Nice staff and good selection. Prices are a little expensive but you can usually use a 30% off coupon, so it's not too bad.

Sells broken items to customers, customers return items and then they put them back on the shelf for full price hoping someone won't notice, some of the broken items I have returned have written notes beside the barcode saying it's damaged and to not tell customer. Extremely unprofessional I have spent thousands here and I refuse to set foot in this location again. They also only started to send "a portion of proceeds" from their orange shirt sales to native families who have been affected by residential schools, after being called out last year for not donating any proceeds. Walmart donates 100% of proceeds for example, don't profit off of others misfortune that's disgusting.

Store is always clean and staff is usually friendly and helpful. Pretty good selection of different materials.

I did not purchase over 60$ of items because you do not offer gift receipt. Why? I buy some gifts for a person and like to offer them a gift receipt incase they would like to exchange. But wasn't available. Bring your store up to the 21st century and get with the program

Website had extensive products, Quality products as well. Prices are approx medium-high to high. (Still worthwhile, as unique items to more common are always on stock.

I give them two stars because it took them to tries and I'm still kind of disappointed and they're workmanship. I do not understand why they take a canvas, wrap it around a frame and then in case it in a frame. Especially when I clearly said it's a wrapped canvas not wrapped and framed backing peeled off on it. Had to send it back to be done a second time.
For a large corporation they are that workmanship is really shoddy

Amazing experience, centrally located in Orillia. Easy parking. Friendly staff members. One complaint wife was shopping and I had to use the men's facilities. If you could leave the motion light on longer than 2 minutes that would be great. I'm sure you could see the predicament or not depending if the are lights on.

Been to this store once a month for the last four months looking for yarn. My lady friend has got back into knitting. Each time we come it gets worst. First time from lack of inventory to no inventory by the fourth visit. The inability to track inventory within the store. We ask if Barrie would have it, can’t tell us that either. If you have to order online why bother having a store? You should see the frustration in my lady friend's face.

The prices always confuse me at Michaels. Some things are ridiculously cheap and some are way out there you must be mad. $3.50 for a regular size chocolate bar

I love Michael 's. My brand loyalty is strong with this corporation. I am a businessman and I find many things that help me with my work. The artisan desk there I used for over 5 years until I had to downsize. I am contemplating on buying it again it was that great. There are many craft items here, and many things that will help with organization. Take a tour in one sometime; you may be surprised on what you find at a Michael's. This location is no different than other locations - same great stock with the same great customer service representatives.

Nice store, but staff were not helpful. I was the only customer in the entire store with three staff present. Not one of them greeted me or asked if I required assistance.

Huge selection of yarn! I had a blast Black Friday shopping! Line ups weren't too bad, considering.
My wish? That they'd get in more wide opening beads for macrame.
Otherwise, I filled my cupboards with yarn for my winter projects!

Wife needed more wool. She bought the last three left in red of that dye lot. Small balls, a bit pricey but the only place she can find that manufacturer, in that colour.

Always have a great experience here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Always find what I'm looking for. Prices are reasonable. Lots of variety.
