Milano Pizzeria

Young owner is very nice, pizza was good. I'm used to the Milano's from Bourget (when Jo owned it). Will try again.

Delivery drives are great! Food not so much. Received my order this evening of a smoked meat sub and a bacon sub. The smoked meat sub had more bread and onions the meat. The bacon sub had burnt cheese to the foil and mayo everywhere. For the price it is super disappointing

I ordered 2 subs at 5: 09, delivery was scheduled at 6: 00, i got my order at 6: 45. The meatball sub was drenched in sauce!

This pizza place is amazing! The staff is very friendly, the manager MC is great also. He was really friendly. I went in for a pickup the other day, and the pizza was so good! Try it out, you'll love it!

The food over there is amazing! I’m Truly satisfied. I would definitely go again. The workers and the owners are super kind respectful and friendly!

Unhappy with the newish recipe for the pizza, something changed last year and my whole family has a hard time digesting their pizza since then. Unhappy to see I am charged $5 to deliver pizza, plus my tip options start at 15%. To pay 80$ for 2 XL pepperoni pizza’s that were over cooked that we couldn’t eat the crust upset me greatly. The people who work there are very friendly, it’s honestly the price gauging and the taste of the pizza that won’t have me returning there for our family’s pizza choice.

My pizza arrived well before the promise time and was fresh and hot. The delivery guy had a great personality

My wife ordered the "LG Perfect Combo on Feb 3,2023 from the Casselman location, which appears to be the Head Office location, according to the website.

When the food arrived the pizza and fries were burnt and everything was cold, except the drinks.

She called back to inform them and was handed over what appeared to be the manager who gave the excuse that they were very busy and it was cold outside and with customers picking up their orders the cold air getting into the restaurant made the food cold.

He then said he would come back and pick up the food and give us our money back.

Then we get a call back and this time it was one of his employees that said they weren't coming to get the food and that we were put on a "No Service List" at which my wife said we weren't planning on going back.

It's funny how we were put on a No Service List when we didn't get Service in the first place.

Ordered a pizza, french fries with gravy, wings and deep fried curds tonight AND IT WAS VERY EXPENSIVE! Well, the pizza was burnt and tasted awful and the rest of the order was COLD! The manager said “ well it s cold outside”! I said “ we live at 2 minutes from the restaurant! He was yelling and screaming at me Very, very bad customer service! Ordered twice from there! Now never, ever again!

Food was excellent great atmosphere the only thing for me was the service. My family has owned restaurants in the past and you always hope that the servers represents you well. That day the weather was not at its best but we were at a hockey tournament at Richcraft we were about 10 that showed up we usually call in advanced but didn't that time. The server showed and told us she wasn't very happy that we didn't call in advanced and made sure we felt uncomfortable that they had sent the other servers home because of the weather and now she was alone and we were to many there was only 2 other people in the restaurant I'm sure the owners wouldn't of been impress with that. We even told her we weren't in a rush and her reply was indirectly not to expect the best service and that the food might take longer. Other then that she provided us with great service and was nice but it made us feel uncomfortable. But great food

One of the best pizzas I have ever had. Head and shoulders above the big boys. Would have been inexpensive but I got extra stuff!

After going to this location, we were spoiled. We assumed that when we were in Ottawa other Milanos would have the same great taste.wrong! This shop really puts pride in their products.
