I ordered through Uber Eats. I got there pizza and wings combo with there deep fried cheese curds on the side.

First of all the pizza was amazing. I like only cheese and it was perfectly gooey and moist and very fresh right out the oven experience.

The wings were good to I like the traditional way which is how I received them. They also made me a special honey hot sauce for the wings at no extra cost.

Now finally we got to the cheese curds that are dee fried. I have never tasted anything like this. It’s cheese curds breaded then fried. Amazing creation.

I order alot of pizza and consider myself a pizza connoisseur. I've tried every pizza place but settle for a good one when i find it until they mess up 3x (3 strikes and they are out type thing).

I've been ordering here for the past year and it has been consistently perfect.

Pros:
- Good dough recipe
- Standard but good cheese versus other pizzerias of similar style
- Average with the topping amount. But the toppings are high quality and good.
- never had rotten/going bad pepperoni like at Gabriels
- House garlic is a must
- Wings are average pizza wings but good for what they are
- deep fried cheese curds
- large selection of pizzas
- Double cheese is a must at Milano's
- Poutine, although not a good one versus real poutine, is a classic here and brings back some memories as a child when i didnt know poutine. Like i said its not amazing poutine but the way its done is interesting and different. Its basically fries, decent gravy and a ton of mozzarella tossed in the oven and then coated in black pepper. Ill say it again its not a premium poutine but an interesting and different take on one.

Cons: Price and delivery fee.

On average a large pizza with tip costs me $52 which is quite high for a pizza.

Gabriels was my go to but they have gone down significantly over the past few years, so i decided to give Milanos a chance and have not been disappointed.

My go to junk pizza places are Little Ceaser's and Papa Johns

I ordered take out from here over weekend. When I went in for pickup was greeted and well taken care of. I ordered the nitro Volvo sub and it was amazing. Definitely would recommend to everyone. Thanks.

Great pizza, a bit pricey but you get what you pay for would definitely recommend and will definitely go back.

I ordered through Uber eats tonight and I was impressed! The deep fried pickles were crispy and delicious and the pizza had a generous amount of bacon and other toppings. It was hot and fresh The food quality was way better than I had seen it years ago. I hadn't ordered in a long time but now that I know it's this good I'll be ordering more often! Thanks for the great meal:)

After SkipTheDishes left my order hanging for over 1.5 hours, the restaurant called me and offered to deliver my meal and just pay their driver instead.
When the driver arrived he said that it was no charge!
Thank you for doing what is right by your customers. I will definitely order again but not through an app!
Oh and the pizza was good too.

OK pizza, some vegan options and fast delivery.
However, we ordered whole wheat pizza but received white flour pizza dough. Pizzas were also covered in such a thick layer of cheese that we hardly noticed, saw or tasted any other toppings on it.
Won't be ordering again from them.

Ordered a Pizza, Donair and wings. It was just sub-par for this location, and were very skimpy on the garlic sauce, however it tastes great. The donair was dry and could've used more sauce. Wings were incredibly small and had little sauce. This place wouldn't be my personal go to. I recommend lorenzo's for a better experience.

Ordered a pizza 2.5 hours ago. They sent it with a topping that we don’t eat. They said they’d send another one, it also never came. We confirmed our address numerous times and each time we called they’d ask if our address was such and such, a different address. They said the driver was on the way and we gave it more time and after our child was too hungry to wait we requested a refund and they offered a credit for next time. Then they flatly asked how can we issue you a refund without your card (in 2021 I’d think over the phone, the same way you charge or run a card or send your driver), we asked to speak to the manager and he said he was too busy and they’d send the driver with no time guarantee. We returned every item from the order on our own to snarky management and where 5 employees were aimlessly standing around aka ‘busy’. Beware!

My go to pizza place. Fresh ingredients, generous with the cheese and their house-made garlic sauce is amazing! Also a fan of their wings and hot subs.
Beyond that, the staff seem to really like the owner, for me, that is always a healthy sign.

The fact that they have so many delicious vegan options makes me so so happy. A no brainer when we are ordering out for dinner tons of vegan, vegetarian and regular meat options!

This particular location has the best pizza in orleans. Lots of cheese and toppings as always. I ask for my pizza cheese to start to brown and it comes out perfect ever time.
Been to a few Milano locations and I have to drive by another for this location. Can’t say enough

Price point is a touch high, but you get what you pay for. Overall, a long time customer, very satisfied.

We absolutely love the food at Milano's Tompkins, the owner is super guy. I know they get crazy busy so we've had a couple of times where the order was a bit wrong but overall they are our "go to" for pizza and wings in Orleans. The gluten free crust is excellent. Non breaded wings are awesome. Delivery guy is super polite and delivery girl is super nice too! Thanks Milano's!

Sadly after getting our pizza here for over a decade We were verbally abused by someone who said he was the owner. Rude and full of his own self-importance He hung up on us. We will switch to Gabriel's as they have great pizza and pleasant staff

Terrible customer service. After two glitches with an online order resulting in not getting the right ingredients, we were told we would receive a free pizza. Upon trying to receive this pizza, no information was listed on the account and the store backed out of the deal. They hung up on us twice and proceeded to blame us for the techical problems with the order. Don't bother wasting your time.

Great food, the staff is friendly, but never assume you'll actually get your dipping sauce. I don't remember the last time we actually received ours.

Good flavour and a decent crust not heavy and dence. Nice variety of all your standard toppings and a few suprises. Realy enjoyed the Milano house garlic dipping sauce.

Ordered for delivery - Beyond burgers, vegan poutine, beyond sausage & fried chicken. All so good! Way better than other Milanos locations!

We get delivery from the location almost every Friday or Saturday for several years. The kids love it and prefer it over other pizza places. We've tried most of their varieties and have a few favourites. Pizza is always good.

Very hit and miss. Sometimes your order arrives properly and others you are missing items. Sometimes the pizza is hot and others it is not. Also they seem to be against saucing and tossing chicken

TERRIBLE pizza.dough and sauce.that was pretty much what our money bought us tonight. Next to no cheese at all. NONE. Dough tastes like dry yeast. Too many corners being cut here.very sad to see customers being taken like this. Never again.

I have enjoyed the Volvo subs here. I just tried the Italian poutine though and it is not actually poutine. There are no cheese curds but rather it is made with mozzarella cheese. The meat sauce is way too heavy on the tomato. It's almost a tomato sauce. In other words this dish is actually pizza topping served on fries. Was quite disappointed.

Best tasting takeout pizza I've had in awhile.generous toppings, including lots of cheese and crispy bacon. Baked perfectly.

Ordered steak sub and specifically asked for lettuce and tomatoes on it, they did not do that. Sub also drowning in sauce. Way more mushrooms than steak. Would not recommend. Wife's sub was exactly what she wanted, that's why 2 stars.

Just ordered Vegan pizza and impressed. Need to make some major changes to my diet, and saw their menu in the mail. Did not know they had a Vegan menu. Got the pizza and was amazed; you would never think that it was vegan. Now I have a goto place; which is hard to find in the area. Thanks

The pizza is AMAZING. Perfect amount of cheese, meat, sauce, you name it. Their meals are incredible. But. Their customer service is terrible. They never include sauces, they never appear happy and are extremely cut and dry, and my best friend had an incident with a delivery man, where he called her mother vile names and threatened her because THEY brought the wrong pizza. Order from here at your own will, the food is great, but the service is debatable

We tried the keto crust pizza and would highly recommend! There is an additional charge but the crust is delicious! The service is always friendly and quick at this location. We have been going for years and will be back again and again!

I saw a post on Facebook about your raw chicken sent to a customer, just letting you know you have been reported to the health board for inspection. It's too bad you have to rate this to post it, because you would get no stars at all, John Taffer would shut you down like yesterday.

They stayed open for an extra half hour so that my group of friends and I had time to order our food and walk there. He also gave us free drinks. Very nice and delicious.
