Good service. My car was making a sound and so naturally I thought it was going to cost me thousands of dollars, but it turned out to be an easy fix. I just moved here so this will be my go-to.

This Midas is recently open and brand new on Bridge Street in Bradford. We have fewer choices in town with older shops closing. I called to see if there was a chance to get my vehicle in with an emergency repair. The manager, Nicholas told me to bring my vehicle in right away. The tow truck dropped off my vehicle and within an hour I had a diagnosis of the problem. Half of the repairs were done that day and parts were ordered and the repairs done to fix what was required the next day. The Midas of old has graduated to the 21st century. Job well done by Nickolas and his tech's.

I love my car and have been an Audi owner for 20 years. I always take my car to the dealership. This was the first time I didn't. It's like changing your barber, it doesn't happen often.

I went in asking to take a look at the brakes and do an oil change. My brakes are 6 years old so I figured it was time? They did an oil change, fixed my underbody protector for free (zip ties and some screws, thank you!), and told me my brakes are okay right now and don't need replacing. When was the last time you asked a mechanic to do work and they said you don't need it right now? Awesome.

Nicholas was very professional and polite. He did point out a few things from the vehicle inspection report (and I was aware of them) but I appreciated the fact that he took the time to explain in detail and the no-pressure approach. The service was quick, practically no wait time and the price, being on special, could not be beat.

Got the tire swap appointment within days while others would have taken weeks. Came back after a few days to get the tires torqued which took a few minutes. Fast, reliable service.

The plus part of this experience was Midas Auto Service is located in Bradford, not a long ways to travel. The owner has opened up in a town which makes it easier than driving to Newmarket, although nothing was wrong with the Midas service in Newmarket. My husband and I feel, it's nice to support our local business owner.
Their expertise is certainly impressive, they go the extra mile -they send a full detail of what had been done and pointed out each individual who had been working on your vehicle by name.
It's just a friendly place to sit and chat with others who are waiting for their cars.

On the evening of December 1-2 I had a horrible experience on Yonge street, where my car was exposed to debris that was dumped by a truck I'm assuming where it caused me to have two flat tires. Nicolas at this location was extremely helpful, professional and very patient. Followed up with me during the process. And when I went to pick up the car, the employee was polite, and the car was very well taken care off. Big thank you for Nicolas and his team. You were amazing and I highly recommend you.
