Got my daughter sketching supplies. Always stocked and a great experience shopping here. My next purchase will be a sewing machine for myself to mend all of the families clothes and for some new sewing projects.

Great location and staff. I've only recently started shopping here and am happy to not their prices are actually very good. Also, I like how I receive a 30% coupon for my next visit. I'll be back!

My mother-in-law was looking for an item which was hard to find. When I called the staff to see if they had they mentioned they had 4, I asked if they could bring it to the front so as she was elderly not to walk around the store. When she got there they welcomed her and had it at the front counter. Really appreciated they went out of their way to have it ready for her.

I love everything about Michaels. Best sales and Best quality product. Customer service is amazing, especially the cashiers, very polite and kind. The Milton store is neat and clean and easy to shop. Love their seasonal sales.

Wide variety of various crafts and Frames great prices close to home and stores clean also they have Butterfingers

I find them a bit pricey. You can never find someone to help you. The website and actual stock do not sync.

Interesting store with alot of great crafting ideas. Found stuff for nephews school project very easily.

I came to this Michael’s the other day to find craft supplies to do with my friends and had a hard time finding some things that I needed but Cathy really helped me out and was more than happy to do so.

Have been there a couple of times. On both occasions, I couldn’t get the help from the staff. While their inventory on the website shows available, when I go to store, I don’t get to see them. When I try to look for store associates, they are nowhere to be seen. I gave up on both occasions and came back home disappointed.

Had an important order waiting at the check out desk. I arrived a few mins before close and Catherine would not open the door to let me pick up my order. There were also customers still in the store checking out.

Two cashiers and I waited in line more than 15 minutes because of the two cashiers who both needed assistance from the manager. People behind me where leaving. Time is money

I always find everything I'm looking for at michaels. From diys to last minute school projects. We always find our supplies. Staff is super helpful and nice. Store feels welcoming. It's easy to navigate. I highly recommend it. Thanks

The staff was very kind, Girls name who starts with an M was very kind and helped me find my baking supplies. They did not have my letter mold in stock, hence the minus one star. Other than that good service and clean store.

Michaels is a good place for craft and hobby supplies. My kids and my moms hobby products are available here. The prices are little bit on higher side but you get what you nesd. Staff is very helpful and guide you well.

Great place for arts and crafts. And PAINT SUPPLIES. Altho they might need help at cash since the line was very long.

Friendly staff, greeted right away when walking into store. Small store but had everything I was looking for. Offering curb side pick up and in store shopping. Currently Valentine’s Day stuff is discounted 60%

Very friendly staff and nice service! Very organized however I went there to buy re fill for my organizer they were sold out. They didn’t have much left in the organizer section at all actually ‍️they still get a 4 star if they had what I wanted they would get a 5.

It’s a nice store with good collections but somehow what I realized that they don’t have more varieties if compared with other stores in Mississauga or Toronto. Also, at times, they are out of stock. There are ample free parking available in front of the store. They are also following COVID-19 protocols.

I love Michaels but have been disappointed with their covid policies. They have no limit on the number of people allowed in their store and it was an absolute nut house on Sunday. November 15 and their Xmas decor is already picked over! Slim pickings. Everyone is decorating early this year I suppose.
I was number 26 in line to pay. The store was packed like sardines and even a senior couple behind me made comments about how there were too many people in the store.
You couldn’t even turn a corner without bumping into someone. They need to enforce a maximum limit like everyone else.

Selection was good. Sad to see no social distancing and no one in the store enforcing. Also the store was packed, couls not get out of there fast enough.

For anyone thinking that they actually pay attention to/answer their curb side pickup phone line, they don’t. Totally useless

Horrible experience at custom frames. Lady was rude and condescending. Maybe it was that my wife and I were talking in a different language while we were waiting for her to help us, I don't know. But definitely not a good experience. Won't step foot in that store again.

Always able to find what I am looking for at this location. Fantastic selection of Halloween decorations. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

I requested cashier to call other store looking for items she called put store on hold for over 15 minutes and then when she went back the other store hung up

Good store, seasonal section was sparse, I guess cause they've been closed. Very friendly helpful staff. Rest of the store is well stocked

As an avid crafter, I visit very frequently. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable about their products.

I’ve been coming here for a few years, at least once a month, always getting the supplies I need for any of my projects. They’ve always got great deals and products to work with. Customer service is always great. I’ve never been disappointed, they’re always so helpful whenever I’m looking for specific products or need any suggestions for projects.

Nice clean store. The staff is really helpful and nice. I was looking for something obscure and even though they didn't have the product, they still led me in the right direction. Customer service is usually lost in the big box stores, but this Michael's is a pleasant exception. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Great place for arts and crafts enthusiasts (adults and kids) as they carry a large variety of products of decent quality. Their prices are slightly on the higher side compared to their competitors I.e. Amazon, Walmart etc.

They do have arts and crafts programs for kids throughout the week at different times. Price is reasonable ($3/child/session) for a 30 - 45 mins session.

They also rent out a section for Birthday parties with arts and crafts activities for kids.

Overall a nice place to shop for arts and crafts enthusiasts.

Custom framing experience at Milton Michaels was great. Lynette was very knowledgeable and helpful. Looking forward to hanging our family's paintings.

The store is very well organized, it was easy to find the products I needed. One of the staff was very helpful with determining if the item I had found was correct (it was twine, I needed it to make a toy for my bird and I needed to make sure the twine was unbleached and natural). She could not determine if it was unbleached, but she went into the storage area and found a different one that said unbleached. The items I purchased were both reasonably priced and I had a coupon to get 45 percent off one item.

Staff were helpful and there was a good sale. I was directed to a coupon on their website when I asked.

They are always so helpful at assisting you and helping you find exactly what you need. The product selection is outstanding and they are always in stock. And when they have a clearance sale the prices are phenomenal.

It is the best place for silk flowers - their selection is beautiful.

Very good choices of art supplies and crafts.they have Faber Castell pens, styrofoam heads, yarn and way more.they also host birthday parties.

One of my favourite locations. Store always well-stocked and clean with helpful customer service. I would love to give it 5 stars but I am slightly disappointed that they no longer carry the one pound bags of yarn that I used to regularly purchase. I now find most of those at Giant Tiger, but overall they do keep a good stock of other yarns and plenty of other craft materials.

Great stock and amazing staff that always help us find what we're looking for. The cashiers are also so helpful and polite.
