It took over and hour to get an estimate for the work. Once that was done, work was completed pretty much on-time and so far the new welded flange is performing well. Price, including a coupon, was very competitive. Staff courteous and friendly.

My mother brought her 2013 Toyota Corolla in after her muffler blew on Christmas Eve. We called these guys first thing in the morning on December 27 and they said they weren't too busy that morning and could fit us in. We showed up at 8: 30 am, they did the inspection within 30 minutes, and fixed the issue the same day. They fixed the muffler by welding the back piece that became detached. They called us at 11: 30 am the same morning telling us the job was done and the car was ready for pickup. Excellent job and great service. Fast and efficient. Decent price, didn't seem overpriced like at a dealership. I would recommend.

All I can say is that I was truly very impressed by the prompt and quick service replacing the resonator on our SUV on short notice. Thank you!

I have an older car that I love and want to keep on the road as long as possible. The Robertson Road shop has always done good work, on time. I've never felt "upsold" on repairs, and they've told me when a repair is critical, and more importantly, when it can wait. Easy to deal with, appointments can be made online.

Midas looked for the most expensive way to repair my exhaust, no reasonable options were offered, they tried to get as much money as possible from me, I will never recommend these criminals to anyone ever.

I will never take my car to the steelership again. These guys did a great job and they got me, thank you guys.

Went in for an oil change and was so impressed by Ken's customer service! He was handling multiple phone calls at once when I arrived and was clearly busy, yet he acknowledged me with a smile and said he'd be right with me. His demeanor was consistently positive, upbeat, and calm while juggling multiple tasks. He was personable, polite, and helpful. Ken is definitely an asset to this business and made me want to return for future business. The actual automotive work was done promptly and well with recommendations made that I felt were in my best interest. I also received a phone call to let me know my vehicle was ready. Overall, it was a pleasure going to Midas today. Dealing with Ken was a great way to start my day - his positivity is contagious!

This Midas wouldn’t honour the warranty provided at another Midas (closed now) in the same city. I provided the receipt, but they said they didn’t have the “right code or info” to cover it. I even called the Midas head office, and while they were supportive, they said the local manager won’t cover it but will offer some discount. So, I took my paperwork to another place (Expert Tire) and in 5 minutes they figured out the right parts dealer, got them on the phone, provided the receipt info I had, and was able to get the info needed to access the warranty. Midas @ Bells Corner could have made the couple calls to figure this out, so I’ll be getting the work done at this other spot instead. ‍️ (2 Star - because the head office guy was nice and polite (Alex)

I took my older car in for an intermittent loud creak in the front end. They did their suspension inspection, and found that there was nothing serious, but could not hear the creak (it was intermittent). They did note some suspension parts that had issues, and were able to show them to me. It was going to be expensive, and they could not guarantee it would solve the creak, but I said to go ahead.

They were able to do the repairs quickly.
I was very pleased to find after the repair that my creak is completely gone, and my car seems to feel less unsteady at high speed. They solved the problem. The gentleman I dealt with (Mark?) seemed very straightforward with me, and unlike when I go to a dealership, I did not feel like someone was trying to rip me off. He was happy to show me the issues and explain things.

While the repairs were expensive for me, they were required, and I guarantee they were done considerably cheaper than a dealer would have charged.

I am happy, and will be back next time I have an issue. That is how to run a business.

I came in for wheel bearing replacement which was all good but it'll be nice for the person at the front desk to explain what they had to do to my car, because I had charges on my receipt for inspection that was done but no one explained, so I felt I was charged for stuff that I did not need. All I'm saying is that please be transparent but great service

I showed up at 7: 45am Mark showed up I told him I was having brake troubles and told him we had to leave town the next day and could he help. He checked me in and I had my truck back by noon. Great service!

My new GO To for BRAKES. Every where else was “booking appointments for next month”. These guys, had me done in 90 mins. That included their brakes specialist completing test drive, pulling rims, measuring disk and pad thickness, walking me through potential options, providing his recommendations in straight talk, detailed estimate …… approval by me then zoom!

Maybe I was lucky with the parts being available close by, but worst case might have been another 30 mins if parts came from east end. I had always been a fan of Midas for mufflers, now add brakes to list.

Big thanks to Manager for slotting me in and to Miko the Brakes Scientist who took care of the actual brakes.

200 km trip yesterday, brakes are smooth as silk, like driving an electric car without laying out the extra $50K.

Recently got my tires changed and oil replaced. They were easy to book, communicated regarding pick up, a smooth experience overall.

Customer service and communications top notch. The pictures and videos of the issues really give you a comfort that they are not screwing you over. Although it took longer than they expected, they communicated that to me and provided several options. Will continue to give them my service.

I regularly have my CRV in for routine maintenance and unfortunately some emergancy maintenance and I've always been served quickly and the work has always been top notch. Marc cares about his clients and always delivers honest advice. Highly recommend this location.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND MIDAS! RUN FROM THIS PLACE! I stop my car in the Midas without brake, to replace it, now I have a car without engineering and the rate to fix the brakes super expensive! They said by phone a number and then other price when you go to pay!

Friendly staff. Performed the work they had detailed with me. Tire pricing was better than most other places comparing similar tires.

Service Agents always very courteous and helpful. Do not pressure you to have work done, which is not imminent at the time.

Online booking was fast and efficient. Personal service is excellent. It took longer than expected to get my tires changed. I dropped the car off at 8: 00 and they weren’t done until 3: 00.

Had an oil change here few days back, my friend told me to check the oil stick, little to no change. Never go here!
