My alternator went on an older model Truck, I was stuck, I cold called Mike's and was quoted a surprisingly reasonable cost for the repair. Initially stressed, I found myself back on the road the same day in time for my night shift. Being from out of town it was both a shock and a pleasure to be welcomed and treated well in a small shop setting I'm normally familiar with.

I had heard good things but Mike did a bad job for me. I paid him $1000 to do an oil change, replace a door window (no frame, more difficult, sure) and a battery. After I paid and was about to drive away he ran out to me in the lot and said “I forgot, you can’t put the window all the way down or it won’t go back up. Maybe try on a nice day. ” What? It never had that problem before. And he acted like it was nothing. I can’t believe he didn’t call me about it when he had it open or didn’t just fix what he broke. Guess he wanted me to take it back and pay him to take it apart again? Unreal.

The owner is awesome, spent the entire day working on my car coolant system and charged me for three hours. Awesome. I'll go back for sure

Mike's auto is legit. They're busy for a reason. Not only did I get very competitive prices, but they helped me figure out what I should fix now vs can fix later (I have an older car). Further, they were able to turn around all the work on my car in 1 day. Great speed and service. They also kept some replaced parts and took photos of things to show me the work done after.

Mike is knowledgeable, fast, honest, and prompt to help, as well as explain the problem and solution. My go to local garage A+.

In the case of mike's automotive, looks are deceiving and thankfully. I've taken several cars here for suspension work brakes and tire repair. I'm glad they're here in Leslieville
