These guys and gals are so great. Customer service like no other garage I have ever attended. I take all my car repairs to them now. Laura and Jason rock! They're happy to dumb it down to a non Gearhead like me.

Needed an oil change, wasn’t able to do it myself because of the snow in our lot, always hesitant to go to “quick” oil change places, Midas was different! Friendly, convient, and didn’t try upsell or pull the wool over my eyes, I was able to watch the work being done, the lounge was comfy, there was good chitchat, very fair price, Owen may seem younger but he was as thorough as I’d like and amicable. Laura was super friendly and kind, fun and light hearted. Jason picks up quick and books really quickly! Great job! I actually brought a friend there a few hours later, she loved it too!

This morning was my first time going here for an oil change and I was not disappointed. They were efficient and I didn't feel like they tried to upsell anything. The receptionist this morning was also very friendly and she made my experience great. It was refreshing to have such a positive and friendly person representing a company, versus the all too common checked out, zero hecks given, or cranky type staff at many places these days.

Replace radiator brake line I'm not able to remember any more maybe because there's nothing more. I'm hoping my list is accurate it's hard to remember if done or suggested. I have always been accommodated and treated well and respected by all the staff and mechanics
This is my go to place. Very clean and very nice that cold or hot drinks are provided while you wait. Washroom is always clean. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else

They have the best customer service and never try to sell me anything I don't need. Trustworthy, friendly and reliable.

My daughter noticed a problem with her steering when she was finished her day at college last week. They fit her in and found a broken bolt. Had she driven the vehicle anymore it would of ended with catastrophic results. They just charged her for the inspection, and replaced the bolt. Very impressed with the honest and professional service. Thank you for looking after my daughter.
