I just moved to Sarnia and have been in this store four times and each visit has been met with extremely helpful employees.
I found a Christmas tree on clearance and I believe the gentleman that came over to help me was named Max, he explained why the tree was on clearance and what type of lights I would need to replace on it, when the tree was paid for he offered to carry it out to my car.
Thanks Max you deserve a raise!

Michaels is a great store with a large variety of craft supplies for adults, children and even seniors. They always have something on sale. The store is also kept clean.

The staff were so helpful and friendly! I needed a cart off the top shelf to measure and someone was there to help me right away!

The staff is always so friendly! If I need a crafting item, they will most likely have it!

Lots of inventory in stock. Store is clean and staff is friendly. I do find them a little over priced though.

I love this store not only for the selections but the family friendly bubbly staff are so present I can honestly say I will go there anytime I need things for my beading loom or honestly any crafts I need! Thank you folks over there for all you do!
