Easy order on the way back from a medical appointment; I found the salmon in my burrito to be a little strong - not bad, but maybe cured? My husband's tempura burrito was excellent. Good ratio of ingredients to rice & price was fair.
I have been coming here for over 2 years and it is by far my favourite place for a poke bowl. I love that I can custom make my own bowl. The freshness of the ingredients and the mix of unagi and spicy mayo sauce is delicious. Highly recommend!
Extremely nice people, and they have the BEST poke bowls and sushi burritos, their tacos are really good too! I’m a sushi lover so I’m always getting their salmon-flavoured food, I’m never disappointed when I order there. If I could I would definitely order from them everyday, nothing beats their burritos and bowls!
No menu for sushi I made an order and since there is no menu i asked the waiter to describe me the dish! When i got the order was totally different and they refused to return it for the one that i ordered originally! Food was so cold right from the fridge
It’s my go to poke spot for to go or dine in. Service and quality of food is great. Good potions and cash discounts. I personally always get build your own as you can customize everything to you liking.
I had the salmon poke bowl with salad as the base and it was delicious! So many wonderful toppings and a great combination of flavours. Service was quick although it was fairly empty at the time. I had to buy a bottle of water because they couldn't provide a cup of tap water, but that's pretty minor!
Always busy, always fresh. They are really efficient at moving the line up of customers. One of my favorite places to grab a quick lunch. Seating is available inside but limited. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The entrance is located in the center pathway of the Cineplex complex. You will have a bit of a walk from the parking lot but, it is worth it. Lots of pull thru spots in the parking lot.
I love this place: excellent concept and so satisfying food. It's a cozy, casual place to eat. Their sitting area near the POS & menu is too close to the customer lineup, making dining there a bit awkward when a few people are in line. I think it would improve their customer experience if they could redesign that part.
The sushi burrito was so good! It was my first time having it so I was a little nervous but I’ve always been a fan of good so I thought what difference would this be? ! I was right!
I had the lobster taco and The Rising Sun burrito! I can’t wait to try to more of their combinations!
Ok, so after being very undecided what to order because it all sounded good, we ordered a few different options because my tummy was on E. Ordered 2 poke bowls, 4 tacos and a flaming dragon sushi burrito (because it was 30% off towards end of day sale). The food was oh so good and oh so delicious. Bang on flavours, lots of condiments and options.
Many options for customization, I love the soba noodle option as most places don't provide that. They have a lot of cool toppings and add ons as well.
The bowls are one size only but are packed pretty generously. Waittime can be a little long depending on how busy they are and the staff on shift. I highly recommend the unagi tacos, their taco shells are unique and well toasted
BEST poke bowl ive EVER had. Wow. Fresh ingredients and not shy on portions. Jaw dropping flavor. Reasonably priced and great customer service. A MUST TRY.
Great tasting food. I go only for the sushi burritos, my all time favorite is sun rise salmon. Small establishment but friendly service and if you pay cash you get 10%off you bill. There is seating but not too much. It is wheelchair accessible and there is a washroom on the premises. Wish there was a location in Brampton.
Really high quality poke bowls. The flavours in their salmon and tuna poke bowls actually blew me away. The textures and fish were fresh. The rice is nice and warm to perfection. The flavours pop in your mouth with all the topings except for jalapenos. Definitely recommend this place to anybody that loves sashimi or flavourful rice bowls. 5 stars. No dine in when I was there.
The 'make your own' burrito and poke bowls are top notch. This is a fusion that really works for me - filling, tasty, good quality ingredients, and always tastes fresh.
Great quality and never short of salmon in the salmon poke bowl.
Always used to love eating here when I worked from the office nearby. Definitely a regular eat and hoping they make it through with flying colours through the pandemic!
Food was good as always. Service needs little improvement. This is what I felt this time. They were busy with skip orders. But in person service can be better.
I love Mi'Hito and have never had an issue with them. Food is always fresh and delicious. I just ordered a salmon poke bowl today, got home and the salmon is absolutely going bad. It has a strong fishy taste and smell, and has clearly been sitting out in the store unrefrigerated for too long or is just too old to begin with. Wasted my money and now cannot eat it.
Ordered a custom bowl today with tuna and smoked salmon. Unfortunately the smoked salmon was actually strips of smoked salmon, not smoked salmon sashimi, which is what you would expect from a sushi place. Made the bowl too salty, but portion size and quality is worth the price. Should definitely put a description for the smoked salmon though.
I eat in this lovely spot from time to time! This is the best place to dine. I go there at least once a month. The cooking is of high quality, the workers are professional and the prices are decent. I enjoy being in this restaurant over a nice lunch.
The food here is good and the selection is excellent. They make it simple to create your own meal. The ingredients see fresh. However, the cleanliness behind the counter needs improvement especially if you plan to showcase the food. If you were to compare this to Corner, I would say that Corner has this place beat.
Great place for lunch. It's a go to for people working in the area. The portion sizes are huge though. It would be nice if you could get a half size or something.
Very unique sushi venue, with sushi burritos and wraps or bowls. Building your own was quite nice. The taste and quality of the custom bowl I ordered was quite excellent, and there was even a really unique awesome drink that contained Bulgarian rose oil which hit home for me as well as for my 2.5 year old son born in Canada. I'd definitely return to this venue when in the area.
Lots of variety in terms of options. Polite fast service. Fresh ingredients. Everything made to order. Ordered the sunrise and lobster sushi burrito. Good quantity of food for the price as well
Love this place! Staff is super friendly and this one female cashier went out of her way to give me a discount on a sushi item. I don't know her name, but thank you! Ingredients are fresh and very healthy. I usually order my food custom! Would definitely dine here again!
Loved this place! Lots of options to choose from. Great flavours, fresh ingredients and super friendly service. Place is clean and organized, the staff members very helpful with my order as this was my first time here and I wasn’t sure how it works. Love my poke bowl with salmon, loved that you could substitute some items with something else, there are plenty add ons and lots of dressing to choose from. I wish it was closer to my home but it’s was definitely worth a drive and whenever I’ll be in the area, that will be a place to go!
Best place for Poke Bowls.the price is worth it. I have been here many times and every time it had been good service and food is delicious.great selection. Tacos are delicious too. Better than any other Poke bowl place in Mississauga. I will give Corner by spoon and fork a close second place
Went in on a Tuesday evening around 8: 30pm. Menu is straifht forward, you can see everything being made. My friend ordered the uni poke bowl and i had the salmon poke bowl on Soba noodles. Very tasty, left completely satisfied but not overly full. Would go again!
Went with my family to eat the delicious burritos, poke bowls and the sushi prepared a la carte and the personal working during these days couldn’t help us out preparing new sushi because they didn’t know how to do them. Instead they offer to chose from the available options (not many) prepared in the morning obviously not fresh. So we aborted the plan because we wanted to enjoy what we usually eat almost every Friday. What I can’t understand is why their employees are not completely trained reducing the options for customers during the weekend trying to force you to eat what they can only offer during these days. Very disappointed with the franchise that is really limited in service during the weekends. I won’t recommend to visit the place Saturday or Sunday, please do it until Friday.
SO GOOD! I love their poke bowls! Ingredients are super fresh and plentiful. Weekdays during lunch hour is busy vs the weekend there is usually no line up. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to try poke bowls! I’m not a fan of their burritos because the seaweed gets soft after it gets rolled but the poke bowls are amazing!
I love coming here for sushi. I like the big communal tables. I love the Unagi, burrito-wrapped. Tasty. Filling. Service is pleasant and not slow. I like to recommend this place to colleagues for lunch.
Very fresh and great quality! Staff are friendly and food portion is pretty decent. Everything is made fresh right in front of you and the service is quick.
Whether burrito or a bowl, food always tasted fresh and flavourful. Add the quick and friendly service, it been a go-to for work lunches and take outs.
My favourite is the build your own poke bowl or the tacos. The veggie tacos are fantasticm. I love how fresh the fish is. Probably one of the best sushi places in the area. I also love the prepacked Maki rolls. Note it gets crazy busy by 11: 45 am on weekdays.
The place is really cute, staff were warm and friendly and we got our food quickly and the packaging was adorable! Those were the positives.
The sushi burrito though. I was really disappointed. I feel like lettuce has no place in sushi, the combination of flavors did not work for me at all.
I’ve been to another Japanese Mexican fusion restaurant where they included some Mexican ingredients into sushi rolls.like plantains etc, and that was amazing. I had really high hopes but was definitely let down.
I seriously had high hopes for this place, but was left disappointed. I thought Mi'hito would be a good change from the usual place I get my poké craving fix (Corner by Spoon and Fork), but it turned out to be the exact same when it came down to the toppings and taste (EXACTLY the same), with the only differences being the price and the tacos. Mi'hito for some reason has made their prices way too high for what you get. At Corner I would usually get a poké bowl with half tuna and half salmon. However, Mi'hito completely refused that request of mine. They also had a weird system, whereby, although you're meant to order at the station, we still had to write down our preferences for choices and toppings rather than just pointing at what we want. My experience was a bit hilarious. We entered and it was completely empty. Once I place my order, I was just standing there while he began making my bowl. For my bowl I asked for half mixed field greens and half cabbage. But the server had no idea which greens were which. He literally put spinach in my bowl then removed it, and then put arugula in, and then removed it.he did this more than 5 times. So maybe he was new, but I feel like they should've trained him a bit before letting him serve anyone. Same thing again for the additional toppings, where he was just so confused to the point that I just gave up and ended up finding it funny rather than being frustrated. I didn't try the taco, but maybe next time I might. Taste-wise, it was exactly like Corner, which is a good thing. But again, I rather just go to Corner next time as it's cheaper and they accommodate some alterations.
I came and tried the sushi taco. Surprisingly, they were pretty tasty. The spicy salmon taco was good and had the expected flavours. The unagi taco was a bit over sauced, but still tasted ok. Service here was nice and quick and the prices are decent too. Overall, first impression was good and its a nice fast food alternative.
