Went fpr frames and stiff I used tp count on them for.o longer carried. I will order onllne and not from them. Sad.

A rare trip for me as a non-crafter. They had in stock all the items I was looking for with a great level of variety.

Only place I know to buy wool. Derek started working there and honestly this is the best employee ever! Makes wanting to go there happen way more often

Michael's store is a good store. However the prices are crazy because most of the items can be made at home. So those costs surely hurt the consumer interest in coming into those stores. Walmart for instance still has the same items for way less, even better Amazon as well. Prices are why I have 3 star out of 5.

The staff used to be really nice but lately they have been extremely rude. I won’t name her here but there is a cashier who’s name starts with an L who has been aggressive and rude to me and other customers on multiple occasions.

One of the girls at the cash has a big attitude. She doesn’t wear a name tag. Otherwise I would have named her. She was complaining about a customer making a return in front of all of us and other customers.

Cool store. Suuuuuper overpriced. Like ridiculously slow. If retail isn't dead yet, it's stores like these that are going to kill it.

If I had the option to give zero stars I would because I visit the store today to either do a return or exchange even, I had all my proof of purchase and everything I needed but the sale association needed the packaging with the product which it doesn’t make sense how can I have the packaging attached to the item with me to open and see it’s damaged or not and even she didn’t even try to look up the item with my receipt because on the receipt shows all the sea of the item and everything but she didn’t accept it the barcode item it’s already on the receipt I work in retail I know you are able too it’s not necessary to have the barcode or the warping attached to the item to do a return and honestly I was able to call a different store so friendly and understandable about my situation they were able to help me I don’t recommend this location

The perfect place to shop for anything related to arts and crafts! They also have amazing baking stuff!

It's pricey, but has some things that are hard to find elsewhere. DeSerres is far superior for most fine art supplies, but Michaels is ubiquitous, and good for some larger household decorating projects (wreaths, etc)

I had an excellent experience talking to Steve at this location. He was friendly, helpful, and was very informed. I encourage anyone who visits this location to seek his help for your craft needs.
