I worked here when I was in college and got a 30% discount, so if I’m checking myself out aren’t I technically still entitled to my discount? Not to mention the lack of people on the floors made my days at michaels look like a joke
This store has limited staff but the staff that work here are very helpful and their online store is fairly accurate. Young asian lady wearing glasses is very helpful and friendly.
I went to go check out and was asked “cash or card” and was told to use a self check out.
There was literally no one in front of me, the store was super low traffic. So like, hello? !? What are you being paid to stand behind the counter for?
This company like many others is forcing their customers into using their self-checkouts.
Large building, big selection and usually the most stocked. However, cashier (who was standing at a cash register) forcing me and other people to self checkout even when after I told her I needed a gift card which the average person doesn't know how to do on self checkout. What happened to customer service?
Went to michaels to find some craft supplies, and painting kits. There was a 50% off and a 30% sale so I was able to get a few more items! While looking for different items around the store I got a big help from one of the staff employees, definitely made things easier.
