Milestones

I've been eyeing the brunch menu at Milestones for a while and it did not disappoint! I got the Chicken and Waffles and it was excellent, the chicken was flavourful and juicy and the waffles were soft while being crispy. It was nice to have a bit of salad to complement the richness of the chicken and egg, too. My partner loved his crab cake Benedict too! The only downside was that it felt a bit loud and echoey so it was a bit distracting, but overall a nice atmosphere and the servers were all super friendly.

I went to Milestones yesterday with zero expectations, before this i had, had my heart broken 2 times with bad food at 2 different chain restaurants, but this place! The food was like a warm hug, we loved it, and our server was an absolute delight! Im sorry i forgot your name after the food, we ordered the chilli chicken sides, pepper bourbon wings and mushroom spaghatini.
Absolutely amazing!

Food was very average. Wings were undercooked and slimey. Steak was overcooked and completely dry whem i asked for medium well it was just well done. Mashed potatoes had zero flavour. Chicken portobello was also very bland. Servers were nice and responsive, thats about it. 1 and done for me.

Food was good, but the service could definitely be better in terms of attention to detail when taking orders.

Ambiance was really nice at the patio so may go again.

Excellent service, great food and wonderful staff. Ali (manager), Catherine, Kristina, Ravi (chef) and all the chefs and every amazing staff member deserves a shout out. They go above and beyond every time! They make sure my wife’s allergies are accommodated and treat us like family. When you eat here, you are leaving with bellies full and a big smile on your face. Thank you all for being the best!

Diana was our server and she is literally the most sweetest and friendly waitress! She goes over and beyond?

Went to milestones for a girls night out and it was the best experience. The food was amazing but the service was event better. Diana was the sweetest server! So attentive throughout the night. Will be back again!

The Steak was just awesome! Will visit again when in Toronto. The staff are very friendly too. Highly recommended

Went here for a friend’s birthday and we had to wait 1.5 hours just to get our food!
The waiter was very rushed and overlooked our table quite a bit, however due to the long wait they did offer us a free appetizer. Their bang bang shrimp was amazing! For dinner we tried most of their halal menu items and they were just okay. The cheesecake was also very fresh and yummy!

I bring all my friends and family to this amazing place! Beautiful service, wonderful menu, gorgeous decor, fabulous management and the central location make it IDEAL. SEE U SOON. ️

The ambience is really nice. Had an office dinner party and we really enjoyed here. Being a vegetarian there were limited options. Wish they had more in the main course, I could only grab a Thai noodle which wasn't up to my taste. The vegan Ganache Torte was amazing - def recommended.

Went here recently with a group, and the service and food were great. Ambiance was enjoyable, and the server really made sure that we were attended to at all times and very helpful. Overall, it was a great experience and I will be coming back to this location in the future.

Delicious food, with even better service. Been to many restaurants which had good food but mediocre service and didn’t enjoy it. I think Alicia’s leadership and Jason’s friendly, responsive and very proactive approach have elevated our dinner experience to an exceptional level.

Once they knew we preferred halal options, they gave us a separate menu. Food was delicious and served quite quickly.

The coordination between the staff was something you rarely see. We told Alicia about our preference to make three alterations to a dish and when Jason came to take our order, he already knew about our preferences.

Will definitely come here again.

I went out to dinner with my wife. We selected portobello mushrooms, rib steak, cauliflower bites, chicken lettuce wraps, and chicken Butternut squash ravioli.

Allthe food arrived in time and everything tasted fantastic except the rib steak.the fact that she offered us alternative options from the menu when the steak didn't come with all of the sides. It was excellent customer service, and we sincerely appreciate it.

Our experience was enhanced by the server's excellent service, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond for us.

We will undoubtedly return to see them.

Came here for sister’s birthday dinner. They have a halal menu and have amazing halal options. Our server Yari was super sweet. We tried their carrot cake which was amazingly delicious.

Our server with the name Christina was such a great waitress, such great service and a comforting attitude. Honestly the best I think I have ever received in my whole life.
The food here is great. The Thai noodles has decent sized shrimp with a rich creamy flavour. And the burrata was bursting with different flavours from the garlic dip to the dairy dip, and the tangy fig preserve. The lighting is perfect, not too dark like other fine-dine restaurants are. We also had the coconut calamari (behind the burrata) and that was really really good, crunchy and with a nice sweet sauce on top!
The only thing I’d say that wasn’t good was the berry tart, I think it is (thankfully) discontinued. The crust wasn’t even flavourful and the berry filling felt like plain jam. Like it was just sweet with no flavour at all. Hopefully it actually is removed from the menu, cuz it says so online.

Our food is amazing! Delicious and great portions. They are so knowlegeable of the new halal menu and the service Jason and Alisha gave was phenomenal. I cannot recommend this place enough. Even compared to other Milestones, the service makes this one stand out.

Great experience! Went in with a large party. Drinks were good, everyone loved their food and service was friendly and efficient. Would 10/10 recommend this location.

I dine here regularly. My initial 5 stars were from a different time, however tonight I’ve decided to leave a full review! I must say, the servers are great! Polite, friendly, professional and accommodating! Shout out to some of my servers: Yessica (I hope I spelled that right LOL), Reno, Jason, Miranda and in all honesty, there’s a few more but I honestly don’t remember the names! The chef, you’re great! Keep up the good work And tonight is a wonderful experience as well! Oh, can’t forget the managers. Whenever something’s not right they fix it and understand your concerns without argument. Lovely place! I highly recommend ️

Tried out the brunch menu. I loved the presentation and how tasty even the accompanying dishes were. The Eggs Benedict I ordered were delicious and the hollandaise sauce was a thing of dreams! The Chicken and waffles were yum with the crunchy juicy chicken stealing the show!

Six of us dined in last night for our son’s birthday. We all agree - it was a great choice! Our daughter and son in law who had never been there before are definitely planning to return! The food was awesome and the service amazing! Thank you to our awesome server Diana B and to Milestones for a great dining experience!

Service is great but steak meals were small in portion size and overpriced for the quality delivered. Would go again, but not for steak

Edit: and if the mandatory tip is now 20% for groups greater than 5, someone should at least come around once and see if I’d like a drink refill. Cmon now

Omg all I can say is food was cooked to perfection! The appetizers were so delicious and from presentation to taste, everything was on point.

I enjoyed the Steak, exactly made upto my liking.

The staff is very friendly and efficient. Definitely be visiting them more often.

The service was amazing. The food was delicious. So happy to see the HALAL MEAT options. We tried the 16oz Rib Steak and the Portobello Mushroom Chicken. We were very pleased with both items. Definitely will be repeating. The server was very friendly and courteous.

I had California spring salad with shirmps and a glass of tomgore (Christy’s recommendation). It was amazing lunch for me. She is the best server. She is so helpful and super friendly. Good job Milestones. Thanks Christy. Definitely come back to look for you.

Book a reservation and arrived 5 mins early, only to be told to wait outside in the cold till our exact time. So we came back only to be told by the same person that there was no available tables and that we would have to wait another 10-15 mins. We left and didn't bother to return.

Went for dinner tonight and we were very pleased……. Staff was very pleasant from the host to our waitress Anna! The ribs were tender the best I have had so far…. Cooked just right, the wine Anna suggested paired well with the meal.

Amazing service, and the food was delicious and prepared well. Despite being so busy, the wait staff was just wonderful. The butternut squash ravioli is AMAZING and definitely a must-try. Excellent vegetarian options available on the menu.

My family and I had a wonderful dinner at Milestones Mississauga. Our server Diana B was most delightful. She went above and beyond to ensure our evening was amazing.

Our server was great! She was attentive and always checking in on us throughout our dining experience that is the only positive I can provide. The food itself requires an improvement when it comes to flavour. I got the Butternut Squash Ravioli and my husband got the Thai Noodles. We were both disappointed by the lack of tasteful seasoning both meals had to offer.

Great atmosphere. Food was decent. Tried the sea bass which was good. Steak was ordered by another person which was over cooked even after asked for medium. If getting steak would triple confirm with server.

Nice welcoming place to meet up with old friends in the neighbourhood, good food, nice drinks, friendly service, great company. We had a good time.

My girlfriend and I went for a bite and a few drinks the other day and were greeted by a lovely server by the name of Christina. She was very kind, helpful with the menu, and extremely attentive. The food was on point too! We dine out a lot and this by far has been one of the best experiences we’ve had in very a long time, so much so that I had to write about it. This restaurant has won over our business, and mostly because of Christina!

Great steak, well seasoned. Nice social distancing. Staff and managers are so positive and welcoming. I had a good sized group and everyone loved their dish, no complaints heard. Alcoholic beverages can use a bit less ice to avoid diluting the taste of the alcohol. Gluten-free and vegan options available including dessert. It was my first time visiting and I will definitely return to try the food.

Terrific atmosphere, great food, awesome server Amy. Came by with refills often, and never rushed us (LOL we lost track of time). Will definitely come back!

I came in last week to Milestones and had the amazing Diana as my server. She was so awesome and was very personable. Definitely made my lunch 10 times better! 10/10 recommend:)

Dinner was great. So happy to be back after so long. Our server Diana lights up the room, is attentive and remembered us from Pre-covid days. She made us feel welcome and took great care of us!

Our server Nina (Naina) was PHENOMENAL! She was soo sweet and had the BEST recommendations. If you’re easygoing and love trying new things just trust her she’s got you! Food was incredible my sisters got the portobello mushroom chicken pasta which she recommended and I had the baja tacos which were equally awesome! Thank you Nina, we’ll be back cuz of you!

We sat in the bar, the patio door was open and got really cold in the bar. The food was really good and the staff was excilent.

Server was excellent! Her second day, I believe she told us. One of the people in our group received a luke warm steak and mashed potatoes. We kept the steak and got another order of mashed which came was piping hot. Manager ended up comping the steak regardless, which was nice. First time at Milestones and the menu was pretty underwhelming, as was the food as a whole. Perhaps covid has a bit to do with that. Again I do not fault the server nor the manager. They did very well. 3 stars because of those two alone.

I had a relatively good time at Milestones. I was a bit hesitant to share my feedback though because I had a bad experience with the female who "greeted" us as she was rude and apathetic when I tried to explain my situation to her. I felt I was begging for free service or something and initially considered scrapping my reservation altogether and going somewhere else since she clearly didn't care about a legitimate issue I politely explained to her. Everyone else provided great service and I enjoyed my meal but that initial encounter was disappointing. I'll wait to get over this before returning to Milestones but I'd still recommend the restaurant - one bad egg isn't reflective of the business as a whole hence the 4 stars.

The mushroom soup I ordered was awesome. I had never had mushroom soup, so fine, with no mushroom chunks. It was delicious and super heavy. I was not able to think of anything to eat in my main course since I was already full. So I ordered Salad, I don't remember the name, but held the lowest calorie count. Somehow, by allowing myself some time, I managed finishing my salad as well. I really liked the place (food, staff, ambiance, decor) and prefer to visit again and recommend to others.

New york strip was amazing cooked perfectly the roast potatoes were great too and next time I will be having the the pesto chicken pasta. Thank you to our server for splitting the kids food up before it came to the table great idea.

The restaurant is really nice, waitresses are very friendly, and food was pretty good. Ordered the steak with shrimp with mushrooms on the side, i recommend this to everyone.

Amazing place to take a loved one to take to breakfast with. Grandma had a very memorable experience here, staff was very polite and had great menu recommendations.

Came to have lunch with my 2 kids and the service was quick. We were seated promptly and the server came and took our order quickly. We ordered steaks and my son got chicken strips. The food arrived fairly quickly considering it was steaks. The steak was cooked PERFECT! We needed to add salt as it didn’t have too much flavor but that’s just our taste buds we are salty people kids got ice cream and a cookie for desert and seemed to enjoy! The manager Rebecca (not sure of spelling) was very pleasant and made sure we were satisfied with our visit! For sure we would return to this location for a meal!

Seating was really good, food was tasty but service was so slow, after seating lady instantly came to take order for the drink but after that she ghost out no body came for around 35 minutes to take the order and then it took forever for our food to arrive. Have to ask twice for the water

Came to have Lunch and the service and food was great, I had the New York Striploin medium rare and was great, I also recommend the Portobello mushroom chicken, if you prefer chicken

This place has one of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. The waitresses seem the avoid you like they don’t want to interact with you at all. I ordered the spinach dip, wish I didn’t. The steak here is really small like tiny. You won’t get full eating from the portions they serve you. Overall 1/5 is an accurate score on this restaurant. Please managerial staff hire servers who actually have customer service skills.

Excellent experience at this location. Staff was prompt in service, very friendly and sociable as well. Food was great, especially the butternut squash ravioli.

Very happy with our first visit. Went to this location for a dinner with family and we were greeted nicely. Our server Tracy was a cheerful young lady and was very attentive and gave appropriate recommendations. All the food came together as we had requested and was fairly delicious. Keep up the good work, Tracy.

Tried the California burger and it was juicy and flavorful, bun was fresh and condiments aplenty, service was perfect.

I ate here with a big group. The service was great and the people were friendly.
I had an issue with my order but the GM reached out to me personally to rectify it.
Customer satisfaction is paramount here, it was obvious from her level of care. Will be coming back again sometime.

Great food. I would recommend the top sirloin with roasted veggies and potatoes. For those who would like a little beverage with their meal, a Sangria would do just fine. Parking on a Friday night could be a challenge as spots close to the restaurant tend to be full. It's family friendly so you can bring your kids in.

Waitress should have asked before collecting your dishes. It's rude to just grab customee's item without a word. Pretty surprised of this location's Service level comparing to other locations. ️️️

Super greasy meat loft from the gravy must have been bad and split and over salted soup i knew something was wrong. Ive been sick all night puking and on the toilet. Horrible night

I always look for this chain of restaurants when travelling on business. Do yourself a favour, eat well when travelling, give up on the inferior chains, you will live better fuller lives.

Waited for an extremely long time to be seated I think they were short staffed but still! Server didn't introduce herself and my husband's beef was raw! Manager was very kind and took it off the bill

We had a great evening, service was great. Our server was attentive and friendly. My husband ordered sirloin with fries, it was cooked perfectly to his liking. I ordered the Wagyu beef meatloaf, it was very good but a little too salty for my taste. Good selection of wines. A nice place to go for an evening out. We've been multiple times and it's always consistent.

Went there to celebrate my bitthday with friends. Awesome food and awesome service. Would love to dine in there again.

Writing my first review ever cause of my experience at this milestones. I’d first off like to say that I love milestones and has been my go to for dates with my girlfriend and family dinners. Unfortunately this time around I had a rather unpleasant experience with the with one of the managers, Selina. This morning I can in for lunch with my girlfriend. She informed me that it was inappropriate for me to go to the bathroom at the same time as my girlfriend accusing me of “doing” stuff in the bathroom. Later when I went to get my phone from my car (my girlfriend was still at the table) she accused me of dining and dashing. This was a very upsetting experience and I and my entire family will not be returning.

Came here for some snacks. It was decent. The service was pretty quick and our server was great. She had great customer service.

Pushy server. We just down and she kept coming to see if we are ready to order. She didn't even give us a moment to look at the menu so we left.

It was a great experience. I went their with my husband. Jon our server was best. He was smiling and very nice. I ordered quinoa on the side which I didn’t like but Jon changed that right away for me. We went their after the long day at work. But he made our visit very relaxing. Definitely going there again and asking for Jon as our server.

Went there with friends. Service was friendly however I never got my hot chocolate. My server remembered when I was was leaving half hr later. Food was good.
