I recently had my oil changed and brake service done at this Midas and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The staff was professional, efficient, and friendly. They explained everything clearly and got the job done quickly. My car now runs smoothly, and the brakes feel great. On the top of that they offer life time warranty on brakes.
Also got a quote for winter tires and will be back in winters to purchase tires as they will be having great offers by then. I highly recommend this place for any automotive needs!

This morning while driving in the pouring rain on the Burlington Skyway, we heard a bang noise and our windshield wipers suddenly stopped. Fortunately we were able to safely get to the Midas at 3030 New Street in Burlington. Managers Vineet Kamboj and Varun Vadehra provided us with kindness, professionalism and the best customer service. They promptly assessed and addressed our situation as we were travelling and we’re not from the area and couldn’t continue our journey without functioning windshield wipers. They searched for and ordered the windshield transmission that was necessary and their amazing mechanic was able to promptly fix our problem. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this Midas and the wonderful Vineet and Varun. God Bless.

It was the first time to do oil change for my car at Midas in Burlington.they are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable teams.my car is front wheel drive only, they saw my two rear tires better than front tires, recommended swapping back to front for safety driving performance.thanks very much for your kind advice and help.very good professional service. 6 months ago… the manager, Andrew McMaster treated me terribly and with a great amount of disrespect for absolutely NO reason. He used extremely rude language that is a complete disgrace and shame towards any human being. 6 months later and still thinking about that man makes me nauseous.

The best place to take your vehicle hands down! Friendly service, and most importantly honesty. It's the only place I go.

Fantastic experience. Dropped car off when full of appts, had car back with new rotors and pads by end of day. Will definitely return for tire package. Highly recommended

Had an appointment scheduled with them (not by choice but rather the online tire retailer cancelled my original appointment with someone else and offered me to go to Midas) to put a new set of winter tires on my vehicle. Not a big deal but took them a while to actually get started (I was the first customer of the day) but the people they have working there are young. Like, just got outta highschool young. But what actually prompted this poor review was that I am now at another local Burlington tire shop to swap off the winter tires and they could NOT get the locking wheel nut off of 3 of my wheels. They even tried with an impact gun and couldnt do it. They eventually offered to try with a very long breaker bar but warned me that the key for these locking nuts (which is specific to these nuts only - these are secure locks) could shatter and I would be stuck with no way to remove them. Luckily, all 3 were removed without any damage.

The owner came to me and specifically asked who installed them (to which I replied, Midas on New Street) and his response was that they were installed at very high torque with an impact gun. Huge no-no. These guys here used a torque wrench to properly install all of them, by hand.

Be aware.

UPDATE: just wanted to add an update to this review. I have now noticed that most of my wheel nuts/lugs have acorned and need to be replaced because this shop used WAY TOO MUCH TORQUE to install them. What that means is if the lugs are installed with too much torque they compress and distort and eventually need to be replaced because they are unsafe. In fact, they compress so much that the socket will no longer fit on the lugs. Unbelievable. 3 years later and they're still screwing me over.

Great! Good guys, they care about the customer and don't suggest or sell you stuff you don't want or need. Always friendly!

I can't speak highly enough of Andrew and the people that work here. They are friendly, honest and respectful. I would never think of taking my car anywhere else for repairs. As a senior single woman, it's hard to feel comfortable that I'm not being taken advantage of. THIS IS THE PLACE FOR ME. Thank you Andrew and everyone that works at Midas
