I would rate the staff at Migson Storage as first class! Very polite and helpful. The storage facility is also great. Will definitely go back again.

We have had a storage locker there for a few years. They don't inform you of price increases. Take random high increases when they seem to want to. When you ask about these price increases you don't get a clear explanation and upper management never calls back. We are emptying our contents asap and never planning to use these guys again. They were better years ago. Can't trust them now. We are currently paying more than double than a locker goes for if you sign up today. And no explanation for that. They claim to have sent hard copy mail to advise of increases but we have never got those and when we ask for email copies, they say they will send and never do.complete dishonest business operations. Adding to this. Dave replied below. And yes he called me once but only AFTER I wrote this review. We still have not received a copy of the lease. Or copies of these price increase letters. And lastly the price increases he says are reasonable were in the range of 10% yearly. Currently we are paying double what we would pay if we walked in off the street. I’ve asked for the lease numerous times by phone and email. And nobody is sending it. We are leaving the unit based on the cost and lack of transparency.

Nice clean facilities! I moved out 2 weeks early and they helped me out. Super easy to deal with and some of the cheapest rates in Toronto.

Honestly there's no other place I'd rather be than Migson Storage. On Gerrard. The staff are so amazing and awesome The place is always spotless and clean. I've rented in many places over the years and this place is amazing. Highly recommend! I wish I could give it more than five stars. You will not be disappointed with their level of service.

The staff are friendly and approachable. The place is well located just off a main road. It is clean and well organised with ease of access to unit. I liked the electronic signature set-up, super easy. No problems here.

My experience at Migson Storage has been nothing but excellent. I have been a repeat client and continue to use them due to the cooperative staff and their ability to help with any issues I may have helping to make things run smoothly for me. This is my third time using Migson and they got me a discounted locker and a Uhaul van in a very short time frame through their online reservation system, on the phone and finally in person. I had to do a time sensitive move and they made sure I was able to concentrate on my move and not worry at all about the Uhaul or storage locker. This took a lot of stress off me and i thank them for being so kind and thoughtful.

My experience with Migson has been great so far. Daryl was super friendly and professional and made for a painless process. The facilities are clean and well maintained.

This is the first rental where I have encountered courteous, caring people concerned with my comfort and ease in using my unit. If necessary, I would not hesitate to use Migson (Gerrard Street East) again as well as recommending this facility to others.

Very simple and straightforward registration process followed by a swift move-in day with helpful staff. The photo is a twin bed in a 5x10 room.

They took the time to show me the entire facility and answered all my questions. Camera operating at all times and Covid sign in sheet for tracking create a safe feeling. Easy sign up. Best price I've found locally.

All the staff we met at Migson on Gerrard have been incredibly helpful! We had lots of questions which they answered patiently, they were helpful on the day of the move and Roxanne even stayed a little late so we could get our last piece of furniture in! There are lots of dollies and carts to help with your move and different entries into the building to give you options for larger pieces that need a ramp etc. Building is clean and well lit and it's nice that there's always someone there to answer questions and keep an eye on things when they're open. Does its basic job. But this is a multi storey storage building with no lift facilities. If you have heavy stuffs better try to get a storage in ground floor.

This is the first time I have rented a storage space and was a bit anxious not knowing what to expect. I found the staff are very professional and helpful. The facility is clean and secure. The rates are competitive. It fulfills all my needs. I would highly recommend Migson.

Roxanne and the rest of the staff were always accommodating, helpful and super friendly, the units were extremely clean and moving in and out was super easy. I had a great experience using the storage locker and van rentals and also for buying many boxes on the fly.

It was really easy to reserve a storage unit online. Also price was very reasonable and first 4 weeks free for the smaller unit was awesome. This is something you won't get from the other storage providers in East York. Unit was well maintained and easy to access. Would help if they had an elevator for those wanting to use the second floor but I guess they give a discount for that too.

Everything has been great. Short turnaround on speaking on the phone to bringing in boxes. They had everything I needed, boxes, tape etc.and they are super helpful when it’s time to move in boxes! Would recommend. Heated, guarded perfect

I used Migson Public Storage when we were selling our house. I found the storage facility was very clean, easy to access, and the customer service was very friendly. I highly recommend Migson Public for any storage needs.

My property deal didn't go through on the closing day. I was left with all my stuff on the floor late night on the closing day with nowhere to go. The staff at Migson were supper friendly and understanding. They agreed to stay past their shift so I can get my belongings to the location. The place itself was well maintained and the staff were amazing. I 100% recommend this company.
