Service was excellent. Amir and Sara were very nice. John also explained the bill very clearly. This is my 3rd time there and i will continue to go. Better than dealership as you usually have to wait weeks.

I hate giving this place even 1 star. This place is a rip off. They over charge you for their services and parts and the parts they use are the cheapest. They also have no problem ruining another part of your vehicle while fixing another and expecting you to pay to have it fixed. Do not waste your time or money at this place. Absolute joke.

Don’t get me started…. This is my family. Love them all, very professional. They have done an excellent job maintaining my car.

My husband and I came here for the first time today and we were just amazed by how professional and friendly the staff were. The team took our appointment on time and finished when they said they would. Thank you for the incredible service. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend midas to everyone!

Don't trust them. They tried to tell me my car won't pass certification the way it was and make extra money off me. Went to another shop that I knew well and knew the car I was trying to certify, that shop couldn't believe what this midas had told me. Honestly look through these reviews and really take these 1 stars seriously. It seems like unless it's an oil change they tend to ream people for as much money as they can.

They tried to mida-size me, tried to get me to put my OEM exhaust back on (to make more money) that I never even had cause I bought the car without it, only for another shop to certify the car saying it's not even close to being too loud.

Needed oil changed on new jeep cold outside called dealer, run around b.s. Remembered seeing ad for midas online. Found ad clicked made same day appt.for later that morning was in and out in 30 minutes very nice ppl clean nice waiting area will go back

I went in to get my oil changed the other day and I met with Greg I believe. He was calm and quick and had wonderful customer service skills. The guys at midas also gave me a complementary inspection while they changed my oil and I found out my brakes were a little worn.

I was able to get an appointment in the same week to have them looked at and that's when I met John. I hadn't even said hello but he knew who I was and what I was there for. Which to me is a great sign because it means the team actually communicates with each other so I'm not stuck explaining myself multiple times over.

They were also efficient with my time. I was given an estimated two hours wait time. Usually these are pretty conservative guesses and I expected to be there for at least four house but they finished about 15 minutes earlier than they told me and had all the paperwork set up for me to look over.

The guys at midas were quick and polite and didn't try to up sell me on anything I didn't need or want. I recommend.

My experience at Midas was great from the man working the desk to the mechanic who worked on my car. Quick and efficient work paired with competitive pricing!

Very clean well kept shop, Employees are very kind and helpful aswell, I'd definitely recommend going to midas for your next service!

Nice place. Clean and organized and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They also had the World Cup on a big screen tv in the waiting area so extra points for that!

Very honest and communicate well. Happy with all the service work performed for me over the past 3 years or so.

The owners of this franchise are always going above and beyond. The first time I needed urgent brake repairs - I was over 120 km away, and desperately trying to get get home when the grinding started. It was Christmas Eve, snowing, and I had my wife calling around Barrie - to see if any shop could help us out as we knew most shops had reduced hours for the holidays. The owner was quick to reassure her that they would look after us, and were willing to stay open until I got there.
Since then, we have used this shop for all of our major work. Last year I was stranded by a blown engine, and while they had the car in for repairs - they went out of their way to keep me in business with their loaner at an incredibly fair daily rate.
I should also note, that we have been so pleased with all of their employees as it seems to be a testament to how the management treats them.
We have never had any complaints, and have never had to return for bad service.

UPDATED: I still will not go anywhere else! I’m still beyond impressed with this particular Midas! This Midas is PHENOMENAL! They went out of their way past above and beyond what a garage does and should do! I will always recommend this particular Midas to everyone and anyone without any hesitation! If Covid wasn’t here I’d hug them all for hours! Lol I can not stress enough how supportive and on par they are here! They fixed my car right away! This is the 3rd time I’ve been here but today meant the most! They deserve well beyond a 5 star review that’s for sure! If you need anything done you have to come here! I had been catalytic converter before a month ago and today I had new brakes, new rotors and 4 new all weather tires! Insane bang for my buck I got and they worked with me through every aspect of the transaction not just the money part. They explained everything to me so I could understand! They didn’t sugar coat anything or try to upswell me or say hey you need this but I really didn’t! Hoping I never have to go back but this is the place I will go back to only! Thank you so very much! You made me cry for helping me with such sincerity! (Tamara) UPDATE: I had to go back to get retorque done and they noticed something and fixed it straight away and they noticed an oil leak as well that literally started that same day somehow but they fixed it for me at no charge…. On top of all they’ve done for me to date, what they helped me with more and did for me last night again far beyond above & beyond what any other garage: shop would ever do but they did it! Again I got home and told what happened in tears because I was so grateful and so happy! Thank you yet again! By the way as I said above I won’t state what all was wrong but they were serious things and this particular Midas shop is the only place I will ever go because they took the time… didn’t upsell me anything and made me feel safe again driving! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I got my brakes done about 4 weeks ago here. I booked this appointment in advance as I live half the year in here and half the year elsewhere so I booked it 4 months in advance so I could get it done when I got back home. The guys spent 15 minutes making fun of me, at my appointment, for booking it in advance. Once the appointment start myself and my boyfriend walked down the street and did some shopping and got Luch, they texted saying it was ready to be picked up just as we were walking out the door after lunch (perfect timing), 5 minutes later we were pulling into the parking lot, and they texted and said make sure you come pick it up soon as we close soon. I walk in to pick it up and the same man that made fun of me before was there saying "oh you must've got my text's we close soon" (they did not close for another 4 hours). I am not happy at the comment that were made and how they were made they did not make me feel comfortable. I will not be using this Midas EVER AGAIN.

Always great service. Use to go to dealership but the wait was to long for anything other than an oil change. Will continue to back to Midas
