Worst customer service ever
This guy is working in his street outfit and bare hands add on he has his earbuds on and I was yelling the whole time for him to answer me.

Ordered a pizza half cooked. The crust wasn’t good. The ceiling in the place where they cook is totally disgusting. I had paid for the pizza already got home and through it out. I will never go there again.

Don't know what's going on today but Milanos is usually on point. I had ordered a walk in special and went to pick it up at the given time. No pizza. No order noted. Worse, they didn't even offer to put the order in again until we had asked them to. The service was poor: you can tell they were backed up and getting other orders mixed up. Hopefully you guys sort your service out as I would hate to have to find another regular pizza joint!
