Entirely too expensive with a limited selection of the crafting materials I need. I actually had to give up one of my favourite hobbies because I couldn't get the materials in the store or online. Also, the prices were often hard to see or completely absent. Not advisable for anyone on a fixed or low income.

I came into this store four minutes to closing for a very specific purchase, and the 2 employees waiting to close were very friendly and very accommodating.
That is service!
Those 2 impressed me with their kindness and good humor. Thanks for making my visit to Sault Ste. Marie memorable. I won't forget.

Michael's here in Sault Ste Marie is a great store. Usually have stock. What they don't sell in store can be ordered on line. I use the 30% discount on one regular priced item on a regular basis. That usually makes the item I am purchasing a little cheaper than other stores. They also offer a seniors discount.

Phenomenal service from the framing department. 10/10 would recommend!

So thankful that we have an art supply/craft supply store in our city. Prices can be a bit high. But they do have a lot of sales and coupons and i appreciate that! Thanks
