This is the best Midas location. I have been going there for few years and the service is Amazing. They are very professional and friendly.
I would give them 10 Stars

Worst place ever, be very careful they fraudulent and pretend to fix and replace malfunctioning parts on your car and don’t. The manager Kevin stoled my car and never got it back.

I've been coming to this Midas location for many years now. The owner of the place is honestly so pleasant to deal with. Most people don't like dealing with mechanics but this guy is a gem. No matter if I call him for something big or something very small, he always treats me amazing, takes me in right away and always calls me with updates. I got a flat tire today at 1: 30, by 3: 30 it was all said and done and he was extremely busy but he fit me in. I highly recommend this Midas location.

Had an emergency for my mother's car resolved there the same day. Piyush was very quick to get back to me with updates about the tires we needed and a few other issues that came up. Competitive prices and excellent service. Highly recommend.

There were a little bit slow, I was told would only take 30-45 mins more like an hour and 15 but the gentleman was nice about it, I would still go back and get my service done here.

I told the guy what was wrong with my vehicle he said ok I’ll bring it in and let you know how much, he comes back with a $800 bill (for only the front brake pads and rotors and one calliper) i told him i can’t afford that and he says you can’t drive the car from here i said i was taking it home he replied then I’m charging you $40 for an estimate i said you never said there was a cost he said well that’s what i charge i told him Canadian tire charges $25 he said how are you paying i told him debit but was waiting for my phone to turn on as it was charging he said my machine doesn’t tap from a phone i said well? He told me do me favor and never come back here again! Talk about lack of customer service skills & hiway robbery!

Impressed from my experience with Svet and the team at this Midas location! As a woman in a new city it can be intimidating to find a place to have work done on your car but I am grateful to have found them and will be back

The service was amazing and they checked out my car and found they had nothing to fix. The best news is they did not charge me for the inspection. They will be doing all my service from now on.

Great customer service. They let you what needs to be done now and what can wait. You can see the mechanics know what they are doing. Not cheap but workmanship is great.

Booked an appointment online for 5pm. Showed up and was told they could not do it. No one reached out. Drove out there for nothing.

Told me to come back tomorrow. So I booked an appointment with them for Noon the next day at the shop. Showed up at 12: 13 due to traffic and was told they have a 10min wait policy for appointments which was never said to me when I booked at the shop as the employee said “lots of available time around noon not a problem”.

I have been going here for over a year for all my oil changes but sadly when it is not convenient for them they push loyal customers away. Thought they would take more accountability and reach out to me at any point during this fiasco but they clearly do not care about the customer! I suggest everyone goes down the street to Active Green+Ross.

Went to Midas today for muffler replacement, they gave me an honest price and did the work efficiently. Friendly service as well. I’ll be back 100%

(I went somewhere else first -that won’t be named -and they tried to charge me more than double for the same work.)

Amazing experience at Midas. I had gotten the rough treatment at local chop/auto shops and my issue was no close to resolution. With Midas, I was able to book my appointment online (instead of waiting for hours at the shop) and get expedited service for vehicle inspection and headlights.

I've had my car in there for separate issues 4-5 times now and every time they've gone above and beyond. These guys are great. They're honest, fast and professional. I'll be taking any vehicle I have here.

I was walking by and saw this Midas place. It reminded me that I have a large hole in my exhaust on my 2008 Dakota truck which is making a lot of noise. I dread to think about going to the shop mechanics as I'm always taken for a ride and pay out the yin yang. I'm the kind of person that tends to review all the work well after getting it done unfortunately. I haven't gone here yet but I think I will and test the experience. I will update this review after and let you guys know.

Very busy place. Have to book an appointment. Cheaper than Jiffy Lube, but Midas doesn't do an overall look at the car to catch things before they become a problem. Guess you get what you pay for.

The owner Sved promised to give a discount on the car he has for sale. When we were ready to purchase he changed his mind and did’nt honour the promise. Was very disappointed. That was supposed to be my sons first car. Never again I will deal with Midas. Very unprofessional. How can you trust and do business with a company like this again.

I've had my oil changed here for multiple years, used their tire storage and had repair work done. Never had a bad experience. Everyone there is fast, polite and customer service oriented and they're always very reasonable and willing to listen to any concerns. Pricing is very competitive as well.

I've been a customer at this location for at least 10 years now. I was concerned when the previous owners sold the shop but there was nothing to worry about. Svet and his crew are outstanding! Everything is explained, they've never tried to push any unnecessary repairs on me to make a buck, I've never had to bring my car back a 2nd time - it's one and done! They are friendly, professional, accommodating and above all else, they are HONEST. I recommend them to anyone and everyone I know.

Tires were done was not happy at all as the tire did not match the rim spoke to someone and were not helpful or even attended to rectify the situation also white paste all over rim and tires

Have been using the Midas on Dundas in Missauga for years and have had nothing but good things to say. Their prices are fair and their work is above average

WOW! What an AMAZING place! I bought a car here, and the service was friendly, efficient, and honest. Svet was so helpful! He made the process of purchasing a vehicle easy and simple. We decided on a very fair price and he even agreed to fix all four breaks free of charge! It was a great experience and I will definitely be a returning customer!

Went there after a great a reference from my friend, I had brakes (calipers, pads, rotors) to be changed, great guys, really flexible and friendly, work was done in time and really satisfied.

Went there with my Toyota to get a brake job what a big mistake they did a brake job on my Toyota two days later my brakes are squeaking car is not stopping properly shaking on the highway when I apply the brakes went back three times cannot fix it at the end of the day they told me that the parts to be used on my Toyota were made in China and our low-quality I had to take the car to the dealer and get all my brakes replaced again I had to pay twice for a brake job what a big mistake. I paid $800 for a break job what a big mistake I found out that I could’ve got it done at the dealer for only $300 more and I wouldn’t have any problems the use the original Toyota parts at the dealer never will I ever go back to this Midas muffler ever again and don’t recommend this place to anyone that needs a brake job all the best.

This shop is first rate. Svet is the owner. He runs a tight ship. He is friendly, fast, and the price on my synthetic oil change/alignment/tire install was very fair

This is the first time I signed up for the car diagnostics service at this car service. Everything was fine here. First of all, master who accepted me, impartially and calmly did his job and completed everything quickly enough. Also I was pleased with the price - I only paid for the clutch installation. In the end, I was satisfied. The car runs perfectly smoothly

I've been coming here for so many years with every vehicle I've owned including a small box truck. I'm always so happy with the top notch professional customer service that the manger, Rick & owner, Svet, give. They have highly skilled mechanics doing the work as well. Only once had to bring it back for the same issue and they totally backed up their work on warranty! It's so hard to find auto service you can trust. I won't go anywhere else.

Please go here for all your car repairs. This guy Svet and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and honest. I value honesty follow by your experience of technical know how. I will be coming back for more businesses.

I usually have a good service at this Midas, that's why I keep coming back and I even recommended to my son. The personnel seems honest, knowledgeable and very polite not trying to steal your money.

Svet and Rossen and the team are incredibly fair, and get the job done. I put my trust in these guys. Its nice to find a team of mechanics who tells you what you need (and what you don’t need) to be done to your vehicle. They even bring you in and show you the issues if needed. Also, they work on Audi and other European cars. They’re straight forward and create life-long customers because of this. I 100% recommend them for service of any kind.

I went to counter and asked the guy to please check my cars battery. He told me that i have to leave my car there for a full day. Does these guys know that this battery check takes only 15-30 sec.
Every one charge these kind of services but not for a day.

Servicing our vehicle feels much like going to the dentist! Suggestions are often presented as necessities costing hundreds of dollars! We rolled the dice and gave Midas a shot and OMG! Customer service is great here. They always address me by my name which may seem like a small thing but goes a long way in terms of feeling you're an important customer. I never have a problem getting an early morning appt and they take of my car quickly so I can get the rest of my day going. I'll keep coming back.

I have been going to this location for 5 years & have always had excellent service. The staff & mechanics are reliable, trustworthy & very knowledgable. I always come to this location.

I had a great experience here this past week. The co-owner was very patient with my questions (I had plenty of them) and even showed me the rotors and brake pads they took off and what they were replacing them.

I had all my pads and rotors changed last year in May 2018 from an independent shop but my back were completely worn out, more so than the front which made me question if they truly did get changed despite being charged.

They are pricier but worth the peace of mind with their reputation to back up their work and being able to see what was going on with my car.

Highly recommend.
