Setup an appt to take a look at a specific used Civic listed on their site, only to find out that it has been sold when I got there, what a waste of time, could have inform me beforehand to save me a trip (mind you, came all the way from Mississauga), the original salesperson that I got setup with was probably too embarrassed to deal with us, instead told another salesperson to deal with us instead, what a joke

This is the third time I used Midtown Honda with my maintenance of my Honda CRV. I have had another model and make before. The experience is beyond compare. I dealt with Konrad at the service centre and his very personality the tone, the care, patience, professionalism and explains exactly what is required to be done on the vehicle. I just wanted to share about my experience at the Midtown Honda Dealership. I dealt with Energy and Josh throughout the whole experience and at every point I felt extremely comfortable as they were completely transparent and professional. They went through everything thoroughly and this being my first car purchase I appreciated the patience and commitment to giving me the best service. I will look to recommend this dealership to all my friends and family specifically because of Energy and Josh.

I picked up my car today and first and far most I would like to say that the sales rep that helped me with my car, Angelica Alialy, was amazing! From the moment we met her she was very friendly, helpful and not pushy. She set us up to test drive several cars. I was very indecisive with my car choice, however Angelica helped put my mind at ease and responded very quickly to every question and concern I had. I highly recommend speaking to Angelica if you happen to be looking for a new or used vehicle. I will definitely go back to Midtown Honda in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

I would also like to note that Midtown Honda carries great cars. I had the vehicle history pulled on three different used cars and none of them had a history of accidents. Impressive! This was great. They were also very low in kilometres.more impressiveness!

Now onto Mike, Hassan, Pete and Sandra, they were all also very friendly and helpful! What a great team!

This is the worst honda dealership which i ever visited, They are not eligible to get even one star. Very unreliable and unethical business policy Be careful and don’t trust anything they says especially the sales and finance guys. They will simply increase car prices and make us fools. ALL. PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALESHIP, DO NOT STEP IN EVEN BYMISTAKE!

My Honda Element had a recall issue. Midtown took a look, and installed the needed safety support recommended. Liz accommodated my need for text based communication due to my deafness, and I felt reassured and respected. Liz also recommended some overdue maintenance which will help keep my ride in great shape. Thanks Midtown!

We came in with a clean car and left with a car covered in finger prints and black oil stains. They had the audacity to leave a "this vehicle has been properly cleaned and sanitized for your safety" flier.

Great service, i've been bringing my Accord in here for years after bouncing around from a few service centers and this is my favorite one by a mile. The staff is nice and the service is quick, efficient and well priced.

Worst customer services I ever face in canada. Service manager doesn’t know how to talk with customers. When I bought the car they promised me a lot things. I have all the documents but right now no one is responding. And we have to pay a lot money. This is my personal suggestion don’t go to midtown Honda ever. Buy it from another retailer. Because this whole staff is not revealing truth, when you are buying from there. Before signing any papers contact Honda first and do it after.

Never getting a car from this place again.
I leased a car from them in 2015 and everything was fine, people were pleasant. I feel I've been overcharged by the garage a few times but what are you going to do?
However, the major problem is my lease up this year and these people have been HARASSING me, trying to get me to lease another car from them. It's getting really gross how much they harass me. If I were planning on getting another car, it certainly wouldn't be from these people.

I would like to thank everybody involved on me getting my first car. From the salesperson to the homie showing me my car. Your services were above and beyond and made sure that I get the car I wanted. Especially Margarita thank you for your help and everything you've done to make it happen even though I can only rate 5 stars I would like to give you 10 stars. Wonderful service! Inderjeet spent hours with me as I had a ton of questions and he took the time and patience to answer all of them. I never felt rushed or pressured. Thank you for helping me find my car! I would recommend him as a sales consultant. Love the French vanilla coffee too!

I have been going to Midtown Honda for more than 20 years and have been very happy with the service the service manager Vince, Service advisor Elizabeth Arruda, and Joe my service technician has provided. Vince, Liz, and Joe has been providing me with service for 20 plus years.

I recently just bought my first car from this dealership and had an amazing experience. Indran was the car salesman I saw and he was very friendly - he made me feel very comfortable about my purchase and explained everything to me. I would recommend going to this dealership and hopefully you'll get Indran as your salesman because he is quite knowledgeable and honest.

Buying a car can be intimidating as there are so many options and if you don't know anything about cars, the challenge is even greater. I can't thank Peter Themelkos and Mike Makris for making this process seamless from beginning to end.they were so accommodating and understanding with my wants and needs and not once did I feel pressured to "buy a car. ". They answered all my questions with sincerity and made me feel comfortable in asking all my "crazy" questions.the two of them communicate very well which is important to see as a customer.the banter between them and the rest of the staff was fun to watch as you can tell they are a close knit group. If you could only give a negative review, took my car for an oil change last year for the first oil change of my 2018 car and they took my car on a 20 km thinking I do not know my mileage always make sure you take a pic or write down your KM's.they are always trying to rip off there customers.

I purchased my 4th vehicle from Midtown Honda which was a 2019 Lexus. After only being in the country for 3 months, it was very difficult for me to get approved at other dealerships but Maria Hashemi was able to work hard with the banks to get me approved at the prime rate. Now, I went back to herself and Margarita Vega to purchase my 4th vehicle, they have provided me nothing but exceptional service each and every time. I am shocked to see these negative comments about staff at the dealership especially Maria because she always has pleasant customers as I've seen on each of my visits to the dealership. The general manager, Ivan, is also very friendly and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Excellent service! I took my CRV to get serviced at Midtown Honda. Liz was fantastic: she clearly explained the work that needed to be done and stayed in touch with me to keep me posted on the status of my car. The car was serviced beautifully and washed. Honda provided me with prompt and efficient shuttle service to and from my home. Both my shuttle drivers, Val and Vince, were friendly and professional. The whole experience was fantastic. I highly recommend Midtown Honda!

My husband and i went to 3 different dealerships, we were dealing with Maria Hashemi. We felt a little uneasy but thought nothing of it. Thank you for the reviews, we will be dealing with another dealership.

Both my 2004 and 2008 CRVs had a safety recall. The appointment was made with the service advisor and both were done on time without issues.
Both times I used the shuttle, once with Vince and the other with Val. They were professional and a pleasure to ride with. Midtown Honda is definitely the dealer to go to

This is my first time to bring my Honda for service in Midtown Honda and the problem I’m having still under the warranty was fixed on that day. They have to order parts for it and it’s done on time that they promise. Anthony is the service rep that take care of me. Val the shuttle service guy is great and the service is amazing. They bring me home and they pick me up but I’m farther than home and still they pick me up. What a great service. I will recommend this dealership.

I just purchased my 2020 Accord from Mike Makris and Mike Saygili. They were great help throughout the whole process. They even helped me find the cheapest insurance rates possible. As a newcomer things can be complicated but they made me feel really comfortable. Would highly recommend these guys!
