Milano Pizzeria

I’ve been a customer of theirs for several years now, usually ordering online. I was working at a different workplace tonight with a distance of 3.55 kms from the restaurant. They took my order and never delivered. I called them back an hour later and they “claim” they tried to call me back to tell me they don’t deliver in my area. No missed call, no voicemail left. Funny how they tell me 3.55 kms is out of their area and considered downtown. Dow’s Lake is not downtown, get your geography straight. Thanks guys. Will never order from you again.

Ordered Large Half Combination half Cheese and the Menu says $24.85 when they came to the Door my Price was $41.02 Delivery charge is $2.50 so it doesn’t add up half the pizza was Cheese not happy I think they Raised their Prices because of Kirkwood Pizza down the Street not a happy Long time Customer for 6 years and Pizza was cold when Delivered when I called to Question Price they didn’t seem Interested in saying they made a mistake on Price. Menu says Large Combination $24.85 but I was charged $31.80 for half plain half Combination before taxes and Delivery. Sadly I will not be Ordering Again if they can’t even see their own Mistakes.

Just a discount Colonnade style Lebanese pizza. Quality wasn't amazing. They used chopped bacon strips not crumble. Price is definitely inflated outside affordability. Good experience for a first and only visit.

This place doesn't care about customer service at all. They made an error due to not reading my note on the order and when I tried to fix it with them they refused to do so due to them being too busy to help me. I explained that what they messed up on would make Mr sick and not able to eat and they told me to come get the correct item and I said I couldn't do that due to being across town and they said they would not help and to call uber eats for a refund instead. They also burnt my food and gave me damaged pizza. I can't eat. They don't care!

It was a frigid February evening at 1: 30 am (Eastern Standard Time) when my buddies and I fancied a light midnight bite. We searched far and wide for a late-night place to get pizza, when miraculously, we stumbled upon the world-renowned Marivale Road Milano’s Pizzeria. Feeling ecstatic, we ordered a large Windsor Pizza to share among four people. Overwhelmed with excitement, we ripped down Baseline Road and pulled into the Milano’s Pizzeria parking lot like Jeff Gordon. The pizza was ready in a jiffy, and the cheerful employee working late nights handed us our piping hot box of deliciousness. Layers of cheese oozed off the top, and the crust was puffy and baked to perfection. Needless to say it was the best pizza of our lives. We relished the pizza back at home, and inhaled the entire thing within minutes. It was a life-changing experience. Just as we were finishing up our feast, the phone rang with the employee from Milano’s on the line. Buddy tells us he’s got an extra pizza in the kitchen, and offers to deliver it to us free of charge. What a lad!
Moments later, a peculiar light appeared in the distance in the sky outside. We rushed to the window and watched as a helicopter descended from the heavens. Morgan Freeman emerged from the helicopter amid a cloud of C02, and announced “The Marivale Milano’s is the best pizzeria in the world! ”

I ordered 2 hours in advance and the pizza wasn't even started I went to pick it up. They had called while I was at work to confirm that it was a pick-up, as clearly stated on the invoice.

I really tried to give another chance to Milano, but they only have stupid combo promos with drinks that I don't want, and a terrible service, I felt like I was asking for a big favor and not a pizza and they are definitely not cheap to be treating costumers like that. To finish, they have the worst site ever to make orders, even a kid nowadays can make a better website.
They could do so much better, I will never return to this place until I see things changing.

This is my local pizza place I go in and get a large 3 topping for $20 tax included and its the best price for what you get from any pizza place in the city. So delicious.

Always friendly, fast service. Delishious food makes it all the better. Try the bacon poutine.its to die for lol Would recommend.

Milanos took over for a skip the dishes order gone bad which ended up being cancelled.

The Spicy Polynesian pizza that I ordered for take out today was easily one of the best pizzas I have ever had in my entire life. I modified it adding bacon, and it is amazing.

Amazing customer service staff was very friendly and the food was very delicious 10/10 I’d recommend anyone to come to this location for the best pizza in town.also the new store location is amazing

Pizza was burnt thin pizza for a milanos usually real thick full of toppings when I usually go to any milanos this one isn't as good I think.

I got pizza from this place 2 times. One time it was good other time.it was pathetic and made in a hurry.

Been ordering from here for over 5 years, we love the food and ofcourse the super friendly and amazing staff. Can't wait to see their new restaurant once they change locations. Everything we've ever ordered from Milano's is super tasty, favorites are Canadian Pizza, Poutine and Popcurds.

The best vegan food in Ottawa, made with care by an incredibly friendly team. Always a pleasure picking up at the restaurant and chatting with the guys. Try the vegan chick'n strip platter!

This place is defaming. The workers are completely unprofessional & the attitude/ mentality from them reflects oppressed prison inmates that play the victim. Consequently this creates favouritism and if they ‘like you’, only then will they not jeopardize you’re meal. I know for a fact they spit on peoples food, serve less, etc, if they ‘don’t like you’. Order from here at your own risk. It’s like dealing with school kids that havent grown up, have emotional issues & can’t separate the business from personal.

P.s. I am a health Canada worker & you’re business will surely take a turn for the worst at this rate.

We order from skip the dishes and accidentally clicked on pickup and they were so kind on delivering it for us

Been eating here for years, it's a family restaurant and has a traditional fast food takeout with good ingredients. I've never had a problem here in 30 years. Feel bad for them because we always ate there on Hot Summer nights! Keep up the great work guys!

Had recivied expired garlic dipping sauce from this location twice. The dip containers used seems to not be air tight with no expiry date written. The type of container that is intended for temporary transport, not storage.

Cheese covering the toppings so naturally they're all soggy from being steamed under the cheese. Gross. They're called "toppings" for a reason. And thanks for all the crust. Another Ottawa pizza fail.

Lousy service left me feeling ripped off. I phoned on a Tuesday.an old flyer I had said you could get a large 3 topping pie for $14.99 but when I asked the counter guy if that was still valid he didn't answer but instead asked what I wanted to order. I placed my order and AGAIN asked about the special but he wouldn't answer. I was charged $28 for a 4-topping pie and I could easily have skipped one of the toppings to get the special. When I got the delivery there was a flyer stapled to the box: Monday and Tuesday special large 3 topping pie for $14.99. I will NEVER order from them again!
