Something wrong always happens in this shop. From minor car damage to technicians not closing customer's car doors before backing out of the hoist, and even a car crashing through the office in the shop. Plus the owners of the shop are disrespectful. I would highly recommend you stay far away from this shop.

Price that was on Midas site was not what was charged. Told me I needed more oil than what was in the advertisement. An extra $20.

Wonderful location. Fast, efficient and knowledgeable. I can't recommend them enough.

Slow service. Repaired my tires for an hour and didn't even put back my hub cap. So stupid

I had the best experience at Midas today. Everyone, especially Adi were fantastic. Service was top notch, thorough and quick.

I got to Midas late in the afternoon around 3: 30.they took my car in within 5 min.of it getting there.they made the repair within a few hour got my car back by 08: 30 am the next day they were great.nice guys i would go back there if i lived there i live in london.can't say enough thanks

Josh is very knowledgeable and gave me excellent customer service! Took care of me and gave coffee. The cleanest shop I’ve ever stepped foot in.

Had to fill a nail hole, did well be way to costly 60 bucks is ridiculous. 3 other places filled and usually not even 20 bucks, Batemans tire, Niagara Tire Batteries and even Canadian Tire was 15 bucks less. Please evaluate I won't ever go there. STAFF was great Josh Shei- both were nice

I was booked for an oil change and asked if they could rotate my tires as well. They agreed and stated I should get the alignment done as well. When they attempted to do so it was discovered that it was not needed as the car only had 14,000km on it. I needed the oil change because it had been over 4 months. I was so pleased to not have to pay for the other work. Josh stated that if it doesn't need it we do not do it! How perfectly wonderful! I will tell my friends.

Brad and the team were awesome. We needed an emergency tire repair and they fit us in on short notice. Then they did everything they could to reduce the cost of the repair to keep it affordable.

Update*
Was called and lied to about the mistake. Instead of owning up to it they lied and said it's right. I took it to my family friend who is a mechanic it was the wrong oil. Worst place I've ever been in my life.

Went in yesterday for a oil change as I had a coupon for 5 dollars off. Was quoted 2 hours. Fine. Took over 3 because of looking over the whole car which I didn't need or ask for (but I understand that's how they make money). MY BIG PROBLEM IS AFTER ALL THE WRONG OIL WAS PUT IN MY CAR! I called when I got home and left a message as they had closed. Been open over 2 and a half hours no call back no email as if nothing happened. 3 hours for an oil change is insane and to have the ONLY THING I ASKED TO BE DONE TO BE DONE WRONG IS INSANE and to not try to correct it is just down right unacceptable. If I could give a negative star review I would.

They took us in right away without an appointment. However, it took almost 2 hours for oil and filter change.

Josh was friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. The staff was all very professional. Exceptionally clean waiting room & the shop looked very clean as well!

Great experience all around. The facility was clean with what appeared to be top of the line equipment. The staff were friendly and professional at the same time. I also viewed the gentleman behind the desk go, above and beyond, to try and save a customer money. Was refreshing. In addition, I was able to see them do the oil change on my car, and they went over it very well, inspecting everything. I will be returning.

I never received the check sheet online nor paper. Record was done for my previous car. There was no oil change sticker on windshield. I had to go back and ask for it. Technician forgot about it. Front passanger seat was all the way back. They changed setting to reach cabin filter but bothered to but it straight again. I hope the service was good and oil channged went smooth. Technicians should have a check list. Many things were not done properly. Oil change took around one and half an hour. I will think about it twice before going to the same location. Not really detailed oriented place. Or the technician worked on my car was not detail oriented. But price was fair.

The staff were very friendly and professional. I had my breaks replaced in 3.5 hrs which was very good and the waiting room was comfortable with coffee and soft drinks supplied which is excellent. I would definitely recommend this Midas location.

First time here after the new owners, they have great service, good customer service, polite. They have coffe water, even place to charge your phone if needed. I got a synthetic oil change done only took 45 mins! Price was fair to, only paid $105.00

I found myself stuck in Niagara Falls on January 2nd with a torn up tire and cracked wheel rim. I went to Midas for help, and they were kind, SO helpful, and efficient. Josh (I hope that’s correct), gave me advice on how to get what I needed from Canadian Tire, so that I could get back to Toronto safely that day. It turned out that this Midas is owned by the same people as the Bathurst Midas, where I go normally for help. Seriously, a coincidence, but a great one. I can highly recommend both locations. Treated very nicely and professionally car was repaired at a fair price I would recommend this business.

No happy, they needed an hour to do an oil change, no other customers. We took our vechile out and left.

I had a great experience with the service men and woman in Belleville
They were definately quick through they entire process. While waiting, the small talk with the office is staff reminded me of a "country store" feel. Wanda & Hank were great!

Amazing service. Full brake and rotor replacement within 2 hours of finding out the problem. And 0 interest payment plans. F yea!
