Food quality and service are average. Take the long time for the food orders come from kitchen

Good service, pretty nice place, disappointing food at a price just south of fine dining. Tough roast beef, dry over cooked burger, some orders missing parts had to be sent back. Gotta try the Bellini's though.

We were a group of 13 at the table at the Milestones Pinecrest. Trevor was awesome and very attentive and gave excellent recommendation. All of us were happy with our meal. 3 of us ordered the chicken portebello mushroom dish which was delicious.

Great customer service. Manager fixed an issue we had with our meal immediately. Rare these days and so appreciated.

Food was good but service was one of the worst I have ever had! We had a larger table, and server rushed us at every step. Coffee was cold at end of meal so we returned, I will not be returning to this location.

Ordered delivery through uber eats from this restaurant. Quality, taste and presentation of the food was great. I did have an issue with missing side dishes though. The manager I spoke with rectified the issue and was very friendly and apologetic. Mistakes happen, I realize lots of places are short staffed as well. In the end I was satisfied with how the manager handled the issue and I left happy and will try again in the future.

We went for dinner with friends. Our waitress was very kind and attentive to our needs. She brought our drinks right away and kept checking on us from time to time. Food was good. The atmosphere was also felt welcoming and allowed us to have a good time. The white chocolate cheese is simple superb!

We had a group lunch for our whole group 21 person 2 huge table. And wow!
The drinks coordination, and the meal coordination, I can't believe how good they were. I am VERY IMPRESSED. It does not happen often to go somewhere and everything is so done flawlessly we had a group experience at JOEY'S a week prior and it was so bad. Never going back there again but MILESTONES BRAVO!
We were at the location on Baxter near IKEA.

The server Chantal was so kind, she answered every question i had about menu items and knew the answer to everything. She regularly checked in on us even though the restaurant was very busy. Even though the restaurant was busy we didnt wait long at all for our food. This is the best food I have ever had.
My boyfriend got the surf and turf, his steak was cooked exactly how he wanted it (medium rare) it was so tender and delicious.
I got the wagyu meatloaf and that was also amazing. So tender and delicious, the gravy with the crispy onions and mash was an amazing flavour combination.
My boyfriend got the keylime pie for dessert and said that it was the best pie he has ever had, I got the Cooke and it was so much more than I was expecting, so delicious.
We are harsh food critics when eating out but we are both over the moon and everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely return.

Great food and the server was exceptional. This Milestones is close to our house but if it was miles away we would go there.

Dropped in for late brunch. I ordered a healthy option like tuna sushi bowl and my wife and kid ordered typically brunch options.

Due to garlic intolerance, called ahead to ask if steaks could be ordered garlic-free or if they were marinated (which usually means with garlic). Was told "no they are not marinated, you will be fine". Got to the restaurant. Ordered the steak. Waitress came back from kitchen "they are all pre-marinated with garlic"

Though just say our waitress was excellent. Very sweet, very attentive. Staff just need to confirm with kitchen before answering phone call questions in flippant fashion. Customers that make the effort to call ahead with allergy/intolerance questions are owed an accurate response.

I went there for my work lunch and overall I liked the place. Friendly service, tip included in the bill.
I found some items bit expensive than the rest. I tried Mediterranean Chicken and it was OK. Nor great neither bad.
Very less options for vegetarians and if you have food allergies and you are vegetarian, I would say good luck.
Not all the items are available everyday and every time.
I wanted to try eggs Benedict, but it was not available at that time although mentioned in the menu. In fine prints it says weekends.
I was glad to see many friendly faces after long and we were there longer than reserved and staff didn't mind that.
Overall, it was fun and worth trying, though limited menu options may disappoint some who look for bigger menu.

As chain restaurants go Milestones is not to generic. The food is consistent, and not disappointing.

Am sure everyone who come to this place will have a memorable nice moment! The food and service is fantastic!

Atmosphere was a bit busy, but it is Mothers Day. Food was very slow to come due to the amount of people but the waitress was great and the food was terrific when it finally came to the table.

The Butternut Squash Ravioli dish was amazing. The vegetables and mashed potatoes with our steak were only lukewarm which was disappointing.

April 15,2023 a party of 9 people went to your restaurant. We had a reservation so they knew we were coming. When we first got seated our server came to introduce herself and as we were waiting for one person to arrive we decided to have a drink but our server was no where to be seen. We were a party of 9 and we all ordered from different parts of your menu. When I asked everyone how their food was I received different replies. The Chicken Parm was served without any sauce and they had to ask for some; a couple of people ordered the Grilled Salmon (me included) and it was terrible. It was very, very dry.another had Scallops and Shrimp Scampi. Well he had a very hard time finding the scallops (his comment was they were the real baby, baby scallops and the shrimp were very, very few and some of the ingredients were missing. One person ordered the Caesar salad and ordered steak as a side and the salad was served without the steak and had to ask the server. I could really go on and on but I will stop now. As this was a Special occasion as we were celebrating a family member's 60 birthday we (the parents) were paying for everyone so you know it was not a cheap night. Way too much for the quality of food and service we received. We have been to Milestones just my husband and I, many times and we have always been satisfied with the food and service but not last night. I am sorry to say that we will probably not go back to your Restaurant on Baxter Road.

Class act all around from staff to food to atmosphere. We mentioned it was our Anniversary when we arrived, and the hostess gave us a great table by the window. And then the waitress was the icing on the top for the evening when she talked to the chef and had a special dessert served to us on the house. A must go for any occasion, especially a special one like a wedding anniversary.

A long wait for an underwhelming meal that arrived to our table lukewarm and poorly plated. It was expensive and overrated.

Excellent service here: we had a choice of seating areas, and the server was really wonderful. A great place for a business lunch.

The waiter Lori, was very personable and patient with my young kids. The calamari was amazing. The steak was tender and delicious. The portobello mushroom dish was incredible. They acknowledged my birthday and didnt charge for our desserts. We'll keep going back.

This place is great. The food is great and so is the service. It's worth every dollar. And since it's so nice, sometimes there's a wait but you can just walk over to the ikea and have a quick look around while you wait for the text that tells you your table is ready.

Our Server was outstanding. Unfortunately, our food wasn't. Below par would be an understatement. The pastas were overcooked, my steak was underseasoned, and the broccoli I received was complete mush.

Won't be returning.
