Migson Public Storage

This place is robbery! Ripped my mom off $210 for a storage unit she never used. Shes on ODSP She paid for the storage in advance.

Told them the date we would need it. They said they unit was bring renovated so it be perfect for when we need it. We called 5 days before we're suppose to take over the unit stating we no longer needed it. We never took possession of the unit never moved anything in, never recieved a code to access the storage etc. They refused us a refund.

David the district manager told us that we won't be getting a refund and that we weren't the first we won't be the last. He had a poor attitude and was very unprofessional. Do not rent from here. There are many other storage places that are cheaper and have better employees that aren't bitter and rude.
We have a copy of our paperwork. There is nothing stating non-refundable. I'll be calling the BBB

Been a customer now for 2 yrs at Migson storage. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Most of all I've never had any problems with anyone there and none of my property has ever been tampered with. They were even able to accommodate me with the same parking space as the previous year. I didn't expect that but greatly appreciated it. I will definitely be a regular customer and would not consider going anywhere else. Mike
