Milano's Pizza

This place is amazing. I love their meatballs. They are big, succulent, and juicy. They pit mushrooms and cheese onto them, which just makes them a meal that I could eat for life.

We ordered a party size with three toppings… it came to $33.00 with a garlic dip since I paid cash. Great value and excellent pizza. I do not think the other independent pizza shops (Marconnis, Luca, Revolver etc) come close for the amount of pizza you get for the price.

The Jumbo wings are a must, we drive all the way from Mississauga to order the Honey Garlic Wings! Best Wings in town!

I’ve ordered pizza about three times, and only one of those three times, I’ve had only a good experience with the pizza. I thought to give this place a chance but I regret it now. For the most part, the pizza sauce was salty, but this time, the dough was bad, and it felt like chewing an elastic. Overall the experience hasn’t been the best, and on top of that, taking only accepting cash in the year 2023.

DELICIOUS, HOT, FRESH PIZZA! I LOVE HOW THIN & CRISPY IT IS, PLUS FRIENDLY STAFF! $5 SLICES, CANT GO WRONG! WE LOVE OUR SLUCES SAUCY, SO THE TEAM WAS SO NICE TO TOP OFF OUR SLICES W. SOME EXTRA MARINARA SAUCE!

So I usually go to Luca’s pizza on Dixie but decided to try this place last night.love Luca’s but always good to try other places… well I don’t really have any reviews on the food as we did not end up getting anything. I called in my order for delivery, she then told me my total was $161.she asked me cash or CC, I said cash and then she proceeded to tell me because my food was over $150 then I’m automatically charged. 15% gratuity (which is $25) for the driver. I was in shock. I said who does this for delivery, I’ve heard about large parties eating in a restaurant but never on a delivery order… shame on them.so now not only have they lost me as a potential customer but I have told so many friends and neighbours about it and everyone is disgusted and in shock and will never even try them. I would like to add I’m a good tipper and probably would have tipped $10-$15 anyways but that would have been my choice and not forced.

Pretty good vegetarian options available, has a sports culture vibe, and food tastes real good!

If i could give 10 stars plus i would. Ive been in this industry my whole life and there is no better pizza on the planet than Milanos. When the owner is working day and night you know he cares about every detail of his product. Milanos uses only top quality ingredients and the service and friendly attentive support staff make this a perfect pizza pick up or delivery place!

I love Milanos the pizzas are huge. We love the chicken fingers too. Always hot and delicious! The delivery people are always cheerful.

Pizza is pretty good, but the workers here are always grumpy (only to me…?: () Also my husband and I have gotten wrong toppings on our pizza 8 times out of 10 orders so far

I am not a pizza reviewer but hands down this place has some of the best pizzas. Ever since I've started eating from Milano's I find any franchisee pizza so artificial and fake.
The pizzas here are truly genuine and thin crust. And they offer a swift delivery service too. Very 'Italian' and authentic!

This place should've been reviewed by barstool! Love this place. Cheese and sauce is top notch!

I don't know who is making these reviews, but a friend told me not to bother ordering from this place because the pizza was far from special. I didn't listen, and I wish I did. I picked up my pizza (I live 3 minutes away) it was cold, and overall nothing spectacular. I've had far better pizzas from independently owned pizza joints in South Etobicoke worth mentioning. Never again.

Fairly new to Etobicoke… my hubby and boys love this place! The pizza is fantastic, service is great and I have only ever called but the staff are kind and professional.

I’m travelling from Montreal, I’ve been all over Canada, this place has the best, most consistent pizza I’ve ever had. Try the Deluxe! You can’t go wrong with Milanos Pizza.

Pizza was ok/meh and the staff are rude. Definitely better options in the area and restaurants that are staffed by people who aren't outwardly lacking hospitality.

Incredible pizza! Super yummy - the dough is good and you can tell the ingredients are fresh. Also fair pricing. Definitely going to order again!

My go to pizza place when I'm in the mood.

In an area that has several big chains like Pizza Pizza, Dominos and Pizza Nova it's good to have a local pizza place that makes good pizza.

Yes, it's a little bit more than what you might pay at one of the chains but it's worth it for those occasions I want a pizza. Never had a bad experience here or a bad pizza. That's something to be said.

I use to ensure to stop by this establishment whenever I was in this neighborhood. Too bad that will not be happening. Quality and service from the owner has significantly dropped, I have to agree with Mark Steven. The owner seems to have a sour attitude

What a phenomenal pizza.crust sauce cheese and toppings.hard to find a place like this. I drive from mississauga and its worth it. Ive heard the wings are fantastic so i cant wait to try them. Fast friendly service every time.

We've tried every pizza spot in the area and our family has selected this as the favorite. We live near Royal York and Allenhurst but they will still deliver here. If you live far away like us, ask them to pull out the pizza from the oven a little bit early so it doesn't over cook. Give the delivery guy a big tip. He's cool.

Why do we like this spot the best? You can taste the ingredients are simple and fresh. Some places the sauce is sweet or they add garlic salt on the crust. These guys don't do that. It's just a high-quality authentic pizza. Also we like the flavour of the el scorcho wings.

Old school pizza parlor that serves a classic pizza, very popular in the area, tastes good but I found the dough was a little rough for my liking. Would probably go back again and try it again.

What can I say. I’ve lived in this area my whole life, over 50yrs.we’ve been ordering from Milanos for almost 40yrs.also k re personally one of the owners for a few years when it was in the other side before the terrible tragedy explosion.have always loved Milanos and the use of quality ingredients but honestly the last couple of times it’s been terrible. I don’t know what they’re doing differently or where they’re cutting corners but they’re losing their game.not to mention quality control has gone way downhill. I used to rant to everyone how good Milanos is but I’m starting to loose faith in them.not to mention the huge pricing. I don’t mind paying if I’m getting quality but the Milanos today doesn’t even come close to the Milanos 20-30yrs ago. I refuse to order delivery now because they’ve screwed up so much that I now pickup. Last time they gave my pizza to another customer so I had to wait another 20-30mins while they made me a new one. They wanted me to take the pizza tha the other person ordered. I don’t think so.anyway got my pizza after an hour sitting out front and they gave me $5 back when really they should’ve offered me a free pizza! Like seriously how much a pizza cost before retail?
I’ve lost faith.not to mention the rudeness of some of the staff.like seriously I’ve been ordering here longer then some working there have been alive.is Markland Woods residents are finally getting fed up with Milanos so now. Pizza olio has opened in Markland plaza.we now order from them and other places like Marconis that used to be in our plaza in the 70’s. I don’t mind driving to cawthra and Burnhamthorpe to pick up quality.or make our own which is fun and get top quality

Fantastic pizza! Easily the best in the west Toronto. Crust is thin and chewy - not soggy. Sauce is flavourful and they don't skimp out on toppings.

Pizza I am ordered wasn't done the way I ordered.
Asked for thin whole wheat crust, with grilled chicken, mushrooms, caramelized onion, received original dough, with black olives which make pizza over salted, didn't like the taste of onion, not enough mushrooms. Other side of pizza wasn't bad with shrimps, pineapple, ham, but still dough wasn't the way I am ask for.

Fresh, well done and delicious. I get the cheese because it's the closest thing to New York style pizza and it really hits the spot. Highly recommended!

I miss this pizza place. I used to live down the road from it and walk over, it was my favourite pizza place. I now live in Ottawa and was just thinking how I wished I could go pick up a pie from here!

Just picked up a large pepperoni for the 1st time. Tastes phenomenal! Great ingredients and the crust is up there with the best I've had!

BEST pizza place in Etobicoke bar none! I love this spot and have getting pizza from here for the last 10 years. They have best pepperoni pizza.

New York style pizza in the west end. The original Etobicoke pizza joint. Thin crust, always fresh ingredients. Neighbourhood staple.

We have ordered several times from this pizza place. We try to support local businesses especially during this time. We always get the usual party size pepperoni mushroom bacon and a large Hawaiian with hot peppers on the side along with an order of wings. Well.this time the party size pizza came with more then half of the toppings sliding to the other side. Looked like scrambled eggs. No hot peppers on the side. Pizza was uncooked and so was the bacon. Thanks but I am pregnant and do not need to get sick from an uncooked pizza with uncooked bacon. My husband called to advise as to what happened. The response he got was "what do you want me to do about it" How about a credit or money back for terrible service. Talk about great customer service. How about tell your delivery guy not to speed like its formula one and get the customers pizza there in a timely fashion with the toppings in place. Its a shame because they were always consistent and the wings have always been great. Guess its on to the next pizza spot. Thanks for nothing.

Ok, I really love this place for pizza and the best greek salads. Perfect Etobicoke location. Close to Kipling station. Fresh ingredients. Oh, almost forgot they have the best mozzarella cheese sticks. Eat in is good as well. It's too bad they aren't licensed. Delivery is also top notch. I have been going there for years and will continue to do so. It's an Etobicoke staple.

I have been in the area for 15 years now. We started out ordering from a few chain pizza places. Then a friend recommended Miliano's Pizza. I have never gone back! It is a 5 STAR every time!

The drivers are always super nice, and the order gets to you in good time. Its always hot, and always delicious!

The toppings on the pizza are wonderful, the cheese just salty enough!

The wings are wonderful as well. We like the hot wings.

This is not your average chain type pizza joint. Here you find a family run business making delicious and very authentic Italian pizza that is one of the best in the city. A bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for and the ingredients are top notch.

I am very divided about writing this review because I had a wonderful experience at Milano's and an absolutely forgetful one. I work in the area and walked into this Milano's pizza to try something authentic from a mom and pop shop. I did not know it was a cash only establishment, but was pleasantly surprised the gentleman working there allowed me to eat for free as long as I was able to come in the following day to provide the money. I went back the following day and provided the cash and went on my way with nothing but positive emotions. I went back today because I left my wallet at home and did not have money to eat. It occurred to me that I could go to a friendly establishment that operated with an old school mind set. I advised the gentleman (different person) that I did not have money and I would be able to come in tomorrow to provide the funds. He flat out denied my request in a condescending manner. I do not mind that he said no, because it is their establishment and they are allowed to operate however they seem fit. What really irked me is the manner in which the person working expressed himself. I think its important to treat people with respect and courtesy. What I will take away from this experience is to be kinder to people struggling financially and I encourage anyone reading this review to do so, especially as we get closer to Christmas.

Amazing pizza. I always ask for well done. It comes to the door quickly and perfectly made. After trying most other pizza places I wouldn't order from anywhere else.

Our first order from Milanos and the pizza and wings were outstanding! Fresh, quality ingredients and baked to perfection. Delivery was also faster than expected. I only wish we had found it sooner!

If you’re looking for great pizza, look no further. If you love Nee York pizza, this is for you. Milano’s makes one of the best pizzas in the city. With a pretty basic menu, the focus here is on great pizza - tastes great, excellent crust. Give it a try. Delivered on time as expected.

This place has been doing the best pies around for all 35+ years that I can remember eating here, Milano's for life!

I discovered Milano’s about two years ago and have never been disappointed. They make great Pizza that tastes like Pizza. Small delivery only one location that I know of. Being in the pizza pan industry myself I pay attention to the tools they uses as this is a reflection on their pride for what they do. Well they use some good Canadian made product like their pizza rack which my Company makes. They could have not a cheap Chinese knock off but they chose our Canadian made one. That says something about them.

Hey I love there pizza, the taste, the value, the kind people there. We always order two large because my family enjoys it so much and we all want a slice for lunch the next day.

The only criticism is their delivery bags, they are the run of the mill cheap ones same as the skip the dishes uses. They should get the best one for there great pizza made by Covetex. Just a recommendation. So there Pizza is a five star but the bag brings them down a notch.

I randomly decided to stop here for a quick slice and am very glad I did. I had a deluxe slice for $4. The pizza is on the thinner side with a perfect crisp on the bottom.

I learned after trying to pay by debit that they only took cash (or credit) and the fellow who served me gave me the pizza after mentioning an ATM at the convenience store next door. I very well could have dined and dashed I obviously wouldn't. Just wanted to point out their degree of service is high.

The place itself is homely and made me feel like I was in the seventies. Highly recommend this place for a quick on the road bite and thus far the best pizza I've had in Etobicoke.

In our opinion one of the best pizza places in Toronto. Tasty well made no complaints. It is a little pricey, but I guess your paying for the quality. Would recommend this pizza to everyone.

Amazing pizza - the Milanos ultimate has a ridiculous amount of toppings and the wings large and very well done. This place is a must try.
