This location is by far the BEST Midas! Despite them being very busy, I was desperate for an oil change and when I called them, the owner Theresa happily accommodated me. Then once I get there, I’m greeted by the wonderful, kind, caring, and knowledgeable Zaji who made the entire experience so seamless and plus provided me with such a great price! Not to mention I was the last car in for the day and they stayed a little past close to make sure they did a thorough job with the inspection/vehicle check which I appreciate so much! Thank you to Zaji and Theresa for creating a new loyal customer at your St Claire location!

Will not return. Woefully disorganized. Dropped by in person on Saturday to get new tires. Was told they would call me back with a quote ahead of my Monday 8 a.m. Appointment. They never called. Showed up and they didn't have the quote or the tires ready, then proceeded to ask me the same questions again (make, model, tire size) and tried to get me to add a bunch of mark ups to the bill, even though, once again, I had been through all this with them on Saturday. Total waste of my time. Save yourself the insult of their disingenuousness and go somewhere else.

Service exceeds my expectation. All the staff are very professional, efficient, friendly and patience to understand and accomodate the needs of my car. I highly recommend tire/wheel and relared services provided by Midas at 624 st Clair west. I also noticed all the customers left the shop with their car wearing a smile too. Thanks Zaji

I would highly recommend servicing your vehicle here. The owners were very friendly and compassionate. With very short notice, Zaji provided excellent service and accommodated our repair needs.

I had to have my routers replaced on my car and midas installed "non coated" rosters 2 times on my car without telling me. I took it back 2 times because they became rusty in a week. Only after the second time did they tell me I have the option to PAY MORE to have the non coated ones (I'm not a mechanic, I didn't know there was another option, nor was I told about it).
I had to take 3 days off if work total to have my rosters changed because it took them 6+ hours to do it each time. Trust the midas touch?
Oh, and when I called customer service (USA call centre), they told me I would get a call back within 72 hours.that was a month ago and I'm still waiting.
Horrible experience

I took the day off after getting quote the day before about doing ball joints and bearings.first off they didn't have my information that I gave them prior to getting there, second I was misquoted and the try to charge me $79 for inspection fee when I. Was previously told it's $49 fee to check, I have 2 cars in my house and would go back if the service was atleast decent, don't go here they don't stick to the price they tell you over the phone. Will never go back to this place EVER! Wasted my time

I feel confortable with the radiator replacement on my car. It works great. Thanks to "Rodrigo" the technician who fixed and restore my car! That was the second time I sent my car and I really trust the job they did! Regards, JGamboa

I was a last-minute walk-in from out of town and Midas helped me immediately. Everyone there was amazingly professional and courteous, had my car assessed and repaired in less than an hour and a half, and charged what I felt was an honest price (definitely did not feel like I got gouged). Fantastic experience, thank you Midas!

I took my car in after losing a family heirloom engagement ring under the seat, beneath the carpeting and electrical… deep in there. Luckily the skilled technician was able to find it! And I’m less than 15 min!

New owners very nice guys. Right away on point finding my stored tires, and completing a swap with oil change within 3 hours. Scheduled 3 days prior. They contacted my fleet company and approved payment for me with zero issues. Vehicle performing very well with no issues at all.
