Best nails I’ve ever received! Service and workers were amazingly kind and friendly. My nail tech was Henry! Highly recommend!

My wife and I was looking for good nails salon in Guelph tried so many places but none of them like Mickey Nails. The service is better than another, They taking a good care of customers after done service, if anythings happens to your nails they respond and good care fix and makes fear.

Love my special pedicures with hot stone massage, we have very good experience, as top best nails salon in guelph is the best, they have so many services not like another nails salon. I will be back every time Come to guelph!

So I want to start off by saying what a friendly staff! Luna is so nice. Everytime I try a new place (im looking for a new go to place) I always go with a manicure with no polish so I can see if the place is worth going to. Sadly this wasn't it. She was done the actual manicure in about 10 mins (after that I got about a 5 second massage and a very quick hot towel. I did end up going with just a basic clear polish which she did charge me the extra 5$ for because I guess technically it does count as polish which was about 2 mins in the UV light. Their FB page says it's 30 mins however with the actual work it I was out in under 20

). Put lotion on my hand then asked me to go wash it off without reapplying any oil or lotion (even at the end). No cuticle oil. I can even see a lot of cuticle still on my nail (I can push it down). I was left with very dry hands and my nails slightly better than when I went in. Pics don't do it justice.also under the nail feels clogged with skin and file dust. Very nice staff tho

Everyone there is so nice and their artist are so talented. A wonderful welcoming atmosphere and a bunch of kind angels as nail techs ˚ʚɞ˚

When going to Mickey Nails, you must ask for Ms LUNA! She is absolutely incredible at anything you bring her! She is amazingly sweet and does such an amazing job with your nails! She will do anything you throw at her and make it more amazing than the picture! She went above and beyond on my nails, like she does every time

I have gone to see Luna every three weeks for a manicure and every 6 weeks for a pedicure for the past three - four years. She does an amazing job and all her staff is very pleasant and helpful. You need to try them yourself before you can judge by others comments. Just saying

Jenny was the one who did my nails, she is amazing, I was so undecided, but Jenny was so patient, and made them even better than the picture. I will recommend everyone I know and definitely will be back.

This place is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. The lady’s are so mean they make fun of you in there own language. When I asked for the colour bark brown she gave me dark purple, like what in the world. I will never go to this place again and don’t go unless u want to regret wasting ur money!

I used to come to mickey nails regularly pre pandemic to get acrylics done because they did such a good job. I went again today and was sorely disappointed by the service. The lady doing my acrylics did them very badly. They’re lumpy and pointing in different directions. And this is despite the fact that I kept having to ask her to fix it, she herself could see that the nails were neither shaped not filed properly. I also couldn’t get the design I wanted and ended up with a simple French tip which again, she struggled to do and couldn’t shape it right. I kept having to ask her to fix it repeatedly. Because of how many times I had to ask her to fix things the appointment went over time and resulted in me being late for my next appointment. So disappointed, will not be coming back. Wasted my money on lumpy uneven nails

I’ve been here a few times now with a few different mail technicians and they always exceed my expectations! SUPER fast service and my nails always look better then I even expected! Love this place!

I love coming here! After going elsewhere for the first time in a while, I really realized why I don't go anywhere else! The staff is great, especially when you start going there on a semi regular basis. They are also busy enough that you know you aren't getting some 4 year old never used product. Their work lasts, and you really can't beat the price!

If I could give this establishment 0 star I would. Please learn how to treat your customer properly!

I have been to a few times now and have had a great experience each time! The staff is precessional and very friendly I brought my toddler with me on two occasions and they treated her like a little princess thank you ladies, we look forward to many more visits!

My nail tech had an emergency and had to cancel. I needed my nails done asap! Found this place in my area and booked online same day! Clean, on time, and she did a great job! As a hairstylist our nails go terrible quickly, my gel polish has lasted through one week of work and still going! Thanks!

Horrible place! My sister went here to get her wedding nails done. She was 20 mins late to her appointment and called to inform them before the appointment (they didn’t pick up). Then, they called her to ask where she is and when she came in, instead of politely saying they can’t accommodate her due to other appointments, all three nails techs ganged up on her to scream and yell. Told her that she couldn’t have the design she wanted for her wedding. My sister is a reasonable person and would understand had they explained. Instead they screamed “good luck finding a nail place that’s going to take you in” and basically chased her out and embarrassed her. She was very upset. And guess what? My sister found another place who took her and her party in immediately. Do not give these people business if you can help it. Go to Harvard nails and spa in Guelph instead.

Mickey Nails is under new ownership. My nails were ruined by the method they used to remove shellac polish. This is not the salon it used to be and I do not recommend it: everything is about speed and not results.

Went today for a manicure done by Luna. I loved the work she did so much! She even helped me decide what looked best and magically made my nails look not so chewed up as I'm a nail and skin picker. I'm going back for more. Thank you so much to everyone at the salon for working so hard and I apologize for not booking an appointment ahead of time. Promise I will next visit

I love Mickey nails! It's taken me years to finally find the best nail salon in Guelph and that is Mickey's! Their so warm and friendly and really do an amazing job. I always ask for the owner Wendy. She listens to everything I ask for and it always comes out exactly as I wanted it to.

Went in today to have a suprise birthday acrylic nails set and pedicure done, the lady who did my pedicure was so sweet and gentle.however the lady who did my nails was super super rough my nails are still burning to the touch. There was a moment where she went so hard while filing my nails that three of the nail tips flew off. I won't be coming back here.

Took my girlfriend here, her first experience a few months back was great. They do a good job. But this time the lady she had was way too rough with her. The nails look fine but you can see the damage that she did being rough, and she's now going to be a pain for a week or two. Maybe you should ease up after your customer asks you to stop being so rough! Won't be bringing anyone else here ever again.

I had appointments for all of the service but twice already that they did my pedicure first then the manager made me wait another 1 hour to do my manicure. I saw that other customers, after their pedicure they got their manicure right away. Instead of feeling good for pampering myself I get so upset because they made me sit on the corner for an hour and almost forgot about me. Happened to me twice already.

I have been going here long time, always pleased, but today a new girl was painting my toenails when a group of ladies came in, they were seated for service, my lady didn't even finish my toenails, she jumped up and left to go work on other group. Another lady seen me to cash out. Poor service! Won't be returning

I got a full Shellac manicure and I'm super happy with them and the price. The process was fast and they were done very well and they're extremely clean. The whole experience was nice including the hand massage and hot towel at the end. By far the happiest I've ever been leaving a nail salon. My sister took me to her nail salon in Guelph Ontario while I was visiting family. The salon was called Mickey Nails. I was very satisfied with the service and there prices were very reasonable. Better than most I have been to. The staff was so friendly and the store was so clean. Thank you so much for the service. I love my nails.

Called in advance asking if they do walk ins. They said yes. Wasted an hour bussing there just to walk in and get told they dont do walkins and to come back in 3 hours. There was nobody there. Told the staff i bussed and that they told me they did walkins and they said they didnt care. Told them thanks for wasting my time and left. They were extremely rude and not helpful at all.

I'd I could give negative stars I would! I wasnt happy with my acrylic mani so I went back shower them my problem uneven nails, poorly polished, glue everywhere I dont even think my pinky was painted and the one woman said no problem I'll be right with you. The man that did my nails began to ask me why I do not like my nails and i showed him. Then he began to get mad and start to yell at me. They charged me 50$ for the worst mani I have ever had! And he did not stop yelling untill I pulled out my phone to video tape him! Disgusting behavior!

I’ve been looking for a place in Guelph that does dip powder nails and now i’ve finally found one! This place is fantastic, the quality is amazing and the customer service is even better.i’d highly recommend!
