My Midas takes the time to explain any needs for my vehicle. They are very friendly and curtious. Easy to communicate with all staff. Excellent in all areas of their expertise.

Very good place to have oil change and they help me when I was in my way and my car give up in middle they help me with it and helps us a lot thanks really good staff!

Jason was very helpful. They attended to our emergency car issue without any appointments while visiting our kids in RMC during a long weekend. Thank you very much for your help!

We were changing tires and needed a wheel balance as the weights fell off one wheel, took it in, Pat was quite busy but fit us in for a quick wheel balance. Very grateful as it was the thankgiving weekend, nice guy, personable. Thanks Pat

Late Friday night a rattling started in my van. Could not find another auto service centre other than Midas open on Saturday. I was able to make an appointment online and received excellent customer service. The mechanic explained the issue and did his due diligence about a second issue I identified when dropping the vehicle off for servicing. It was my first experience at Midas and left very pleased and relieved that the repairs were complete. Highly recommend.

Always friendly service and competent repairs, they keep my rusty old beast running and do it with a smile.

10/10 customer service from your young curly haired lad behind the counter. Could not ask for a better experience while purchasing tires or parts for my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about all the parts and kept his patience’s as I continued to ask questions to make sure I wasn’t getting screwed. Will definitely be using the service again if I get to interact with the same parts guy.

Managers this location (Chris) was absolutely phenomenal with the grace and patience and understanding he presented and the help he gave in assisting with the repair of my vehicle. I was broke down (powersteering) for the fourth time in 4 weeks due to faulty parts and repeat bad installations and on top dealing with other life extreme dire circumstances. (Seriously dire. Which he saw).) anyhow the. Need for my car to be properly repaired was amongst them and he worked miracles to help get me back on the road.all I had to do was tow (fury) to that location from Belleville where his men took it in and finally fixed it right. The way it's supposed to be done! Polite patient helpful and such agift In my huge time of need and circumstance - a million thank you's from this woman who was literally having her world fall Apart. My car power steering is finally in tact and is running beautifully!
I was very wary about Midas (because of other locations) for quite a while but -they've got an A1 manager and and team at this location! And my faith is restored. Thank you Chris! U are in my most trusted contacts for cars.

Love them! So grateful for all their help. From taking me in right away having been towed, to giving me a detailed breakdown re the repairs, and did I mention their great personalities! I’d go back there in a heartbeat.

I was doing some traveling for work and when I was leaving Kingston, my wipers finally gave way and died. Before they died though, I was having to put in the fuse to make the wipers work every time it rained.
This time however, not so much.

Took it to Midas here and within minutes they had it in the shop and found the issue.

Turns out, the transmission inside the wiper motor has gone. Dead. No more wipers.

They explained it. Unfortunately it's something that needs to be replaced but the van is leaving my hands shortly.

Went in for a tire replacement. Quoted me 110$ for 4 tires. Told them needed 2 said 55$. Went in and after everything charged me almost 80$. I was in a rush. Great staff but they will rip you off. Keep your business elsewhere. I had to travel and hence I paid the price. Worst mistake ever. Never going back again. Asked them for tire rotation service. Was denied service.

Great service! They squeezed me in without appointment for emerge tire repair! Had them do a needed suspension repair as well and all within a tight timeline as I had an evening appointment. Great communication, very friendly! Thank you.
