Michelle Cooper and her staff, in particular Donna, were extremely helpful as we navigated sub-tenant insurance (it was a more complicated process as it involved an international student). Donna took many phone calls from me and returned many emails, alerting us to possible pitfalls and educating us on how to do this right (even pointing out some tricky wording on the lease that would have otherwise gone unnoticed).
