The guys there are terrific. I have had issues with my tire notification lights and they have taken their time twice now to fix me up. I get my oil changes done there and I trust these fellows. They point things out and are honest.

Great, friendly, fast, on point service.
They changed the pads of my breaks and that happened from an appointment booked the night before. Awesome experience.
I had a light regarding tire pressure, guess what? ! They fixed and it was not the scope of my visit.

Have had brakes and tires done at this shop on multiple vehicles on many occasions. They’re accommodating and willing to recommend when better or cheaper options for repairs or replacement are available.

This Midas is amazing. We have been dealing with them for a few years now and the manager Lee is awesome. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. All the associates work in a quick and effective manner and really help to keep their customers happy.

Great service. Steve was really nice and showed me what exactly needed to be done. Took a few hours but only because they had to get the part in.

Had a very unexpected issue with my tires that was a massive safety concern. The staff were very kind and helpful and were able to get me in that day and the tires changed. They have helped me out a few times and are always amazing.

North Oshawa Midas has been helping me keep my 30 year old, hard to maintain vehicle on the road. In my experience, they are an honest shop with reasonable prices for services. (Managers Andrew & Lee have even been decent enough to tell me when not to do maintenance work that isn't required). Based on my experiences, I would recommend this Midas shop for all general repairs and maintenance work.

Such friendly honest mechanics. They went above and beyond with something totally unrelated to the oil change I went in for because I asked a question about a problem I was having. Will always go here for my oil changes. I have a hard time trusting mechanics but not here they are wonderful.

The oil change service was quick and throughout plus at a reasonable price of 80 dollars for synthetic oil.

Had my oil changed and tires checked. Andrew was very knowledgeable and answered my questions regarding tire sensors. Would not hesitate to use them again.

My father brought my old neon to this shop to repair a bunch of stuff that another shop messed up on or didn't notice. They replaced the engine mounts, some exhaust work and it's back on the road with no noise now.

My father seemed impressed with them which saying a lot considering he's worked on most his cars over the decades.

The staff at this location are super friendly, and I haven’t had an issue with the quality of the work. But the prices are so expensive. My husband and I were quoted in November 2021 over 120$ for a tire change because they were off rims, I went to another local business and paid half that. Then today I brought my minivan in for an oil change it and cost 98$ for just the oil change. I can’t justify paying these prices, and will not be returning.

Friendly advisor, showed me the brake issues on my vehicle. Fair pricing and good warranty.

Great service and the service representatives are precise with well knowledge about the cases that they offer service for. The only reason yo give them 3 star is their service prices are expensive.

Went to midas with a leak in my exhaust. The service was phenomenal, they came up with a budget friendly way to fix the problem. I can't be any more happier with the service. Highly recommend this midas on Taunton for all your mechanical needs.

Do NOT visit this Midas location! I brought my Mazda CX-5 here a couple of months ago for a valve cover gasket, an ignition coil, and spark plugs.or so I thought so as I was charged almost $1000 for these services. I started having similar issues with my car last week and brought it to another shop nearby because Midas was too busy and couldn't take the car in. This shop found the exact same issues when running a diagnostic and explained there was no way Midas changed the parts. Having worked at a Mazda dealership and having a good amount of car knowledge, I came to the same conclusion. Now I didn't trust Midas whatsoever and had this shop do the work that needed to be done.

I then drove straight to Midas after picking up my car that was now working perfectly. I also had the old parts with me as the mechanic gave them to me when I requested. I explained the situation to Andrew the manager at Midas and I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. As I was explaining the situation he wouldn't stop smiling even though he could tell I was frustrated. He tried to tell me that I was showing him new parts even though there was carbon build up on the spark plugs that couldn't happen in 2 months. He wasn't even willing to have a discussion with me about how this could have possibly happened and told me that there was nothing they would do for me.

I will definitely be contacting someone from the Midas Head Office as it is disgusting that they would charge people for parts and services that weren't done and the experience with the manager at this location was incredibly unprofessional.

I have never had such an amazing experience from the moment I walked in the door until I left. The crew at Midas were the ONLY ones to get me in quick to get new tires installed plus they had a deal on tires. They had top notch customer service, didn’t tell me my car needed anything else or try and upswell me. I was so skeptic at first when I walked in as 1 I’m a female and 2 I use to think of Midas as a quick oil change spot. Not anymore! After seeing the Midas touch I will recommending this location to everyone and I will be getting all my work done here from now. Thank you Midas for saving the day for me. You are superstars in book!
