Always a pleasure dealing with Milburn’s employees. I live out of province for the last 6 years and they have always taken good care of me when I come back in town. Still rolling with the fiat I bought from them 8 years ago!

This was the most seamless, easiest auto purchase Ive experienced. Dom and Gary were great. No pressure, very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to deal with. The vehicle purchased was priced fairly and in amazing condition and exactly what I was hoping for. This transaction also included a trade in to which a very fair price was offered. I've bought a lot of vehicles in my life, this was by far the easiest process I've ever gone through. Dom the salesmen was awesome, gave a fair trade in right off the bat, very open, honest and fair. Gary that took care of the finance was awesome as well, good conversation and did everything he could to make sure we were covered at the lowest price possible. Picking up our new SUV was quick and easy as promised. Highly recommended dealership, will definitely be back. Hopefully not to soon. Thank you Milburn!

Great experience! Dom was so kind and caring and took the extra step to make sure any and all questions were answered. This was my first electric vehicle, and Dom made me feel more confident in my choice. We also had the pleasure of finishing our deal with Gary, who again was absolutely phenomenal. Honest, caring and genuine are qualities you can’t buy these days. Milburns has it.

0 pressure environment which is ideal for a young person buying one of their first vehicles like myself. Milburns also gave me the best value for my trade in! Friendly, caring dealership.

Really happy with my truck purchase. Andrew knew what I was looking for and delivered. Andrew listens and I enjoy the no pressure and great dealership environment. I purchased my car from Milburn's many years ago and have been taking it to Milburn's for oil changes and the occasional repair. They care about my car as much as I do (and sometimes maybe even just a little more than I do). I always have a place to sit down and remotely work on my laptop using their Wi-Fi.

Purchased a new truck from Milburn's. I've never had such a great experience at a vehicle dealership. Andrew and Robert were fantastic. No pressure, no tactics, super easy process. I took a look at the truck one day and it was ready a couple days later. Pick up took less than 5 minutes. I'll definitely be going back for my vehicle needs.

Dom and Andrew are fantastic salesman. They have the perfect amount of respect and know when to leave you be and when to help you.

Gary the finance guy is a genius and a great sense of humour. Just watch for the spilt coffee on his desk!

I had really wanted a Volswagon Tiguan but my car was running well and didn't feel like having a car loan or being stressed about the buying process. I noticed while visiting my mom in Guelph that the car I wanted to get, they had for a good price. Decided to go and test drive it. Fell in love with the car and Milburn's staff were genuinely friendly. The process was straight forward with no hidden fees or presure to buy. Been driving my 2020 Volswagon for a month now. I feel much safer with my 2 kids in the car compared to my much older car I had previously. It was a great experience with no stress. Thanks very much Milburn's Auto

The slogan describes who they are: "trusted & true. " Me & my husband got our first SUV and we are impressed of their excellent service. Walked in, checked the vehicle we like, had a test drive, started the application which is fast and easy application, got approved the same day. Picked up the vehicle in 4 days and service is all done. Thank you Gary, Dom and Bryan for the great service.

At first I thought it was a great dealership. The vehicles are in great shape and good pricing. However we had an extremely disappointing experience here and would absolutely not recommend this place to buy a vehicle.

This has been by far my best customer service experience. Two years after I purchased my car from Milburn, I went to Barry Cullen because my transmission started to grind. Initially, the Barry Cullen people refused to honour the drivetrain warranty, but after Bryan from Milburn spoke directly with GM Canada, I got a call back from Barry Cullen, and they accepted to do the warranty repair. Without Bryan's intervention, I would not get my car fixed.

My wife I I had our SUV's serviced there for a few years - service was slow but OK. I was driving mine up north early Friday morning for the weekend when the "change oil soon" light went on. I phoned from my car and left a message to get an appointment for an oil change on Monday. It was important as I was leaving on a long trip on Tuesday. No call back so I called again over the lunch hour and the phone was answered by a fellow who said if I could leave it for the morning there would be no problem. I showed up Monday morning and told them all I wanted was the oil change and I would be back late in the day.

When I showed up at 5 pm they hadn't touched it all day. I said I really need it changed and was told too bad for just showing up and expecting them to drop everything. I said I left a message the previous Friday and then called and spoke to someone who said they could handle it if I left it for the morning. Then the lady treated my like I was lying - "who was that you talked to? ". I didn't know so clearly I was lying and they weren't going to get me in late in the day. I spoke to the manger explained we had been having our service there for several years and I need the oil change as I was leaving for a long trip in the morning. The lady chipped in her version and he instantly took the same view I was lying. Over a phone call for an oil change? I may not be perfect but I don't take being treated as a liar.

I ran the vehicle up to Jiffy Lube and got it done just before they closed. We will never deal with them again.

We just got our first car with Milburn's, at the recommendation of a mechanic friend. Rob was great - I felt like he listened well to my concerns and needs, and was patient as I tried out sitting in a bunch of different cars (I'm picky about head-rests). He knew my budget, didn't try to push me over it, and in the end even accommodated us by dropping the price on the vehicle I really wanted so that it fit our budget. Today he even came by and delivered the car to us, as we didn't have a way to get out there. All in all, we are happy customers!

I'm updating my review to include that I got good after-sale service as well. I had a concern with the steering and Rob invited me to come out the the dealership and go for a drive with him. The steering is fine, and he explained why it might feel different from what I was used to. He also invited me to keep him updated if I thought there was a problem later.

Was looking to make a new purchase and had told the sales guy that I was looking for a 4 door, no silver or beige and no Ford and whatever car I bought HAD to have a sunroof. I was shown 2 cars on the lot (both 2 door and one beige). Again, I went over my criteria. He told me my expectations where too high and I'd never find what I wanted in my price point any place I looked.
I left my number and I got a call 4 days later by a different sales guy, that they had a beige Ford Focus that was 3G over my price point, did I was I want to come look.
ARE YOU SERIOUS?
I will NEVER look here again.
(By the way, I bought a beautiful car with MORE bells/whistles than I was looking for and it was exactly within my price point!) somewhere else.
Too bad as they have a large attractive lot, was hoping to have said I bought a car here

I saw an ad posting for a 2011 Mustang GT and sent off an email, within 10 minutes i got a call back from a sales person (Mike). I arranged to go up and see the car that day. From the moment i got there i felt welcomed. Mike was very helpful and getting me what i wanted and walked me through the whole process. The owner and i joked about how they got the vehicle in and he hasn't even been able to sit in it, i offered him one last chance before i buy it. We had a good laugh. Onto finance. Gary, what a guy. He really helped pull this deal through and made sure i felt comfortable before signing anything. I recommend Milburn autosales to anyone looking for a showroom ready vehicle. I would definitly buy a vehicle from here again.

At first we were happy with our purchase. Then we got a flat tire and took van to get fixed and was informed that we had tire that were under rated for our van affecting the safety and handling of it. We tried to work with the dealship to resolve the issue even offered to pay for half of the new tires. But they said that there is no problem. Sad that we spend 20k on a van only to have to spend another 1000 putting tires on it. Will never buy from them again. Customer service goes out the window as soon as you drive away
