Got an X-Ray today and couldn't have been more pleased with the hospitality from Marie. With her warm greeting to her pleasant personality, Marie made the experience smooth. Also, the young receptionist salutation was welcoming, although she was wearing a mask you can tell she was smiling.

The staff were professional and friendly in looking for dates/times that worked with my schedule. They explained what I needed to do/bring to my appointment. Check-in was easy, they took me on time, the office was clean. It was also convenient to have the lab next door to get blood work done.

Horrible experience. Receptionist had no idea how to check patient's information and let patient go back, canceling appointment which was urgent
Even no sorry from Office side and moreover blaming patient.
This attitude and unprofesionalism is uncommon for Toronto Society and this is very sad.

Visited on 11/27/2023. Arrived a bit early and they treated me very well and procedure was done very quickly and efficiently. A very good experience overall and a nice surprise how easy this process was. THANK YOU!

I have had a few test as requested by my rheumatologist.and every time the staff are wonderful! The ladies at the front desk are so friendly and helpful and my gentleman ultrasound tech is so nice and friendly! Always a positive experience!

With an appointment, service is fast, efficient and friendly. I’ve been coming here for decades. Only issue now is parking.

The woman at reception was excellent- I had to schedule another appointment due to conflicting fasting instructions for two different tests. She was excellent on rescheduling me and ensuring I was clear on instructions. Very effective, very competent, and approachable too.
Both technicians who worked with me were professional, and very competent. I felt like I was in good hands the whole way through the entire process. Thank you

Everyone was so kind and caring, both visits for a mammography and a bone density test. I have a broken ankle and people went out of their way to make it easier for me. Thank you to a great team!

This is a very well run (busy) clinic. They go out of their way to create a good experience. Staff are friendly and efficient. Results are transmitted to doctor in a timely manner.

It is quite unfortunate that I found the communication of the staff was substandard.
I called the Midtown location (Yonge and Davisville) on August 23 for an appointment for Shoulder X-Ray and Shoulder Ultrasound.  The receptionist gave me an appointment on Friday, November 3 for the ultrasound. She told me that this is the earliest appointment available. She further indicated that there is no need to book an appointment for the X-Ray because it is on a walk-in basis. I can arrive early on November 3 and get the X-Ray done before the ultrasound.
I waited for over 2 months for my appointment. Upon arrival, I was told that she could check me in for the shoulder ultrasound but there was no X-Ray technician on duty. I mentioned to the receptionist that I was told it was not necessary to make an appointment for an X-Ray but they should have told me to call in advance to find out if they have an X-Ray technician on duty that day. The receptionist did not take any responsibility and told me very firmly that the information they provided was correct. She was using the shortage of X-Ray technicians as an excuse. I told her that I totally understand there is a shortage of X-Ray technicians. Unfortunately, there was a very clear gap in that communication. By informing me that X-Ray is on a walk-in basis, they gave me the impression that I could go in any day without an appointment. They neglected to tell me that they do not have an X-Ray technician on site every day and I said they should have informed me when I called. She discounted what I said by saying that it only started this week. I highly doubt that is the truth. I could tell the receptionist did not care and did not acknowledge their poor communication.
As I mentioned before, I waited for over 2 months for my appointment. I took time off work for the appointment, thinking that I would be able to do everything on the same day. Now I need to take additional time off for my X-Ray. This is inconvenient for me and it is very disappointing to see that no one is owning up on their poor communication. Please re-train your staff to provide all the pertinent information to the patients. My time is very valuable and it is not right to have put me in this situation.

I went online to book an appointment for my wife, online receptionist Mary called me as soon as the end of the day, she was very kind, she is really 5 star thank you so much

I really had a great experience when I was pregnant coming for ultra sounds here. My pregnancy was high risk, so I needed a lot of ultra sounds and the team here made me feel welcome and comfortable.

My appointment was right on time. No waiting. Front reception was very friendly and efficient. I was not pleased with the technician for my ultrasound. He is obviously skilled at his job but his people skills need some improvement. When he was done he handed me a paper towel and said “clean”. I then sat there while he went back to his computer so I asked him if I was done and he said “yes”. A bit more communication would be welcome.

Very courteous, efficient and on time. I had an appointment at the Yonge and Davisville location for an ultrasound after 4 months of waiting for one (not happy about the wait!) ; but when I went in, it was all positive.
