Been coming here for a few years now. Never a bad experience. Always tell me up front what needs to be fixed and how much it will cost, and the final invoice is always exactly (or very close to) the estimate.

Experience was quite terrible. I was given mixed msging between the mechanic and then the shop foreman I believe. At check out when I tried to redeem a coupon I’d received, I was told that it was only at participating locations however later they mentioned that it only ran until Nov30. My initial appointment was Nov 28 however when I called to reschedule I was advised that would honour it. To defend not giving me a discount, they mentioned that they gave me a full brake inspection (priced at $75) for free however there was no paperwork available for this brake inspection. Lastly, they did not reset my check engine light post diagnostic even though they told me they would.

I always have a positive experience. I trust their opinion and they are quick in their service. Very nice group of people.

DO NOT GO TO MIDAS!
I dropped my car off for an oil change. 2013 Subaru outback 3.6r. Oil was drained and somehow none was put back in. Oil light came on a few days later. Not a drop in the oil pan. Midas did not care, and refused to even pay for the oil I had to get delivered to her before driving. They were also rude and were not concerned at all about the mistake that was made. How In the hell do you forget to put new oil in after an oil change? Midas staff was completely incompetent and clearly do not care about customers. Running an engine without oil causes extreme damage. Who knows how long it will last now. Avoid midas at all costs! I'll be paying for it in the near future.

Walked it with a very noisy exhaust with a hole in the pipe. They took one look at it and a couple hundred later it's purring like a kitten again. Thanks for the great experience. Cheers

See. Pete or Tony for service; you don't pay for what you don't need. As a matter of fact, my neighbor Charlene went there as I recommend charged zero dollars for a muffler clamp.
She was so impressed she got them doughnuts from Tim's.
