TERRIBLE service! I gave the cashier $100 bill. She called a supervisor for my change. The cashier just threw the cash on the counter without counting it to me. I asked her how much the purchase was so I could confirm she gave me the correct amount. The 'sup' starts yelling 'it's correct because I counted it'. Very rude, very snarky, very stupid.counted iy

The staff were exceptional and so friendly! Helpful when I couldn’t find what we needed. Will come back!

I came into your store last week to purchase the Cricut 2, having know nothing about the product! I was approached by Laura who was extremely pleasant/knowledgeable, she helped me sort through all the accessories needed to complete the perfect gift for my daughter. Great service is hard to come by these days, what a pleasure!

As an artist this is the go to local art store for your best supplies! Sometimes hard to find customer service to find products

I really like going to Michael’s because they always have what I’m looking for. Ever since the pandemic, they ain’t got what I need & it’s very frustrating!

Huuuge store, expected to find a lot more variety but some of the shelves were pretty bare - they might be experiencing supply issues as well.
Looking at their Cricut machines I realized there are so many accessories, supplies and materials that the cost of the machine is just the start.
I was hoping to find silk hand sewing thread and tracing paper for sewing, but they had neither.

Do your research first for prices and what exactly to get!
The service is ok, there are some really awesome people, and some that will have no idea about the crafts you are trying to do and what you are searching for. But no one has to know anything so, can't be considered a down point.
Their sales are amazing when they go to 75% off on seasonal staff, best time to shop there!
Also, make sure to always try using the 30% coupon.

Best place for art supplies, they are always well stocked in store. If you need to order online the delivery time is speedy.

The framing department working with Kathleen as always been a wonderful pleasure and always does a wonderful just helping me finish off my cross stitches and recommend her to anyone that is getting work framed

One of my favourite places to browse for craft supplies. Good selection and staff are always knowledgeable and friendly.

Stock quantities are usually better at this store compared to the one on Brant (probably depends on what you're looking for, but I have found there's more selection for yarn).

Staff is super helpful + kind. They are patient and they seem to do well under pressure. I didn't want to go in during black friday weekend (they had sales going) but I made a sale on Etsy and wanted to get what I needed to make it quickly and ship it out before Christmas postal delays. It was busier than normal with people buying Christmas decor. They had a lot of people working though and everyone was physical distancing, respectful of guidelines. I was able to go in and out quickly without having much contact.

It's a great place to find anything you need for crafting and decorations.my daughter was fascinated, she wanted to by everything!

Always a pleasant experience with the staff here. They're all quite knowledgable and if they are not sure, they will find our for you even if the store is busy.

This is huge as I dislike being told "I don't know" and the conversation ends.

I went to Michael's for a custom framing project for something of great sentimental value for me. Even during the covid pandemic the service was very personal. I worked with Susan who had great patience and took me through all the different options available. She kept my budget in mind and had no problem showing me different scenarios in the end we got to exactly was I was looking for, on budget too. It was actually fun designing it with her, felt like working on a project together not a purchase! Great service here!

Only one person in the cash, it took forever to pay. When a paying customer has questions and issues, they provide good service at the cash BUT they then should call for back up so the rest of us, in the line up, can keep going with our lives. Otherwise all good.

Store is clean and easy to find the items needed. Employees know what they are talking about and offer the right suggestions. Worth the trip for all your craft needs.

I came in to Michael's around noon looking for gouache and pen ink. Debby (she's a star) came promptly over and helped me look for it, taking into account my price point and my checklist. Nailed it right on the head. Then I was happily greeted by Janice (mom of 2 and LOVELY) at the cash who not only gave me a coupon but struck up lively conversation. These 2 women are incredible and so helpful and I'll definitely direct all my questions their way!

Everything from arts, crafts, baking, knitting and crocheting to supplies for soap, candle and jewelry making as well as party, papercraft and floral designing items plus a lot more.

We live full-time in an RV and sometimes park infront of places that we will shop at when they open for convienence. This shop however decided to call the police on us at 8am in the morning! The only Michaels store to ever do that. We buy lots of yarn from michaels and were planning on waking up and buying yarn.but i guess not from this location. The store wasnt even open yet! Rude.

Had a great experience visiting this Michaels for the first time. I am a new knitter and my cashier was very informative and gave me some tips and tricks for what the labels/symbols on yarn mean and how to determine which needles to purchase. Also, so happy Micheals now has an online store!

We've used the Framing Department for some client gifts and Daesha was so helpful and knowledgeable!

Today marked 25 yrs that I have been getting my hair cut at The Barbers Chair at Erin Mills Town Centre. What started as a 6 chair franchise owned by "Nick" has evolved into a 15 chair mecca that caters to and looks all ages and haircut types.

Along with the franchise owner there are several stylists including Gloria and Stephan who have been there from the beginning. It's like visiting family.

If you need a change or not, try The Barbers Chair at Erin Mills Town Centre.

They have tones of everything. 3 stars because lack of customer relations and no gift receipt provided.

There are two Michaels stores here in Burlington and of the two, this one is definitely the better. The new location is great; it's in the power centre so there's plenty of other shops nearby. The store is clean and it has an infinitely better product selection than the store at Appleby and Dundas. In all fairness, both are good, but this one definitely has everything you're looking for!

Annoyed that their website doesn't show prices for products. Would like to compare prices on the more expensive item's like Acrylic Paints, before I waste my time going there. I'll just stick to Amazon

The one thing in common with all the Michaels locations is that they are under staffed. Wait time is long at the cash and almost impossible to find some help in the aisles. But once you do get a hold of someone they are always polite knowledgeable and courteous.just need more! Of them

This store is large and has a good store plan. I
was able to easily find most of the things I needed and there were quite a few staff members around to help.

This is my happy place! I have a craft business and you can very often find me in here gathering supplies to stock my mini Michaels at home.

Asked an employee about a product. They asked another employee. Both told us it didn't even exist. We found it ourselves. Water-soluble oil paints - less smell, no solvents. Yes, they do exist.

We always find what we are looking for and the coupons offered weekly really do help! As the only downfall is its very pricey. You can find some of the items similar at the dollar store but Michaels items are far better quality. They have many coupons for over 40% off or more on a regular priced item so this really helps!

It's a nice store but the markups are awful, don't buy anything unless it's at least 50%-75% discounted.

This store is located on the east side of Appleby Line south of Dundas Street (Highway 5).

The assortment of craft materials is excellent. The pricing is comparable to other retailers.

The sales team is excellent and are wired together (headset communications) to troubleshoot and problem solve on your behalf.

This location lacks staff! Michaels as a brand is awesome but this location needs a bit more attention in cleanliness and staff availability

I usually try to visit the Oakville store as it has friendly staff always available for help!

Usually have the art supplies I'm looking for. Store is well laid out and stocked. People and friendly but leave you alone unless you ask. One of the few brick and mortar stores I still go to
