wrong order.
It took a bit of back and forth communication but Micheal's gave me a chance to return and get the puzzle that I had ordered.and gave me a $10 off coupon as well. Thank you.

I really like this Michael's. It's a bit of a bigger location so they have good stock of yarn, paints, and copics. The brush/paint/canvas section should have everything you need. While a lot of Michael's locations either have staff who aren't the most informed, or who bother you a lot, I never get pestered here, and whenever I need help there is always someone on staff who can help.

Staff always seems preoccupied, maybe I am just getting used to being ignored as a customer. If it weren't for the coupon no one could afford to shop here.

I really detest going to Michaels for anything. Since they don't really have any competition I find them very expensive. I only go there as my mom likes a certain brand of wool that they carry.

All the craft ideas that are presented throughout the store are inspirational. I would love to be able to try them all out.
The staff is very helpful and friendly I enjoy coming here for ideas and supplies.

There is nothing like this store in Burlington. Everything a craft person could want and lots more.

This Michaels is awesome. Always great clearance items and I love the 40% coupons that you can usually find on their site and if you leave them your email. The employees are nice and easy to find if you need them and not overly helpful when you just want to browse. The store is tidy and clean and the children love the summer makers camps that they put on. It's a lovely morning to browse and take a breath while your kids are otherwise occupied. I really enjoy the journaling stuff they have, stickers and washi tape. The paints and markers are great too. Great quality canvas and even yarn.
There's a wall of great thick Cotton Gildan T-shirts to play with in all colours and fabric markers. My kids loved making t-shirts.

Love the store and the collections. Some very rare crafts materials are available here in abundance. Love to live among the crafts collection in the store.
