Customers will not know this until their first experience. My first impression is unmistakable. These guys know what what's wrong with the vehicle. They'll not only tell you what's wrong (like other shops would do), but they would go a step further in showing you what's wrong with your vehicle. They'll show you the different components, their functions, and what is likely to be triggered if the defect is not fixed. And they will not suggest anything unless it is necessary or relevant to the present issue. The owner is a great guy. And they're pretty affordable. I would recommend this shop to anyone close by who is looking for a mechanic.

Great place. I went here for oil change and it was quick. Also, staff is friendly and explain in case of any issues.

I took my 2008 VW Rabbit for a exhaust replacement, they did an excellent job.

Want to change my tires i got a quote from a lady sitting on the counter today. I left for a while to think about the price then i came back and was agreed to change my tire on the price she gave me on other lady called and she told me if you order now I should come on Monday i was was just asking what time on Monday should i come she told me we cant give you a specific time

Then i asked okey any day in the week give me a specific time as i have to go for job i cant take too much time just requesting her if i can leave my current tires with the rims as they were already in my car so any time y new tires come you just changed them and at specific time i will come and will save the time.

Then right away the fist lady who I talked earlier interrupted me and talked to me in a rude way we cant give you a specific time dont argue with us dont waste our time.

The only thing i want to bring on your notice please learn how to deal with the customer

I walked away and went to another shop. You lost a customer

They are honest and know what they are doing.also I appreciate having women in these establishments it much easier for other women to come in and get work done I usually feel uncomfortable but the girls had my back for sure. I’ll be back in summer

What a wonderful experience! Knowledgeable, honest and friendly people, fast competent service. Shout out to Rory who went above and beyond and took the time to answer questions and provide feedback even when every bay was full and they were extremely busy! Sadly when a woman takes her car to be serviced, she often gets hosed…. But this establishment was so honest they even told me I didn’t need work done that I had told them I was certain I needed. I will be going back for sure! Thanks for the great service and friendly atmosphere!

This was my first time using Midas and as of now I will only be using this location. Absolutely amazing service. I was contacted by Ryan after requesting an appointment online. From the second we started talking I knew it was going to be a good experience. When I dropped my car off he was even there to greet me.

I am not a car person, so my explanation was terrible. Ryan said not to worry and that he would be test driving the car, I said well you would have to be magic and I left for work. When I went to pick up my car Vicki was fantastic and went over everything and answered all my questions.

Ryan must be a wizard. My drive home was perfect. All of my issues were solved, and they were able to get rid of noise I thought was normal. Absolutely fantastic. I will not go anywhere else, if you need your car serviced, call and ask for Ryan or Vicki. You will not be disappointed.

Honest service! Went for brake pads change… mechanic told me my brakes are still good and just need an adjustment!

Went there to fix my van brakes. My van had 1 issue but after each visit to Midas a new issue would appear spent thousands of dollars and would never fix the issue. Finally got fed up and got rid of my van and bought a new one. Now I only go get service at the dealer. Wouldnt turst them for an oil change. Would not go back nor would I recommend to others.

Went there for my car service. The staff was exceptionally nice and they made sure that i dont leave with any issues with my car.kudos for brief explanation at the end. The waiting lounge was being missed but thats due to covid.all in all 5/5

Came to this location for an oil change. Checked in with the service advisor lady was 50 years old and aggressively trying to flirt with me. Sure enough I find out the technician "her husband" installed the wrong oil in my truck. I left without paying for obviously damaging my engine and was returned with many calls and threats from her over jealous husband/technician and owner of the location.
Weirdest oil change I've ever received to say the least.

Way too expensive, I called for a valve change on my tire and they said $40 plus tax. I found another shop (limitless tires) that did the whole thing for $20.if you ever want to get a flat tire fix I recommend get it done by limitless tire. Also as a bonus they have a excellent waiting lounge with cold water and massaging seats.

I had a wonderful experience with reception (Sorry dear can't remember your name I remember your smile and helpfulness) and Bobby the owner, can't say enough:)
I am Travelling from British Columbia to PEI and had rear End problems. They got me in Monday morning without an appointment and had me on the road by 2: 30 PM. Note last time I was in Brampton they did an emergency axle replacement in record time and I have not had a problem. Highly recommend

Love this place. Been going there for years. Want job done right and fast. This is the place to go. No fooling around. Got my vehicles done with small recommendations, and out in less than 1 half hours. They check everything!

This is the only place I trust to do my oil change. They won't try to upsell you or tell you that you need things that are not necessary.

Great place to get your vehicle serviced. Honest friendly people who are always a pleasure to deal with.

Been going to this location since I got my new car, and first two oil changes were fine. Few weeks back, got my third oil change done at this location and started noticing noises at idle or when the car is stopped. Decided to take a look at it and noticed that the bolts were missing from splash guard and found a zip tie holding my splash guard intact instead of the seven bolts that are supposed to keep in secure.

Called several tire places, asking for my whitewall accessories to be installed. Most others didn’t have a clue. Got through to Vicky at Midas, and was told to come by for installation. Bob and team took care of me and my 1966 VW Beetle. Service with a smile.

Vicki was very helpful in meeting my tire change and alignment needs. The service was great and I had a pleasant experience with everyone.

I have been going to this location for about 4 years (maybe longer) and I can't believe I haven't put a review up yet! I can't say enough good things about this Midas and the staff there. I have not dealt with anyone there who has not been compassionate, fair and just plain friendly! I would not trust my car to anyone else. They are quick, fair, honest and by far the best mechanic in Brampton. Thank you for keeping me and my car safe and an in good repair!

We all hate breakdowns but the team here at our midas is pretty awesome. They will get you back on the road super fast. From brakes and tires to significant jobs like manifold replace, these guys can be trusted to get it done. Thanks team

There was a pricing concern initially, but the service desk rep was super helpful and friendly and quickly resolved that issue. They were able to honour the old pricing I got during the first ever service I got at this place.

They also allowed me to drop off the car early in the morning, and pick it up minutes before closing and were in no rush. They checked all the maintenance issues for my car and even check the tire pressures so I'd be ready for the winter.

The service overall was great. I highly recommend this location for Midas.

My son had issues with his Nissan Sentra last year and we brought it here and they replaced the muffler. They were upfront with the costs (which was competitive in the marketplace). This year, we came to have a tire swap (not on rims). Booked it online Sunday night and they called 8am Monday morning. We left the car at 10am for pick-up by 5pm (due to COVID, you cannot wait at the shop). They called at 1: 00pm to inform us 3 of the winter tires needed to be replaced. They offered to price 4 new ones but given the current economic situation, we decided to just keep our other ones on. Professional and considerate. We definitely will come back for any other issues that may arise. Recommend.

Note: If you are coming North on Hurontario, you have to make a U-Turn to get into the parking lot because of an island located at the lights. The entrance to the driveway is blocked by the island. There is a middle turning lane to assist with this process. There is no entrance on Bovaird.

My friend refered me to Midas even though this was a different location I decided to try them and I was not disappointed, i had some issues with my head light and they were upfront and quick with diagnosis. Price was responsible, I will definitely return for any mechanical needs in the future,

I've been going here since 2012 and never felt ripped off. Now I take my wife's car there too. They are always honest.

They always show you the problem and ask if you want to fix it unless it is a safety concern.

Once I thought I needed to change the brakes on my wife's car but they said I still have life left in the brakes and I should come back in the next season or if it gets worse.

True enough I got another 4 months it of those brakes and then had to change them.

Great automotive repairs are not cheap. Been going here for years. Brett, you and your team are fantastic. Thank you again. See you next time.

What I like along with the great service is customer service. Great personality all around especially from Lindsey and Brett.

Booked an appointment over the phone yesterday and went in today, got an oil change with a reasonable price and was done in 45mins. From booking service to getting the service done, I was very satisfied with the customer service. Will definitely go there again and refer friends and family.

Just ask for Bobby! He is a great mechanic. He did a great job on fixing my 1998 Odyssey. It had a steering issue and he found the problem. It was a bad rubber bushings in the suspension.

We have been here twice for two different vehicles. One was a muffler issue and the other an exhaust issue. BOTH times, the service has been fast, knowledgeable and does not try to upsell you on unnecessary things. Fantastic staff!

Knowledgeable staff, great prices and they made sure to let me know what all the options were and which would be the best despite how much work they would have gotten out off me.

Today was my first time going there with my caravan. I gotta say I wont be going anywhere else from now on

The INTERSTATE battery for my MX-5 was roughly equivalent in price to a noname knock off at WALMART. Great price.
Since it is right in front and easy to install it cost 15 minutes to install.

All done for less than $200 taxes included. AMAZING.

Half the price of the last dealer battery, better battery, and FAST.

I had to bring 3 cars there by now. First one is 2005 Ferrari tho they do not work on them they help me with my emotions test which for that car was a nightmare. They have repaired two of my family cars and always honest good people. I recently needed them to help me with some paperwork and they did with no complaints.
I will definitely go back and recommend them.

Bobby is the most honest mechanic i’ve experienced. Both receptionists are extremely nice and all mechanics know what they’re doing and they do it RIGHT! Took me awhile to find a shop that treats you the way you want to be treated

Don’t go anywhere else! This auto shop is a gem! You’re lucky you found it! Bobby the owner cares about your car problems and takes care of you. We needed a brake light for my daughter’s driving test. The test was cancelled. My daughter was in tears. I was under crazy time pressure to fix it immediately. Bobby waited for me to drive in, pulled his mechanic from another job, fixed it on the spot! I made it back to the test center in less than an hour- unheard of- staff at test centre shocked we returned so quickly! My daughter passed her G2 road test. Thank you so much Bobby! My daughter lives away at school and can return with her G2 test done!
