I love this place! I could honestly be there all day just finding new projects, ideas & good quality supplies. It is on the pricier side of things but they have absolutely everything you could need. They also carry Gelly Rolls my favourite gel pens so that pleases me immensely!

Great place! Great people (staff and customers) however the specific selection I was after I ended up finding in Sarnia rather then Chatham.just saying

Michael's Chatham store is super clean and tidy.
The floors shine, the shelves are dust free, and so well organized, too.
The lady at the cash out was pleasant, too.

Jaw dropping prices. Take out a mortgage so you can borrow against it when you shop there.

Ok so I got a gift card for my birthday and went there with $25 on the gift card and like 3 something cash, and I had a little under what I needed to pay for this oil paint set, but the women at the cash I'm like is there literally any deal or anything I can get to make this work, and she said that if I signed up for the app it would give me a discount, and then it came to 20 something so she put 20 on my gift card and like some cents form the change I had, whoever you are thank you your amazing, and I still have $5 on my gift card, if you know who this is, please PROMOTE HEEERRR

Store is clean and organized. Some of the day employees seem to hate their jobs, but there are exceptional employees who do want to help customers and the store got an extra star only because of them.

Very clean store. They sure have a wide selections on every type of craft you can think of period some things are a little overpriced but that's to be expected these days. Good store good service.

Best place to find different decorative stuffs for Birthday, Marriage or any ceremony.
Wide collections of artifical plants, frames, imitation jewelry, clothes for kids, colors, painting, baskets, so on.

I was looking for a needle in a haystack (as we often are in that store). I found a staff member. She was friendly and led me straight to it. Easy peasy. The 40% off coupon from my email was a great bonus

Lots of crafts and things needed for projects, home decor and more! Mostly good prices, good service!
