Migson Public Storage

I've been at their Brampton storage facility for 3yrs. I'm not happy with the service. The place is always dusty and not well maintained. The on site manager is awful to deal with and you will have a lot of issues. I no longer use this storage place. My rent just kept going up every year. The storage units were broken into many times when I was there. Another tenants vehicle leaked very smelly old gasoline on the ground behind my trailer. I reported it to the manager. Nothing was done. Avoid this place Roger M

We have been storing at Migson Brampton for just over a year now. The on-boarding process was great and Britt has been super helpful and friendly ever since.
The locker was occupied in a clean state and the security works well. During our tenure, we had a small maintenance problem that was handled immediately. Recently another small problem arose and was rectified in a few days.
This facility is well managed and without issues. We feel our goods are safe and well cared for.
Thanks Guys for keeping a great place to store our stuff.

Amazing Service. So kind and caring. Fast and easy. And they had so many options available. They want you to be happy! And did I mention… the pricing was was amazing! I checked out so many units before and Im so glad I came to Migson.

Manager on duty service was excellent.in fact, went out of her way to help despite my arrival mere minutes before office closing.however, i thought 24 hour access, 10pm very disappointing.but i must have mixed up providers while shopping online for a unit.

Migson Public Storage has amazing prices and convenient hours for your move in and after storage. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was shown the facility by Brittney, she was very knowledgeable about this facility and friendly. I would this recommend this Migson Public Storage to anyone.

The lady I spoke to was very professional and when I told her that I didn't receive the gate code she handled it well and was swift in forwarding the code. Very satisfied with the service this far.

Brittany was super informative, friendly and made the experience seem less. The prices were more affordable then the other competitors in the area and the facilities were clean. Also centrally situated for an easy move

Nick was amazingly helpful & patient as my mom, Yvonne, & I inquired about the sizes of the units available. He was nice & showed great customer service. Overjoyed to have such wonderful person to interact with upon coming to our storage unit.

I were looking for a storage unit for a reasonable price I found Migson Public Storage.on the website i call and speak to mr Nick Selvaggio he advised me to come in and take a look at the unit and i could decide which one i would like, i came in on saturday march 20 2021mr Nick show me the unit i was very impressed it was very clean, he was very polite and helpful of answered all of our questions, we was very impressed with the excellent customer service, we were happy with the price and appreciate the help thank you very much nick

Has a security gate with code and cameras. Looks newly painted and units have drywall inside and are clean.

Brampton location, Horrible manager Nick. He is rude condescending to you don’t do what he says. He is very sneaky & will go behind your back to make access to your unit difficult. Access to your rental unit is obstructed by vehicles most of the time if your on the outer sides. Very nice when they want you to rent, but don’t expect anything from them.

I have used Migson on Glidden Rd.in Brampton for over a year and would recommend them to anyone requiring that bit of extra space. Clean Units, Friendly Staff, Market Competitive Pricing, check them out.

Fantastic Uhaul service. Above and beyond customer service from Nick. They accommodated my request for 2 units side by side which were clean and has drywall so they dont get super cold in winter.

We have had our storage unit for about a year at this place and have had numerous positive experiences. Very friendly staff always willing to take the time to help very friendly and willing to work out late payments. They always have multiple uhaul Van's and trucks available upon request. A few weeks ago we misplaced our phone in the parking area whilst unloading our van and another customer had found it brought it to the office. Upon our next visit days later we had been promptly notified and it was returned to us upon our arrival.

I have been storing my items with Migson for over 2 years and I find the service great. The staff is well organized and very polite. They are very helpful when you need something explained about your account. I find Nick works with the customer to solve any problems. I highly recommend them.

I have 2 units here at Migson which are clean and at a reasonable cost. Staff here are friendly and efficient. Nick is awsome.always helping us out with trucks. Definitely recommend this facility!

Great units, clean and dry. Staff very helpful on finding the right units for your needs. Came back to use them again, as was pleased with previous rental. Was able to pickup a rental truck too, right there at the storage!

We've been with Migson for many years now and the customer service is great. The storage units are clean and they have reasonable prices.

I was customer here for almost 2 years I rented 3 units from this company and I am so glad I left this place all you have to do is look around before renting and you will see what a dump this place is it is right beside a cement company with a pile of dirt the size of a small apartment building everything you own gets covered in dirt look at the doors when renting there is sand everywhere during my stay there where 5 break ins and they did absolutely nothing about it until the 5th one they just did not care and there camera system was so old you could not even make out the faces of the people robbing this place they would tell their customers to contact the insurance company who would want proof of everything you had in the unit or you got nothing one day during a heat wave my wife asked to use the bathroom set aside for customers and was told she could not use the bathroom the woman Helen who runs the place keeps the washroom for herself even though she lives right above the office I found another unit twice the size for the same price and it is in a clean secure facility down the street where they let the customers use the washroom these people are nothing but lowlifes s who let there customers get robbed over and over and only care about getting your cash look around and you will see for yourself what a dump this place is

These guys are scam. Never rent uhaul truck from this place. Better place to rent uhaul truck is the main locations not these small neighbourhood locations. When u return the truck, they guys just over charge u with fuel, cleaning etc.
