A complete rip off. I got the same thing from. The doller store for 10% of what they wanted.

I don't have much to complain about here. I get everything I need at most times, and the workers do help out. Sometimes I do go, and the wait in lineup can be quite long, I know it's not always the workers' fault, but at busy times, there should definitely be more than 1 or 2 cash employees. Not only for customers, but it takes the stress off of the employees when theres more help to get customers on their way. I've been in customer service, so I know some people can get impatient at times.

The manager is soooo rude my child was playing with a toy and the manager said stop making noise it’s bothering my staff, I guess her stuff is more important than the customers, she was so rude

Excellent! Great things on clearance. Very friendly staff. Had no idea DMC embroidery floss was so reasonable at Michaels. Also has weekend lil activities for kids!

Was in today and tried on 3 shirts. When I was done some nasty old lady chased after me to make sure I had 3 shirts. I guess she thought I was stealing one? !
I'm a 41 year old grown man, with a great job and make more money than anyone working at Michaels, trust me. I don't need to steal a $15 t shirt. Can't remember the last time I felt so insulted.
This will never happen again as I will never step foot in this terrible business again as long as I live. Thanks for ruining my day!

Very nice store. Clean and organised and easy to find everything I was looking for. Very nice people working. Very helpful and greeted us with a smile.

Really the only full service craft store left. Expensive at full price, but if you wait long enough, everything goes on sale! Clean bright store, lots of staff.

Place is amazing. I got the help I wanted when I needed. They have such a big selection and really good stuff. Some of their prices are fair and some of them are a bit iffy but nothing you can't deal with. They have great deals that your can't pass.

Be prepared to wait. Waited >20 minutes for checkout. There was only one person working in the whole store

Store is always clean and well organized, easy to navigate and find what I'm looking for. Staff are friendly and always a pleasure to interact with.

Horrible, everytime I go my kids make me spend money on them. Just kidding, well not about the kids making me spend money.

I was looking for big wooden beads, but they didn't have. There was a very nice employee who was working there, helped me look for them. Sorry I didn't ask her name.

Helpful staff. The stencil area could be set up better. Sale items are in stock when I've visited.

I can never find anyone working here, it's like a ghost store. There's usually only one cashier too, prices are super high. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable but there aren't enough of them (or not that I can manage to find lol).

Needed some assistance to find what I was looking for. The associate was not familiar with the product.

Lots to see crafts etc but really it is just a Museum to walk around in because the prices have doubled since 2020. Do not purchase anything here!

It's a nice store, you can find almost everything you need for all your crafting needs. I found that if I asked someone where something I needed was, they replied "I don't know, it's not my department". I don't know if the person was a trainee and not tonsure of the store layout yet, but I found it very frustrating to have received a reply like that

I got my wife a Cricrut Air 2 for her birthday when i was checking out the sales clerk ask me i would lie to purchase the vinyl sheets. She told me that they never go on sale and at the same time a customer confirmed what she told me so i purchased a black roll and a white one just to start my wife off on her new creative machine the staff was very helpful in this aspect and i m grateful for their input very good experience i must say.

Pretty good, really expensive though, better to get most of the stuff at the store at Dollarama, but they have somethings Dollarama can't beat. I. E. It was ight

Was in and out pretty quick. Found exactly what I was looking for and more. Constantly go in with one thing in mind and come out with at least 2 bags of stuff.

Some really good deals when I went in. Nice vintage inspired items too. Some stock was picked over but i found exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for the floor helpers to point it out for me. Such a good sale I ended up buying 2.

Was able to find something I wanted for a project in time to finish the project that day. Also found another ball of the yarn I got in another Michaels. Always enjoy seeing what they have in all my craft interests.

Wish they said cross-stitch kits and other embroidery kits but they don't anymore. Also the coupons can't really be used on anything as there are so many restrictions. Love the store and always have so much fun visiting, the fall/Halloween decorations are adorable but the prices are crazy and only getting higher each year.

Michaels is my go to store for all my crafting needs. I've been shopping at Michaels for about 30 years. Great quality and variety of goods as well as great prices, especially during sales.

Specifically mostly get wool for knitting there and the staff are always helpful helping you find what I'm looking for and also provide great suggestions

Michael's has a good supply of Golden fluid acrylic paints. If you are an artist, you should try this product. Great coverage, vibrant colors and at a great price.

Not my kind of store, would not go on my own, but my teenage daughter, loves going here. Lots of craft and art supplies.

I ordered online for in store pickup and because I couldn't pick it up quick enough they cancelled the order. I can't reorder cause there is no stock left and now my project cannot be finished. I thought the online system was supposed to make shopping easier, not at Michael's! I had to give at least 1 star but I think that is too high.

They are very thorough and quoted work was done on time and for quoted price. Also provided a very nice courtesy while work was being done

Almost everything you will need for any season of crafting. Go online to check out their coupons to save $$. Woodworking, models, kids learning and crafts, knitting, paints, baking and decorating supplies.etc.you name it, it is there.

Shauna is always so helpful and friendly and her product knowledge is unbelievable! She is the best!

My only complaint is that it's pretty expensive. There is a very good selection of craft supplies, seasonal decorations, etc. The staff are helpful and friendly, and easy to find when you need them. If you plan on going here regularly, it's worth signing up for the rewards program, because they send you pretty good coupons which offset the high prices. I pretty much only go here for things I can't find anywhere else, because if other places have it, it's likely cheaper there. But if you need service or advice, Michaels is a good place to go

It's what you would expect from a community crafts store. Friendly, informative and affordable.

Love shopping here. THey usually have everything crafty I'm looking for and always having a 40 or 50% off coupon is fabulous if you're getting a single item here and there.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Love the variety/assortment of things available. A bit high priced, but the clean, organized environment, friendly service and something for almost everyone at any age make up for it.

First time in a Michaels. Huge store, prices are decent (much lower than expected from a dedicated craft store).
Clean, well lit, a little crowded but not enough to be off-putting. Staff were great.

Great time today. My kids had a blast. The two girls working there really did a great job. Thank you.
