Customer service is excellent. It was a hard day, We had to put our beloved cat down, they were not only polite, but we felt cared for. We were comfortable and felt supported throughout the process. They told us about each step before starting. Given as much time and space needed to say our last words. They are amazing, thank you for your help and understanding during this difficult time.
Oh. The prices are good as well. Thank you for doing an excellent job ladies, we appreciate it very much.

Love this vet was worried about finding the right fit after moving but was really lucky to have neighbors that I could ask. Every single one told me this is the best vet in the area and I absolutely agree.

Used to love this place, they took very good care of our animals 5 - 6 years ago. I called to have 4 puppies get first shots and deworming, the price has skyrocketed over 300%. Then they proceeded to tell me they wouldn't schedule us in because of where we live, never heard of a vet turning down clients due to distance. I feel that was a decision that was on me, not them. Found a closer, better and cheaper vet.

All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They took the time to answer questions and made sure that my dog and I were comfortable with our visit to the clinic. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

The compassion, patience and understanding of Dr Chris and her staff was unbelievable, the degree of support, almost to the point of grief counselling was what I needed in order to get through this passage of his life. Ziva is well taken care of at Mildmay Vet Clinic. She loves all the people that work there. I just find it hard since I am retied to keep up with the increased prices. But it is happening everywhere.

Great service and care as always for our contrary pup. We love that the staff are patient and and get down on the floor to be on the same level as the pets … it shows how much they care.

Love this the staff they care about in the animals. Our Mack is 15 with his age they are very informative about things for pain management. Our Orva is 10 she has issue with strangers they only do what she is comfortable with. And our Neerian is still young and hyper so they are good with his needs as well. I always recommend mildmay to everyone.

We had to put our family dog down. They were so compassionate, caring and respectful during that time. And that hospice room, so comfortable.

Amazing kind and friendly staff. The veterinarian (Dr. Peele) was knowledgeable and explained everything to me in great detail of future steps to take and explained all the medication I would be administering to our girl after her emergency visit. The price was reasonable for all the follow up work they had provided and medication.
I also appreciated the follow up phone call the next day. Mild May veterinary clinic truly do care about the health of your family fur babies and they do not try to upsell anything that is not needed.
My girl is feeling better than ever and we have Mild May to thank.

I have had only positive experiences with this clinic for the past 10 years. The vets and techs are knowledgeable and pet friendly. The front end staff are professional and timely with check-in and out. I would highly recommend their servies.

Misdiagnosed my animals multiple times. Charges emergency fees that other vets in the area do not, poor customer service when asked why they book out non-emerg appointments over a month.
