18% service charge for take out orders - I would never order take out from here if they told me about that beforehand

Our server Julie was warm and welcoming. We loved her service during our quick dinner while staying at the Marriott on the Falls.

We are a family of 5 and had a really unpleasant experience with New Year’s pre-fixe dinner. While the atmosphere was pleasant, the service was slow, they kept missing items from already mediocre menu…my son’s hamburger had cheese but was missing lettuce and tomatoes, the kids didn’t get their food while adults were eating the first course, their dessert wasn’t brought in till we specifically pointed out that it was included in the menu. Very disappointing New Year’s dinner.

BEWARE- which restaurant doesnt allow bday cake to be cut for a huge bday celebration!

Our bday group was seated at most inconvenient dark spot at the end dughole of the restaurant, there was no space to move at all once seated.
Food was so bland, no dish felt yummy.

N worst of all the server did not hand out receipts to review, she just keyed in the $$ in machine to pay; its becoz she did not tell about 18% gratuity included, and everyone ended up paying tip on already included gratuity.
Upon reviewing bills later, they included some extra taxes "L. F. " which she would not explain what were? !
Wish could give it -10 stars for spoiling the bday mood, vv sad.

Ate dinner here and it was delicious. We had the wagyu meatloaf and mushroom chicken…. Both delicious! The service was great and it was a slow night so nice and quiet with a great view of the falls.

DON'T GO HERE. Where to begin? ! Got seated at the wrong table as our requested one for a special birthday was taken by another party. They seem extremely unorganized. When asked about a drink opinion, we were told the waiter doesn't drink those liquors and was unable to assist. He was great as an average server but they literally chased us down because we accidentally forgot to leave a tip and were told the waiter had to pay the chefs? ! Whatever that means. The food was trash, drinks were terrible, etc. Other establishments are fine in Toronto but for a tourist area this was disappointing when spending $30+ for pasta.

It was my friend’s birthday and we were group of 15. They charged 18% graduatee which makes sense for big group. It was server’s responsibility to let the entire group know that they have already included graduatee but she did not let us know, on top of that she even asked for tips on top of that.
This is really very disappointing.

Was my last day in Niagara, and unfortunately had a lot of time between check out and my train.

Went to Milestones for lunch and to kill some time. The server Tessa was so nice. Not only was she attentive and friendly, but she let me chill till I had to go. It was a slower day, but still, the gesture was so warm and appreciated.

Had the Portobello chicken with the rice pilaf. Great portion and simply Delicious!

Quality restaurant, great Bellini drinks. Had the California Spring Salad, Mushroom Soup and the Green Curry Bowl, all were awesome as well as the service. The restaurant is a bit too low in elevation to enjoy a good view of the falls but you could get a good view of the fireworks.

Stayed in the hotel, so this restaurant on the second floor was very convenient. California Spring Salad was fresh and tasty. The spicy nuts did a great job to level up the overall flavor, highly recommends.

I do not recommend Milestones if you are a group that wants separate bills. When I made the reservation, the manager told me we couldn't have separate bills but we could divide the payments. When we arrived, she told us differently. She said we could pay separately but the bill had to be divided equally. This is not acceptable. There would be no way our bills would be equal. I understand if separate bills is difficult on a busy Saturday but other than the 20 of us in the restaurant, there were maybe a few other tables occupied. Our server was excellent. He served our whole table by himself and made no errors. He then tried to help us with the bills while saying his manager didn't approve. Our overall bill was over $1200. If I had known how unaccommodating she would be, our group would not have gone to the restaurant - lots of choices in Niagara. Again, our waiter was excellent and I thank him for helping us sort the bills.

Had the steak sandwich was fantastic. Was cooked to perfection. My server, Kim was very friendly, welcoming and provided top notch service, will definitely be back!

It was a great experience overall. Food was good and our server JULIE was truly lovely and great!

Had the pleasure of being served by Julie, made my stay entirely enjoyable, relaxed, not rushed, great food suggestions and always attentative. Visited 5 years ago, and I so looked forward to revisiting and it was entirely worth the wait. There are other restaurants in the area, but Milestones WIll ALWAYS BE MY GO TO!
